Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用竹醋制备的盐碱地土壤改良剂,涉及农业种植技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:竹醋13‑18份、玉米轴30‑40份、椰糠15‑20份、山楂叶15‑20份、樒树叶15‑20份、侧柏叶10‑15份、香椿叶10‑15份、皂角刺8‑12份、豆渣6‑10份、蛋白胨5‑8份、矿石粉5‑8份、酒曲4‑7份、酵母粉3‑5份、烟草秸秆灰3‑5份、葡萄籽粕2‑4份。本发明土壤改良剂不仅能降低土壤pH值,还能丰富土壤的营养成分,调整土壤的理化性质,疏松土壤结构,另外矿石粉的加入能对土壤起到有效杀菌杀虫作用,简化对土壤的处理,从而利于植物生长和减轻种植工作量。

Description

一种利用竹醋制备的盐碱地土壤改良剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,具体涉及一种利用竹醋制备的盐碱地土壤改良剂。
背景技术:
盐碱地是盐类集积的一个种类,是指土壤里面所含的盐分影响到作物的正常生长,根据联合国教科文组织和粮农组织不完全统计,全世界盐碱地的面积为9.5438亿公顷,其中我国为9913万公顷。我国碱土和碱化土壤的形成,大部分与土壤中碳酸盐的累计有关,因而碱化度普遍较高,严重的盐碱土壤地区植物几乎不能生存。
传统的降低盐碱地pH值的方法是用淡水浇灌压盐,但这仅能暂时调节土壤的pH值,无法从根本上改善土壤的理化性质。另外,一些针对盐碱地的土壤改良剂只针对降低pH值,而没有同时注重土壤的营养需求。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不仅能降低pH值,还能丰富营养成分的利用竹醋制备的盐碱地土壤改良剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种利用竹醋制备的盐碱地土壤改良剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
竹醋13-18份、玉米轴30-40份、椰糠15-20份、山楂叶15-20份、樒树叶15-20份、侧柏叶10-15份、香椿叶10-15份、皂角刺8-12份、豆渣6-10份、蛋白胨5-8份、矿石粉5-8份、酒曲4-7份、酵母粉3-5份、烟草秸秆灰3-5份、葡萄籽粕2-4份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将山楂叶和樒树叶切碎后加入竹醋,混合均匀并加水调节含水量达到60%,然后加入发酵缸中,压实密封后先升温至35-40℃保温2d,继续升温至50-55℃保温3d,发酵结束后打开发酵缸,待温度自然降至室温后取出发酵料,随后加入矿石粉和烟草秸秆灰,混合均匀后静置1h,即得物料I;
(2)将玉米轴、侧柏叶、香椿叶和皂角刺送入冷冻干燥机,再经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入椰糠和豆渣,混合均匀,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、蛋白胨、酒曲、酵母粉和葡萄籽粕,充分混合均匀。
所述矿石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:沸石粉15-20份、粉煤灰10-15份、炉甘石粉6-10份、海藻酸钠5-8份、苏打粉3-6份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、硫磺2-3份、雄黄1-2份、硼砂0.3-0.5份,其制备方法为:将海藻酸钠溶于10倍重量水中,再加入聚乙烯醇、硫磺和硼砂,完全溶解后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入沸石粉、粉煤灰、炉甘石粉、苏打粉和雄黄,充分混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以竹醋等食品下脚料和植物成分为主要原料,制得盐碱地土壤改良剂,该土壤改良剂不仅能降低土壤pH值,还能丰富土壤的营养成分,调整土壤的理化性质,疏松土壤结构,另外矿石粉的加入能对土壤起到有效杀菌杀虫作用,简化对土壤的处理,从而利于植物生长和减轻种植工作量。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将18份山楂叶和20份樒树叶切碎后加入15份竹醋,混合均匀并加水调节含水量达到60%,然后加入发酵缸中,压实密封后先升温至35-40℃保温2d,继续升温至50-55℃保温3d,发酵结束后打开发酵缸,待温度自然降至室温后取出发酵料,随后加入6份矿石粉和4份烟草秸秆灰,混合均匀后静置1h,即得物料I;
(2)将30份玉米轴、15份侧柏叶、10份香椿叶和8份皂角刺送入冷冻干燥机,再经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入15份椰糠和6份豆渣,混合均匀,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、5份蛋白胨、6份酒曲、3份酵母粉和2份葡萄籽粕,充分混合均匀。
矿石粉的制备:将5份海藻酸钠溶于10倍重量水中,再加入4份聚乙烯醇、3份硫磺和0.3份硼砂,完全溶解后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入15份沸石粉、12份粉煤灰、6份炉甘石粉、3份苏打粉和2份雄黄,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将20份山楂叶和15份樒树叶切碎后加入13份竹醋,混合均匀并加水调节含水量达到60%,然后加入发酵缸中,压实密封后先升温至35-40℃保温2d,继续升温至50-55℃保温3d,发酵结束后打开发酵缸,待温度自然降至室温后取出发酵料,随后加入8份矿石粉和3份烟草秸秆灰,混合均匀后静置1h,即得物料I;
(2)将40份玉米轴、12份侧柏叶、13份香椿叶和10份皂角刺送入冷冻干燥机,再经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入20份椰糠和8份豆渣,混合均匀,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份蛋白胨、4份酒曲、5份酵母粉和4份葡萄籽粕,充分混合均匀。
矿石粉的制备:将7份海藻酸钠溶于10倍重量水中,再加入6份聚乙烯醇、2份硫磺和0.4份硼砂,完全溶解后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入20份沸石粉、10份粉煤灰、8份炉甘石粉、5份苏打粉和1份雄黄,充分混合均匀。

1.一种利用竹醋制备的盐碱地土壤改良剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
竹醋13-18份、玉米轴30-40份、椰糠15-20份、山楂叶15-20份、樒树叶15-20份、侧柏叶10-15份、香椿叶10-15份、皂角刺8-12份、豆渣6-10份、蛋白胨5-8份、矿石粉5-8份、酒曲4-7份、酵母粉3-5份、烟草秸秆灰3-5份、葡萄籽粕2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用竹醋制备的盐碱地土壤改良剂,其特征在于,所述矿石粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:沸石粉15-20份、粉煤灰10-15份、炉甘石粉6-10份、海藻酸钠5-8份、苏打粉3-6份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、硫磺2-3份、雄黄1-2份、硼砂0.3-0.5份,其制备方法为:将海藻酸钠溶于10倍重量水中,再加入聚乙烯醇、硫磺和硼砂,完全溶解后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,混合物送入冷冻干燥机,所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入沸石粉、粉煤灰、炉甘石粉、苏打粉和雄黄,充分混合均匀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用竹醋制备的盐碱地土壤改良剂,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
(1)将山楂叶和樒树叶切碎后加入竹醋,混合均匀并加水调节含水量达到60%,然后加入发酵缸中,压实密封后先升温至35-40℃保温2d,继续升温至50-55℃保温3d,发酵结束后打开发酵缸,待温度自然降至室温后取出发酵料,随后加入矿石粉和烟草秸秆灰,混合均匀后静置1h,即得物料I;
(2)将玉米轴、侧柏叶、香椿叶和皂角刺送入冷冻干燥机,再经粉碎机制成粉末,然后加入椰糠和豆渣,混合均匀,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、蛋白胨、酒曲、酵母粉和葡萄籽粕,充分混合均匀。
