本发明涉及机械领域，具体提供的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，包括：安装盒，用于为各部件提供安装基座；切刀盘，安装在所述安装盒的上部，包括水平安装在所述切刀盘内且可绕旋转轴旋转的切刀；电机，安装在所述安装盒内，并与所述切刀的旋转轴连接；控制开关，安装在所述安装盒的盒体上，用于控制所述电机的启停；放料通道，为两端开口且垂直安装于所述切刀盘上的中空通道，且底部开口与所述切刀盘相通，在所述切刀盘与所述放料通道对应的位置设置有排出切割后阿胶糕的出料口；接料盒，活动设置在所述安装盒的一侧，且位于所述切刀盘的出料口下方。本发明的切割装置体积小，切割快速，不需要人工干涉，可放置在桌面或随意携带。

便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域，特别是涉及一种便携式阿胶糕自动切制装置。
背景技术
目前可以食用的阿胶糕，一般是长方形的条状结构，具备一定的硬度，在用户服用时，需要根据服用量按量切割。现有家庭一般是人工切割，这种方式不易掌握切割量，而且易因使力不均出现意外。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种便携式阿胶糕自动切制装置。
特别地，本发明一个实施方式提供的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，包括：
安装盒，用于为各部件提供安装基座；
切刀盘，安装在所述安装盒的上部，包括水平安装在所述切刀盘内且可绕旋转轴旋转的切刀；
电机，安装在所述安装盒内，并与所述切刀的旋转轴连接；
控制开关，安装在所述安装盒的盒体上，用于控制所述电机的启停；
放料通道，为两端开口且垂直安装于所述切刀盘上的中空通道，且底部开口与所述切刀盘相通，在所述切刀盘与所述放料通道对应的位置设置有排出切割后阿胶糕的出料口；
接料盒，活动设置在所述安装盒的一侧，且位于所述切刀盘的出料口下方。
优选地，还包括压料棒，所述压料棒长度大于所述放料通道的长度，且可插入所述放料通道中。
优选地，在所述放料口与所述切刀旋转方向相对的一侧设置有挡料板，所述挡料板的高度低于所述切刀的旋转轨道。
优选地，所述切刀为S形，且刀刃位于S形的外弧上。
优选地，在所述切刀盘的开口处设置有封装所述切刀盘的透明罩。
优选地，所述透明罩的侧边安装有控制所述透明罩开合的磁控开关。
优选地，在所述安装盒内还安装有调节所述电机功率的变压器。
优选地，所述电机通过齿轮组与所述旋转轴连接。
优选地，所述安装盒的盒体上设置有外部电源输入插口。
优选地，所述接料盒上设置有磁铁，在所述安装盒与所述接料盒对应的位置处设置有供所述磁铁吸附的铁片。
本发明的切割装置体积小，切割快速，不需要人工干涉，可放置在桌面或随意携带。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，本发明一个实施方式的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置100一般发生地包括安装盒10、切刀盘20、电机13、控制开关11、放料通道30和接料盒40。
该安装盒10用于为各部件提供安装基座，包括盒体和由壳体构成的内部空间；该切刀盘20安装在安装盒10的上部，包括水平安装在切刀盘10内且可绕旋转轴22旋转的切刀21；该电机13安装在安装盒10内并与切刀21的旋转轴22连接，用驱动切刀21旋转；该控制开关11安装在安装盒10的盒体上，用于控制电机13的启停；该放料通道30为两端开口且垂直安装在切刀盘20上的中空通道，且底部开口与切刀盘20相通，在切刀盘20与放料通道30对应的位置设置有排出切割后阿胶糕的出料口26；该接料盒40活动设置在安装盒10的一侧，且位于切刀盘20的出料口26下方。
在工作时，将条状的阿胶料插入放料通道30中，并插入至出料口26处，打开控制开关11使电机13工作，电机13再通过旋转轴22驱动切刀21旋转，切刀21将阿胶糕由旋转轨道处切断，切下的阿胶糕由出料口26自然下落，并落入到接料盒40中。整条阿胶糕自然下落并不断被切割成相应的小块。本实施方式的切割装置100体积小，切割快速，不需要人工干涉，可放置在桌面或随意携带。
在本实施方式中，切刀21的切割高度和切割速度，可以随意调整或更换。放料通道30采用透明管道，可以随时观察切割进度。切刀盘20与安装盒10采用螺栓固定安装，方便拆卸和维护。
在本发明的另一个实施方式中，为方便阿胶糕的切割，还可以设置一根压料棒50，该压料棒50的长度大于放料通道30的长度，且可插入放料通道30中。当阿胶糕不能顺利下落时，可以通过压料棒50下压阿胶糕，同时压料棒50下压阿胶糕也可以防止阿胶糕在切割过程中跳动。为避免压料棒50与切刀21接触，可以在压料棒50的上端设置大于放料通道30的挡板51。
