本发明公开了一种高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料,其原料按重量份包括:橡塑合金NVR5075 100份,硫化剂DCP 2‑4份,促进剂2‑6份,纳米氧化锌4‑6份,硬脂酸1‑2份,微晶石蜡4‑6份,防老剂3‑7份,氯化石蜡52 30‑40份,阻燃剂68‑96份,炭黑40‑60份。本发明还公开了一种高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料的制备方法。本发明制品耐油,阻燃性好,成本低,且制备方法简单,便于实际操作。

一种高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶护套技术领域,尤其涉及一种高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料及其制备方法。
背景技术
伴随着中国电线电缆行业高速发展,新增企业数量不断上升,行业整体技术水平得到大幅提高,中国经济持续快速的增长为线缆产品提供了巨大的市场空间,随着中国电力工业、数据通信业、城市轨道交通业、煤矿业、汽车业以及造船等行业规模的不断扩大,对电线电缆的需求也将迅速增长,人们对电线电缆护套提出了更高更严格的性能要求,电缆电缆护套在高温、易燃和腐蚀性环境的使用过程中,如处于油井环境中,耐油耐高温性能达不到需求,橡胶护套在长时间使用下橡胶表面被破坏甚至失去原有的性能,老化速度变快,现有的电缆护套材料越来越无法满足使用需求,因此如何制备一种耐油性能好,阻燃性能优异,成本低,耐老化使用时间长的电缆护套料成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料及其制备方法,制品耐油,阻燃性好,成本低,且制备方法简单,便于实际操作。
本发明提出的一种高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料,其原料按重量份包括:
优选地,促进剂包括促进剂CZ和/或促进剂DM,优选地包括促进剂CZ、促进剂DM并以1-3:1-3的重量比组成。
优选地,防老剂包括防老剂MB和/或防老剂RD,优选地包括防老剂MB、防老剂RD并以2-4:1-3的重量比组成。
优选地,阻燃剂包括三氧化二锑、十溴联苯醚、硼酸锌、阻燃剂HZR-2的一种或两种个以上,优选地包括三氧化二锑、十溴联苯醚、硼酸锌、阻燃剂HZR-2并以8-10:5-8:5-8:50-70的重量比组成。
优选地,炭黑包括炭黑N330和/或炭黑N550,优选地包括炭黑N330、炭黑N550并以20-30:20-30的重量比组成。
优选地,橡塑合金NVR5075、硫化剂DCP的重量比为100:2.5-3.5。
优选地,所述的高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料,其原料按重量份包括:
本发明还提出了一种高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按配比将橡塑合金NVR5075塑炼,加入纳米氧化锌、硬脂酸、微晶石蜡、防老剂混炼均匀,然后加入阻燃剂、氯化石蜡52、炭黑混炼均匀,再加入促进剂、硫化剂DCP混炼均匀,出片,得到高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料。赛可德,NVR
本发明耐油、阻燃性好,存贮存时间长,强度高,抗撕裂性能好,耐臭氧老化性好,外观光滑,不易焦烧,易加工,其中基料橡塑合金NVR5075由丁腈和聚氯乙烯共聚而成,其耐油性及臭氧性能高,同时兼具聚氯乙烯的耐臭氧性和丁腈橡胶的耐油性,制品耐臭氧性和耐老化性极好,拉伸强度、定伸应力、抗撕裂性、耐热性和耐燃性显著提高,制品耐油、耐燃油和耐化学药品性能极好,压出、压延性能优异,且不易自硫,与硫化剂DCP配合作用,硫化剂DCP存贮时间长,不易焦烧,制品在143℃时测试,其焦烧时间为2分40秒左右,挤出外观光滑,本发明原料中各组分综合作用,阻燃性能高,氧指数可以达42%左右,大大提高了制品的阻燃级别和适用范围;制品成本低,其含胶量为35%,且胶的密度较低为1.48g/cm3,制品自身重量低;抗盐雾性高,其在90℃,浓度30g/L的NaCl水溶液中,历经672小时,其抗张强度及断裂伸长率较原始状态不会出现较大的变化,非常适用耐雾较大的环境中使用。

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料,其特征在于,阻燃剂包括三氧化二锑、十溴联苯醚、硼酸锌、阻燃剂HZR-2的一种或两种个以上,优选地包括三氧化二锑、十溴联苯醚、硼酸锌、阻燃剂HZR-2并以8-10:5-8:5-8:50-70的重量比组成。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料,其特征在于,炭黑包括炭黑N330和/或炭黑N550,优选地包括炭黑N330、炭黑N550并以20-30:20-30的重量比组成。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的高性能耐油阻燃橡胶护套料,其特征在于,橡塑合金NVR5075、硫化剂DCP的重量比为100:2.5-3.5。
