Abstract
本发明公开了一种疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,包括:芯线、功能纤维层和纳米纤维层;所述芯线由尼龙纤维和粘胶纤维呈螺旋状相互交捻而成,所述功能纤维层螺旋缠绕在所述芯线上,所述纳米纤维层均匀包覆在所述功能纤维层的外周;所述混纺纱表面的水滴接触角为160~180度。本发明一种疏水纳米纤维混纺纱结构简单,设计合理,其通过功能层的防紫外线设计和纳米纤维层的设计,赋予混纺纱优异的防紫外线性能和疏水性能,由其编织的面料在高档防紫外线太阳伞领域具有广阔的前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及混纺纱领域,特别是涉及一种疏水纳米纤维混纺纱。
背景技术
混纺纱线通常由几种不同功能的纤维混捻而成,以实现不同的功能。现有混纺纱,其表面纤维通常为普通的人工纤维或天然纤维构成,不具备防水功能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,能够解决现有混纺纱不防水的缺点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,包括:芯线、功能纤维层和纳米纤维层;所述芯线由尼龙纤维和粘胶纤维呈螺旋状相互交捻而成,所述功能纤维层螺旋缠绕在所述芯线上,所述纳米纤维层均匀包覆在所述功能纤维层的外周;所述混纺纱表面的水滴接触角为160~180度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述功能纤维层为带多孔结构的竹炭纤维层,且所述竹炭纤维表面及其多孔结构内均匀分布有防紫外线粒子。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防紫外线粒子为二氧化钛及氧化锌颗粒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述二氧化钛颗粒及氧化锌颗粒的质量之比为1:1~2,且所述二氧化钛和氧化锌颗粒的粒径均匀10~100μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纳米纤维层为PVDF纳米纤维,其采用静电纺纱的方法包覆在所述功能层的外周。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述PVDF纳米纤维的直径为150~250nm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种疏水纳米纤维混纺纱结构简单,设计合理,其通过功能层的防紫外线设计和纳米纤维层的设计,赋予混纺纱优异的防紫外线性能和疏水性能,由其编织的面料在高档防紫外线太阳伞领域具有广阔的前景。

实施例1
一种疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,包括:芯线1、功能纤维层2和纳米纤维层3,其中,功能纤维层2以30~45度的夹角螺旋缠绕在芯线1上,纳米纤维层3采用静电纺纱的方法均匀包覆在功能层2的外周,使得混纺纱表面具有超疏水性,其表面的水滴接触角为160~180度。
所述芯线1由尼龙纤维和粘胶纤维呈螺旋状相互交捻而成。
所述功能纤维层2为带多孔结构5的竹炭纤维层,且竹炭纤维表面及其多孔结构内均匀分布有二氧化钛及氧化锌颗粒的防紫外线粒子4,所述二氧化钛颗粒及氧化锌颗粒的质量之比为1:1~2,且所述二氧化钛和氧化锌颗粒的粒径均匀10~100μm。
所述纳米纤维层3为直径为150~250nm的PVDF纳米纤维。
上述混纺纱具有优异的防紫外和疏水性能,是制作高档防紫外线遮阳伞的理想原料。

Claims (6)
1.一种疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,包括:芯线、功能纤维层和纳米纤维层;所述芯线由尼龙纤维和粘胶纤维呈螺旋状相互交捻而成,所述功能纤维层螺旋缠绕在所述芯线上,所述纳米纤维层均匀包覆在所述功能纤维层的外周;所述混纺纱表面的水滴接触角为160~180度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,所述功能纤维层为带多孔结构的竹炭纤维层,且所述竹炭纤维表面及其多孔结构内均匀分布有防紫外线粒子。
3.根据权利要求2所述的疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,所述防紫外线粒子为二氧化钛及氧化锌颗粒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,所述二氧化钛颗粒及氧化锌颗粒的质量之比为1:1~2,且所述二氧化钛和氧化锌颗粒的粒径均匀10~100μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维层为PVDF纳米纤维,其采用静电纺纱的方法包覆在所述功能层的外周。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的疏水纳米纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,所述PVDF纳米纤维的直径为150~250nm。
