本发明属于中药技术领域。本发明的目的是以中医理论为基础，通过对脂溢性头发脱落一证的辩证分析，进而提供一种治疗该症的中药组合物，该中药组合物是采用下列重量陪比的原料药物组合而成：紫花地丁15‑25份、苦参10‑20份、白头翁10‑20份、马齿苋10‑20份、豆蔻15‑25份、茯苓10‑20份、厚朴5‑15份、鸡内金10‑20份、甘草5‑10份、柴胡15‑25份、珍珠母10‑20份、合欢15‑25份、天麻10‑20份、羚羊角10‑20份、麻黄10‑20份、荆芥15‑25份、桂枝5‑15份。该中药组合物虽采用常规药物组合而成，但通过对病症的辩证分析，合理组方，斟酌用量，其能够取得良好的治疗效果。

Description

一种治疗脂溢性头发脱落的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗脂溢性头发脱落的中药组合物。
背景技术
脂溢性头发脱落是目前最常见的脱发类型，有研究表明，目前我们所看到的90%的脱发现象都属于脂溢性脱发。脂溢性头发脱落患者有一个共同的特点，就是头部皮脂溢出过多，头发油性细软，常伴有头屑增多，头皮油腻，痛痒明显。脱发的主要原因时过多的皮脂分泌物堆积在毛囊周围，甚至压迫或堵塞毛囊孔，给毛发正常生长制造障碍，此外，皮脂分泌物中的油酸、亚油酸等过量时对毛囊有毒性作用，导致毛发中毒、枯萎、脱落。目前针对脂溢性头发脱落的张永药物有：米诺地尔生发水、非那雄胺、安体舒通乳液、中胚层疗法，上述药物及疗法主要作用机理时对毛囊进行清洗及刺激其生长，短期内可能会看见治疗效果，但停用一段时间后，脂溢性头发脱落的复发率较高，难以对脂溢性头发脱落进行根治。
发明内容
本发明的目的是以中医理论为基础，通过对脂溢性头发脱落一证的辩证分析，进而提供一种治疗该症的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种治疗脂溢性头发脱落的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量陪比的原料药物组合而成：紫花地丁15-25份、苦参10-20份、白头翁10-20份、马齿苋10-20份、豆蔻15-25份、茯苓10-20份、厚朴5-15份、鸡内金10-20份、甘草5-10份、柴胡15-25份、珍珠母10-20份、合欢15-25份、天麻10-20份、羚羊角10-20份、麻黄10-20份、荆芥15-25份、桂枝5-15份。
一种治疗脂溢性头发脱落的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量陪比的原料药物组合而成：紫花地丁20g、苦参15g、白头翁15g、马齿苋15g、豆蔻20g、茯苓15g、厚朴10g、鸡内金15g、甘草8g、柴胡20g、珍珠母15g、合欢20g、天麻15g、羚羊角15g、麻黄15g、荆芥20g、桂枝10g。
上述中药组合物的服用方法为：将上述中药组合物混合后按照传统煎制中药的方法取其药汁，每副取药汁300-500ml，每日早晚两次服用，7日为一疗程。
组方分析：脂溢性头发脱落的典型症状为头皮油腻、痛痒明显，油腻乃湿中夹热，呈寒热错杂之象，痛痒乃气滞不通所致。常观过量饮酒或熬夜少睡，次日头皮油腻不堪可知，酒水入胃，胃火升腾，湿滞中焦，酒后或熬夜少眠皆会导致肝郁不舒，以肝郁而生邪热，肝郁合之胃火升腾逼邪热湿气自头部而出形成油腻，油腻阻塞毛囊久已则致脱发。因此脂溢性头发脱落，患者虽不必饮酒熬夜，但其所现症状必与中焦及肝密切关联，一则中焦湿热交杂，二则肝郁不舒而生邪热，因此治疗时以疏肝调中为要。