Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚乙烯软管填充材料及其生产工艺,填充物制备需要先制成弱磁性母粒,其组成成分按质量百分数配比为:磁性填料10%~20%,聚乙烯树脂60%~80%,分散剂3%~15%,偶联剂2%‑5%;抗氧化剂2%~7.5%,所述磁性填料占填充材料的0.1%~15%。将高密度聚乙烯树脂和磁性母粒,通过单螺杆挤出机加温到200℃熔化,挤出成型为壁厚0.1mm‑0.4mm的单独小管,切割为长度0.5cm‑3cm,制成寝具填充物。本发明的有益效果是可以实现聚乙烯软管填充材料具有促进睡眠和提升睡眠质量的功能,并具备抗静电的材料特性。

Description

聚乙烯软管填充材料及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,准确的说是一种具备磁性的聚乙烯软管填充材料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
现在常见的枕头、抱枕、颈枕、床垫等寝具填充材料多为棉、聚酯纤维、记忆海绵、乳胶等材料,传统的枕芯材料有荞麦,决明子等;床垫材料还有弹簧及椰棕等材质。上述材质仅具备对人体承托支撑的特性,但是透气性不好,而且容易吸收人体汗渍油渍,不易清洗,容易滋生霉菌和螨虫,近年来采用聚乙烯材质软管上述缺点,既具有承托力和适度的流动性,又能够透气,可直接水洗。但是纯聚乙烯在支撑力,抗静电性,辅助睡眠的功能性等方面均有所欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种弱磁性的具备辅助睡眠功效的寝具用磁性聚乙烯软管填充材料,同时具有增强承托力和抗静电的效果。
本发明还提供该填充材料的制备方法。
聚乙烯软管填充材料,由磁性母粒与聚乙烯树脂颗粒组成且拉制成软管,所述磁性母粒与聚乙烯树脂的重量比为1:0.3-1:99;所述磁性母粒由下列组分及百分含量组成:磁性填料10%~20%,聚乙烯树脂60%~80%,分散剂3%~15%,偶联剂2%-5%;抗氧化剂2%~7.5%,所述磁性填料占填充材料母粒的0.1%~15%。
优选:磁性填料10%~20%,聚乙烯树脂60%~75%,分散剂10%~15%,偶联剂2%-5%;抗氧化剂2%~5%,所述磁性填料占填充材料母粒的0.1%~10%。
所述的磁性填料为铁粉或天然磁石粉,粉末粒径在300目以上。
所述的分散剂为低密度聚乙烯蜡、OP蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁其中的一种或几种。
所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂10109(化学名称:四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯)或抗氧剂1076(化学名称:中文β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯)
上述填充材料的制备方法,包括如下顺序步骤:
(1)制备弱磁性母粒,取计量数的磁性填料,分散剂,偶联剂,抗氧化剂和聚乙烯树脂混合,经双螺杆挤出机中挤出,切割得到弱磁性母粒;
(2)弱磁性母粒与聚乙烯树脂按比例混合,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,造粒,得到填充材料母粒;再经单螺杆挤出机挤出成型为壁厚为0.1mm-0.4mm,直径3-10mm的软管,切割成所需长度;或者(2)’弱磁性母粒与聚乙烯树脂按比例混合,经单螺杆挤出机挤出成型为壁厚为0.1mm-0.4mm软管,直径3-10mm的,切割成所需长度。
所述挤出机所用的熔融温度在180-200℃,螺杆转速在100-600r/min。
本发明在现有的聚乙烯软管材料的基础上,添加磁性粉末。由于磁性粉末为无机材料,与聚乙烯树脂的混溶性差,本发明添加了分散剂,偶联剂,抗氧化剂等助剂,将磁性粉末均匀分散制成磁性母粒,再与聚乙烯树脂按比例挤出成型软管或制成填充材料母粒再成型为软管。由于磁性粉末的加入,本发明的聚乙烯塑料软管填充材料作为枕头填充材料时,经测定得到固定在本产品在距离头部的范围内磁场强度在0.06-0.10mT之间,属于恒定弱磁场,有镇定安神的作用。
