本发明公开的是一种耐高温美纹纸胶带,主要解决了纸胶带相较于一般胶带黏性不强,耐高温的性能也不佳的问题。本发明包括由上至下顺次设置的离型剂层、纸基材层、胶粘剂层,所述纸基材层由美纹纸组成,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分组成:过氧化二苯甲酰1~3份,有机硅压敏胶水90~100份,二异氰酸酯1~4份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水200~210份,硅酮胶50~60份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷1~3份。本发明具有抗拉力、粘着力、耐热性均较高等优点。

一种耐高温美纹纸胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,具体涉及的是一种耐高温美纹纸胶带。
背景技术
胶带是日常生活和工作中常用的固定和遮蔽的工具之一,按功效可分为高温胶带、中温胶带、常温胶带、双面胶带、绝缘胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带、模切胶带等等,根据不同的功效适用于不同的场所和领域,其中高温胶带又是常用的胶带之一。
纸胶带主要应用在喷涂方面,为了保护其他表面不被涂料污染,施工前需要先用胶带把喷涂位置的边缘进行覆盖,使得涂料不会污染其他表面。由于施工物体的表面温度可能较高,而且户外阳光暴晒时升温也容易使得美纹纸胶带失去固有的粘性,影响喷涂施工的效果。
现有纸胶带相较于一般胶带,表面改为纸,通常黏性不强、抗拉力不高,耐高温的性能也不佳,也常常出现在高温条件下脱胶的情况发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决纸胶带相较于一般胶带黏性不强,耐高温的性能也不佳的问题,提供一种解决上述问题的一种耐高温美纹纸胶带。
为解决上述缺点,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐高温美纹纸胶带,包括由上至下顺次设置的离型剂层、纸基材层、胶粘剂层,所述纸基材层由美纹纸组成,其特征在于,
所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分组成:
过氧化二苯甲酰1~3份,有机硅压敏胶水90~100份,二异氰酸酯1~4份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水200~210份,硅酮胶50~60份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷1~3份。
进一步,所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分组成:
过氧化二苯甲酰1~2份,有机硅压敏胶水95~100份,二异氰酸酯2~4份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水200~205份,硅酮胶55~60份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷2~3份。
进一步,所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分组成:
过氧化二苯甲酰2份,有机硅压敏胶水95份,二异氰酸酯3份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水205份,硅酮胶60份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷2份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
本发明制备出的抗拉力、粘着力、耐热性均较高,且在该配比下,本发明在长时间的高温条件下,粘着力也极佳,不会出现脱胶的情况,同时在高温条件下的长时间粘附后也不会出现残胶的情况,效果十分显著。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
一种耐高温美纹纸胶带,包括由上至下顺次设置的离型剂层、纸基材层、胶粘剂层,所述纸基材层由美纹纸组成,其特征在于,
本实施例中所述胶粘剂层优选由以下重量份的组分组成:
过氧化二苯甲酰2份,有机硅压敏胶水95份,二异氰酸酯3份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水205份,硅酮胶60份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷2份。
上述一种耐高温美纹纸胶带的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)将离型剂层复合到纸基材层上;
(2)制备胶粘剂层:将过氧化二苯甲酰溶解到溶剂中,再将其与有机硅压敏胶水混合均匀制成混合胶一;将过二异氰酸酯溶解到溶剂中,再将其与丙烯酸酯压敏胶水混合均匀制成混合胶二;将聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷溶解到溶剂中,再将其与硅酮胶混合均匀制成混合胶三;顺次将混合胶二和混合胶一添加到混合胶三中,混合均匀后制成胶粘剂层;本步骤中的溶剂为甲苯、甲醇或乙醇;
(3)最后将胶粘剂层附着在纸基材层上即制成成品。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于胶粘剂层中各组分的含量不同。
所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分组成:
过氧化二苯甲酰1份,有机硅压敏胶水95份,二异氰酸酯4份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水200份,硅酮胶60份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷2份。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于胶粘剂层中各组分的含量不同。
所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分组成:
过氧化二苯甲酰2份,有机硅压敏胶水98份,二异氰酸酯3份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水205份,硅酮胶55份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷2份。
实施例4
本实施例为实施例1-3的对比实施例,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于胶粘剂层中各组分的含量不同。
所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分组成:
过氧化二苯甲酰3份,有机硅压敏胶水90份,二异氰酸酯3份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水210份。
实施例5
本实施例为实施例1-3的对比实施例,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于胶粘剂层中各组分的含量不同。
所述胶粘剂层由以下重量份的组分组成:
过氧化二苯甲酰4份,有机硅压敏胶水105份,二异氰酸酯1份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水220份,硅酮胶40份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷4份。
对上述实施例制成的胶带进行检测,检测结果如表1所示。

上述耐热性是指该胶带粘附在钢板上,能够在30min检测时钢板上不残留胶体的最高温度,通过上述数据可知,本发明的基材层具有较高的抗拉力,并且粘着力持续时间较长,本实施例中的胶带在150℃以上的温度下持续30min后依然能够不残胶,粘附效果十分显著。

过氧化二苯甲酰1~3份,有机硅压敏胶水90~100份,二异氰酸酯1~4份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水200~210份,硅酮胶50~60份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷1~3份。

过氧化二苯甲酰1~2份,有机硅压敏胶水95~100份,二异氰酸酯2~4份,丙烯酸酯压敏胶水200~205份,硅酮胶55~60份,聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷2~3份。
