本发明涉及复合材料领域,具体而言,涉及一种建筑玻璃耐热涂层材料。
背景技术
由于全球变暖、温室气体排放日益严重,节能已经成为我国的一项基本国策。现在市场上的普通玻璃对红外线和紫外线的阻隔率较低,需要采取额外的措施来解决隔热的问题,然而,目前的技术手段仍然不能使玻璃的节能隔热性能满足要求。研究表明采用透明隔热涂料是一种解决节能隔热性能差的有效途径,我国在这方面的应用才刚起步。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种建筑玻璃耐热涂层材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种建筑玻璃耐热涂层材料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:硅烷偶联剂10~35份、聚氨酯树脂30~55份、有机硅改性环氧树脂15~25份、PE酯10~20份、有机增稠剂2~8份、无卤膨胀型阻燃剂5~28份、多聚磷酸铵5~10份、玻璃纤维15~25份、硅酸钠1~9份、氧化锌2~7份、乙醇钛3~6份、成膜助剂2~8份和稳定剂1~6份。

本发明的有益效果:该种建筑玻璃耐热涂层材料粒度分布均匀、性能稳定,透光性和节能隔热性能良好,具有生产能耗较小,生产成本低,对环境无污染,使用寿命长的特点。

1.一种建筑玻璃耐热涂层材料,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:硅烷偶联剂10~35份、聚氨酯树脂30~55份、有机硅改性环氧树脂15~25份、PE酯10~20份、有机增稠剂2~8份、无卤膨胀型阻燃剂5~28份、多聚磷酸铵5~10份、玻璃纤维15~25份、硅酸钠1~9份、氧化锌2~7份、乙醇钛3~6份、成膜助剂2~8份和稳定剂1~6份。