故在本发明所提供的中药组合物中，取紫花地丁、苦参、白头翁、马齿苋泄中焦及肝郁之邪热，豆蔻、茯苓、厚朴泄湿温中和胃，鸡内金、甘草培其中土，柴胡、珍珠母、合欢、天麻、羚羊角疏肝解郁、息风平肝，加以麻黄、荆芥、桂枝解表祛邪。上述诸药合用，风息木生，中焦湿热以清，头皮脂溢不生，气血荣生以上，毛囊以畅，则发不脱而新发生，脂溢性头发脱落一证自愈。由此可见，该中药组合物虽采用常规药物组合而成，但通过对病症的辩证分析，合理组方，斟酌用量，其能够取得良好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明所提供的中药组合物做进一步说明。
实施例l
配方1：紫花地丁20g、苦参15g、白头翁15g、马齿苋15g、豆蔻20g、茯苓15g、厚朴10g、鸡内金15g、甘草8g、柴胡20g、珍珠母15g、合欢20g、天麻15g、羚羊角15g、麻黄15g、荆芥20g、桂枝10g。
本实施例所提供的中药组合物自2012年至2015年共临床观察患者76例，所筛选76例患者为脂溢性头发脱落患者，典型症状为：头及脸部易多油，身易汗，头发需要每日清洗，否则油腻不堪，严重者发如抹油，患者脱发部位集中在前额上部及头顶部位。
疗效标准分下列几级：
治愈：经治疗后，长出头发，与常人无异；
有效：经治疗后，脱发明显减少，且长出新发。
无效：治疗后，脱发症状略有改善或无改善。
治疗方法：服用本实施例所提供的中药组合物进行治疗，服药3个疗程后观察，如无改善，则停服，若有改善则继续用3-5疗程。
结果：服用3个疗程后，76例患者中有69例患者出现不同症状的改善，7例无改善，改善症状主要集中在头部出油减轻，其中56例患者出现新生发，继续服用5个疗程后观察，其中61例患者长出新发，且头发数量基本与常人无异，8例患者局部生出新发，7例患者无改善。统计表明，该中药组合物对治疗脂溢性头发脱落的治愈率达80.3%，有效率90.8%，无效9.2%。
典型病例
病例1
姚某，男，36岁，2014年诊断为脂溢性头发脱落，常年头发油腻，清洗后脱发严重，且头发中伴有较多的头皮屑，服用各种药物后，一直未能根治，至就诊时，头顶部位已完全脱发露出头皮，且前额发际线严重后退。2015年2月开始服用本发明中药组合物3周后，头屑明显减少，头发油腻感消失，且在头顶部位出现新发绒毛，继续服用该中药组合物2周，头顶及前部缺发部位完全长出新发，与正常人无异，至今再无复发。
病例2
胡某，女，29岁，2013年诊断为脂溢性头发脱落，脱发严重，头发稀疏，头皮发痒，油腻，服用各种药物，一致未能根治。2014年9月开始服用本发明中药组合物3周后，头皮发痒及油腻症状消失，头皮有新发出现，且旧发变黑、变粗，继续服用该中药组合物3周，头发完全长出，与常人无异，至今再无复发。
实施例2
一种治疗脂溢性头发脱落的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量陪比的原料药物组合而成：紫花地丁15份、苦参20份、白头翁10份、马齿苋20份、豆蔻15份、茯苓20份、厚朴5份、鸡内金20份、甘草5份、柴胡25份、珍珠母10份、合欢25份、天麻10份、羚羊角20份、麻黄10份、荆芥25份、桂枝5份。
实施例3
一种治疗脂溢性头发脱落的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量陪比的原料药物组合而成：紫花地丁25份、苦参10份、白头翁20份、马齿苋10份、豆蔻25份、茯苓10份、厚朴15份、鸡内金10份、甘草10份、柴胡15份、珍珠母20份、合欢15份、天麻20份、羚羊角10份、麻黄20份、荆芥15份、桂枝15份。
