本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗少腹痛的中药组合物。
背景技术
少腹痛即小腹两旁疼痛。少腹痛的病因极为复杂，包括炎症、肿瘤、出血、梗阻、穿孔、创伤及功能障碍等。现代医学只能根据临床上表现出的某一症状进行对症治疗，如消炎、镇痛治疗，但是这种治疗方法只起到缓解症状的作用，往往达不到预期的效果，并且也达不到治本的目的。

根据中医理论，针对少腹痛的发病机理，采用疏肝理气、活血祛瘀的治法，进行辩证的组方配伍，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗少腹痛的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例48例，其中男20例，女28例，年龄20～60岁。
二、临床表现：少腹疼痛，行走痛感更甚，伴有大便干结，恶心，不思饮食，周身疲惫无力。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
(1)痊愈：疼痛消失，心情舒畅，精神焕发；
(2)显效：疼痛显著减轻，神清气爽；
(3)有效：疼痛有所减轻，偶感不适，但可接受；
(4)无效；疼痛无改善，症状如前。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药4-8个疗程，痊愈34例，随访未见复发；显效6例，有效4例，无效4例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：常某，男，43 岁。初时低热头痛，三日后少腹疼痛，经生化检查无特殊发现，疼痛加剧，大便五日未解，不思饮食。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，发热消失，疼痛有所减轻；继续服用3个疗程，疼痛消失，大便通畅，痊愈。随访半年未见复发。

1. 一种治疗少腹痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：生地黄10-30份，蒲公英10-20份，青皮10-20份，荜澄茄5-15份，鸡屎藤10-20份，女贞子10-20份，大黄10-20份，桃仁5-15份，芙蓉花10-20份，瓜蒌仁10-20份，厚朴5-15份，隔山撬10-20份，古羊藤10-20份，刺梨根10-20份，牡丹皮5-15份，延胡索10-20份，芒硝9-15份，石斛10-20份，莱菔子5-15份，梅花刺根10-20份，糯米藤10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗少腹痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：生地黄20份，蒲公英15份，青皮15份，荜澄茄10份，鸡屎藤15份，女贞子15份，大黄15份，桃仁10份，芙蓉花15份，瓜蒌仁15份，厚朴10份，隔山撬15份，古羊藤15份，刺梨根15份，牡丹皮10份，延胡索15份，芒硝9-15份，石斛15份，莱菔子10份，梅花刺根15份，糯米藤15份，甘草10份。
