Abstract

本发明涉及塑料编织袋生产工艺领域,具体的说是一种可防静电式编织袋及其制备方法,按重量百分比计,由以下成分组成:分散剂3~5%,交联剂2~4%,偶联剂1~2%,乙酸乙酯0.5~3%,抗氧剂1~2%,线性低密度聚乙烯9~11%,防静电剂2.0~4.0%,余量为聚丙烯;其制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将配比量的原料搅拌混匀后加热,熔融后挤出成膜;(2)将步骤(1)获得的膜过水冷却,膜切割成丝,再经拉伸形成扁丝;(3)将扁丝编织切割成胚袋;(4)将切割后的胚袋经缝合。本发明抑制和减少了编织袋表面静电荷的产生,使编织袋具有优良的防静电性能。

一种可防静电式编织袋及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋生产工艺领域,具体的说是一种可防静电式编织袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯塑料制成的袋子具有质量轻、强度高、成本低等优点,因此,在实际生活中,聚酯切片、涤纶短纤维等化工产品的包装均采用聚丙烯塑料编织袋。但是,由于聚丙烯属于体积电阻率偏高的树脂,因而容易产生静电而导致吸灰严重。而当静电严重时,甚至会导致袋内的电子产品内部芯片受到损害。因此,防静电类编织袋应运而生。但很多防静电类编织袋的实际防静电稳定性差,无法真正达到防静电的目的。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明中所述的一种可防静电式编织袋,该编织袋具有良好的防静电性能;本发明还提供了上述编织袋的制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种可防静电式编织袋,按重量百分比计,由以下成分组成:分散剂3~5%,交联剂2~4%,偶联剂1~2%,乙酸乙酯0.5~3%,抗氧剂1~2%,线性低密度聚乙烯9~11%,防静电剂2.0~4.0%,余量为聚丙烯。
优选的,所述防静电剂为TM防静电剂。
优选的,所述分散剂为EFKA-4300分散剂,交联剂为三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,偶联剂为硼酸酯或铝酸酯,抗氧剂为CA抗氧剂。
一种可防静电式编织袋的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将配比量的原料搅拌混匀后加热至200~250℃,待原料塑化成熔融状后挤出成膜;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的膜过水冷却,冷却后的膜切割成胚丝,胚丝再经拉伸形成扁丝;
(3)将步骤(2)获得的扁丝编织成型并切割成胚袋;
(4)将切割后的胚袋经缝合。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中挤出成膜时控制牵出速度为膜口挤出牵引速度的8倍,挤出压力控制在6MPa。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中所述过水冷却时水温控制在45~48℃。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中所述拉伸过程中牵引速度为扁丝牵伸速度的3-5倍,速度控制在140-160m/min。
有益效果:本发明通过向编织袋配料中加入2-4%的防静电剂,抑制和减少了编织袋表面静电荷的产生,使编织袋具有优良的防静电性能。

一种可防静电式编织袋,按重量百分比计,由以下成分组成:分散剂3~5%,交联剂2~4%,偶联剂1~2%,乙酸乙酯0.5~3%,抗氧剂1~2%,线性低密度聚乙烯9~11%,防静电剂2.0~4.0%,余量为聚丙烯。
优选的,所述防静电剂为TM防静电剂。
优选的,所述分散剂为EFKA-4300分散剂,交联剂为三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,偶联剂为硼酸酯或铝酸酯,抗氧剂为CA抗氧剂。
一种可防静电式编织袋的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将配比量的原料搅拌混匀后加热至200~250℃,待原料塑化成熔融状后挤出成膜;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的膜过水冷却,冷却后的膜切割成胚丝,胚丝再经拉伸形成扁丝;
(3)将步骤(2)获得的扁丝编织成型并切割成胚袋;
(4)将切割后的胚袋经缝合。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中挤出成膜时控制牵出速度为膜口挤出牵引速度的8倍,挤出压力控制在6MPa。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中所述过水冷却时水温控制在45~48℃。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中所述拉伸过程中牵引速度为扁丝牵伸速度的3-5倍,速度控制在140-160m/min。

1.一种可防静电式编织袋,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,由以下成分组成:分散剂3~5%,交联剂2~4%,偶联剂1~2%,乙酸乙酯0.5~3%,抗氧剂1~2%,线性低密度聚乙烯9~11%,防静电剂2.0~4.0%,余量为聚丙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防静电式编织袋,其特征在于:所述防静电剂为TM防静电剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可防静电式编织袋,其特征在于:所述分散剂为EFKA-4300分散剂,交联剂为三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,偶联剂为硼酸酯或铝酸酯,抗氧剂为CA抗氧剂。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述一种可防静电式编织袋的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将配比量的原料搅拌混匀后加热至200~250℃,待原料塑化成熔融状后挤出成膜;
(2)将步骤(1)获得的膜过水冷却,冷却后的膜切割成胚丝,胚丝再经拉伸形成扁丝;
(3)将步骤(2)获得的扁丝编织成型并切割成胚袋;
(4)将切割后的胚袋经缝合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中挤出成膜时控制牵出速度为膜口挤出牵引速度的8倍,挤出压力控制在6MPa。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中所述过水冷却时水温控制在45~48℃。