在本发明的一个实施方式中，为防止最后切割的阿胶糕进入切割盘20，可以在出料口26与切刀21旋转方向相对的一侧设置挡料板25，挡料板25的高度低于切刀21的旋转轨道。当最后剩下的阿胶糕不能被放料通道30阻挡时，可以通过挡料板25限制其径向移动，使其只能落入出料口26。
在本发明的一个实施方式中，为方便切割，该切刀21可以为S形，且刀刃位于S形的外弧上。这样的结构可以使切刀21在切割阿胶糕时有一个切割弧度和拉的动作，避免阿胶糕直接受力，而增加放料通道30的负担。
本发明的一个实施方式中，为提高切刀盘20的安全性，可以在切刀盘20的开口处设置封闭切刀盘20的透明罩23。当切刀21工作时，透明罩23可以防止异物或人体接触切刀21，同时，采用透明的结构也不影响观察切割效果。
本发明的一个实施方式中，为方便透明罩23的开合，该透明罩23的开合可以由磁控开关24控制。磁控开关24可以安装在透明罩23固定端的相对端，按下后磁控开关导通，才能打开透明罩23，从而提高安全性。
本发明的一个实施方式中，为方便调节电机13的电压，可以在安装盒10内安装调节电机13功率的变压器15。通过变压器15还可以间接调整电机13的转速。
本发明的一个实施方式中，为方便控制切刀21的转速，该电机13的电机轴可以通过齿轮组与旋转轴22连接。通过齿轮组的调整，可以控制电机13输出的转速，从而控制切刀21的切割速度。
本发明的一个实施方式中，切割装置100的电机13可以由设置在安装盒10的盒体上的外部电源输入插口14提供。在其它的实施例中，也可以采用外接插头的形式提供电力。
本发明的一个实施方式中，为避免接料盒40移动，可以在接料盒40上设置磁铁，同时在安装盒10与接料盒40对应的位置处设置供磁铁吸附的铁片。当接料盒40安装到位后，即可通过磁铁使其相对固定地连接在安装盒10上。在其它的实施例中，磁铁也可以安装在安装盒10上，而铁片安装在接料盒40上。
至此，本领域技术人员应认识到，虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例，但是，在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下，仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此，本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (8)

1.便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，其特征在于，包括：
安装盒，用于为各部件提供安装基座；
切刀盘，安装在所述安装盒的上部，包括水平安装在所述切刀盘内且可绕旋转轴旋转的切刀；
电机，安装在所述安装盒内，并与所述切刀的旋转轴连接；
控制开关，安装在所述安装盒的盒体上，用于控制所述电机的启停；
放料通道，为两端开口且垂直安装于所述切刀盘上的中空通道，且底部开口与所述切刀盘相通，在所述切刀盘与所述放料通道对应的位置设置有排出切割后阿胶糕的出料口，在所述出料口与所述切刀旋转方向相对的一侧设置有挡料板，所述挡料板的高度低于所述切刀的旋转轨道；
接料盒，活动设置在所述安装盒的一侧，且位于所述切刀盘的出料口下方，所述接料盒上设置有磁铁，在所述安装盒与所述接料盒对应的位置处设置有供所述磁铁吸附的铁片；
将条状的阿胶糕插入放料通道中，并插入至出料口处，打开控制开关使电机工作，电机通过旋转轴驱动切刀旋转，切刀将阿胶糕由所述切刀的旋转轨道处不断被切断成小块，切下的阿胶糕由出料口自然下落到接料盒中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，其特征在于，
还包括压料棒，所述压料棒长度大于所述放料通道的长度，且可插入所述放料通道中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，其特征在于，
所述切刀为S形，且刀刃位于S形的外弧上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，其特征在于，
在所述切刀盘的开口处设置有封装所述切刀盘的透明罩。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，其特征在于，
所述透明罩的侧边安装有控制所述透明罩开合的磁控开关。
6.根据权利要求1所述的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，其特征在于，
在所述安装盒内还安装有调节所述电机功率的变压器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，其特征在于，
所述电机通过齿轮组与所述旋转轴连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的便携式阿胶糕自动切割装置，其特征在于，
所述安装盒的盒体上设置有外部电源输入插口。