由于磁性粉末是无机材料,具有更高的硬度,因此软管填充材料承托力增强,而且透气性更好,同时也还具有抗静电的作用。
常见的具有磁性的粉末多为合金、金属及其氧化物,在作为聚乙烯塑料软管填料时,如果填料细度在300目以下时,会显著降低塑料软管拉伸强度,降低承托力和耐用性.而使用粒径较小的300目以上磁性材料时,由于磁性材料密度较远大于聚乙烯树脂颗粒,粒径又远小于聚乙烯树脂颗粒,混料过程中磁性材料极易沉降,分散不均匀,很难直接制成磁性材料含量均匀的软管,本申请取部分聚乙烯树脂与辅料助剂与磁性粉末一起混合均匀,挤出机中挤出,切割得到弱磁性母粒,然后按比例与聚乙烯树脂共混,挤出得到填充材料母粒。该填充材料母粒按常规方法可以制备成所需管径大小的聚乙烯软管,作为寝具填充材料。
具体的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.混料
将弱磁性母粒配比按照质量百分比投入混料机中先按50~80r/min的低速混料机中混合1~3min,然后在500~1500r/min的高速混合机中在100℃~120℃温度下混合10~15min后放料。
B.挤出
将冷却后的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混,熔融温度在180~200℃,螺杆转速在100~600r/min。然后挤出,冷却,干燥,剪切,得到弱磁性母粒。
C.二次挤出
为了使磁性材料分散更均匀,将得到的弱磁性母粒和余下的聚乙烯树脂加入低速混料机以50-80r/min的速度混合3min后送入双螺杆挤出机重新挤出,冷却,剪切,造粒,得到最终的磁性聚乙烯填充材料母粒。
本发明的最终成品是一种具备承托力的磁性聚乙烯软管填料,其制备方法是:将上述磁性母粒和聚乙烯树脂颗粒按质量比例加入转速500~1000r/min的高速混合机中共混5~10min后放料。然后将混合物料加入单螺杆挤出机中挤出,熔融温度在180~200℃,螺杆转速在100~600r/min。由连续性的牵引装置牵引,经过冷却水进行冷却,干燥后进行连续性切割,切割为长度0.5cm-3cm,厚度0.1mm-0.4mm的单独小管,即得到本发明的所述的一种寝具用磁性聚乙烯软管填充材料。
具体实施方式如下
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
磁性母粒由下述重量比例组分组成:磁石粉20%;聚乙烯树脂60%;低密度聚乙烯蜡15%;硅烷偶联剂2%;抗氧剂1010 3%。
磁性母粒制备方法:将上述原料投入混料机中先按80r/min的低速混料机中混合3min,然后在1000r/min的高速混合机中在100℃温度下混合12min后放料。
将冷却后的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混,熔融温度在180℃,螺杆转速在300r/min。然后挤出,冷却,干燥,剪切,得到磁性母粒。
将得到的磁性母粒加入低速混料机以80r/min的速度混合3min后重新送入双螺杆挤出机重新挤出,冷却,剪切,造粒,得到最终的磁性聚乙烯母粒。
将制得的磁性母粒和聚乙烯树脂颗粒按照质量比1:3的比例加入转速1000r/min的高速混合机中共混10min后放料。然后将混合物料加入单螺杆挤出机中挤出,熔融温度在180℃,螺杆转速在200r/min。由连续性的牵引装置牵引,经过冷却水进行冷却,干燥后进行切割,切割为长度0.8cm,厚度0.2mm,管径0.5cm的单独小管,即得到本发明的所述的一种寝具用磁性聚乙烯软管填充材料,得到的成品中磁性填料含量质量分数为5%。
实施例2~3。

本发明的寝具用磁石聚乙烯软管填充材料对人体的益处:
A.降低神经末梢兴奋性,镇静安神。
现代人工作生活学习压力较大,容易长期处在精神紧张,自主神经功能紊乱的状态下,导致精神不佳,睡眠质量不高或者难以入睡等现象。经研究证实,磁场能够耦合到大脑,影响额叶,枕叶,影响相应区域神经细胞的生物电活动,从而调节大脑皮层的兴奋与抑制过程。高强度磁场可提高大脑皮层的兴奋性,而弱磁场可抑制神经末梢兴奋性,干扰和抑制异常脑电脑磁的发生和传播,从而达到缓解精神紧张,调整睡眠的功效。本材料中天然磁石形成的磁场在人脑区域小于5mT,属于恒定弱磁场。
B.促进新陈代谢
大脑供血不足会导致神经功能紊乱,降低睡眠质量。磁场能够扩张血管,促进血液循环,改善脑部微循环从而提升睡眠质量。
C.抗静电型
聚乙烯材料容易积聚电荷,产生静电,静电对人体健康有危害,本工艺生产过程中添加的磁性材料具有一定的导电性,加入之后能够显著改善聚乙烯材料容易积聚电荷的缺点,使之更适用于与人体接触的寝具中。
国家规定磁疗设备的最大场强不能大于200mT,追踪国内外文献发现,用于医学的磁疗有效场强最低为5mT,实际上地球表面的磁场强度一般情况下位0.03-0.05mT,而世界范围内5个长寿村的磁场强度为0.06-0.07mT,是一般地区的2倍。
实验数据:
磁场强度测定:提前将磁性聚乙烯软管填料固定24小时,使之被地磁场充分磁化,测定时,将弱磁特斯拉计探头沿地磁场方向横向固定,归零,然后沿地磁方向横切平移到软管材料表面进行测定。实验数据得到固定在本产品在距离头部的范围内磁场强度在0.06-0.10mT之间,属于恒定弱磁场。
睡眠实验:
选取50名睡眠质量较差的试用者,男女各25人,年龄在21-68岁之间,先使用纯聚乙烯软管填料枕芯睡眠10d,然后换用磁性软管填料枕芯睡眠10d。枕芯形状,填充质量相同。采用评价方法为匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行评价,分别在使用磁性软管前1d和使用磁性软管后10d进行评价。40名试用者表明睡眠质量有显著改善,8名试用者表明睡眠质量有改善,但不明显,2名试用者表明无改善效果。在有改善的试用者中均为工作压力较大的职场工作人员。
经实验表明本发明的聚乙烯软管填充材料作为寝具的填充材料对改善睡眠质量有效。

1.聚乙烯软管填充材料,由磁性母粒与聚乙烯树脂颗粒组成且拉制成软管,所述磁性母粒与聚乙烯树脂的重量比为1:3-1:99;所述磁性母粒由下列组分及百分含量组成:磁性填料10%~20%,聚乙烯树脂60%~80%,分散剂3%~15%,偶联剂2%-5%;抗氧化剂2%~7.5%,所述磁性填料占填充材料的0.1%~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯软管填充材料,所述磁性母粒由下列组分及百分含量组成:磁性填料10%~20%,聚乙烯树脂60%~75%,分散剂10%~15%,偶联剂2%-5%;抗氧化剂2%~5%,所述磁性填料占填充材料的0.1%~10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯软管填充材料,所述的磁性填料为铁粉或天然磁石粉,粉末粒径在300目以下。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯软管填充材料,所述的分散剂为低密度聚乙烯蜡、OP蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁其中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯软管填充材料,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯软管填充材料,所述抗氧化剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯或β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯。
7.权利要求1-6任一所述聚乙烯填充材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备弱磁性母粒,取计量数的磁性填料,分散剂,偶联剂,抗氧化剂,和聚乙烯树脂,混合,挤出机中挤出,切割得到弱磁性母粒;
(2)弱磁性母粒与聚乙烯树脂按比例混合,挤出机挤出,造粒,得到填充材料母粒;再挤出成型为壁厚为0.1mm-0.4mm软管,切割成所需长度;或者(2)’弱磁性母粒与聚乙烯树脂按比例混合,挤出成型为壁厚为0.1mm-0.4mm软管,切割成所需长度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,所述挤出机为双螺杆挤出机或单螺杆挤出机,挤出时熔融温度在180-200℃,螺杆转速在100-600r/min。
