本发明涉及一种天然抑菌牙膏，属于牙膏领域，采用的技术方案为：植物提取物10‑15％，碳酸氢钙15‑20％，二氧化硅15‑20％，月桂酰两性基PG‑乙酸盐磷酸酯钠5‑8％，木糖醇5‑6％，植酸钠2‑4％，珍珠粉1‑3％，椰子油醇酰胺1‑4％，维生素C 2‑4％，糖精钠1‑2％，香精0.3‑0.8％，杰马0.1‑0.5％，去离子水余量，所述植物提取物由鱼腥草提取物1‑5份和金钟藤提取物3‑6份组成，其活性成分采用鱼腥草提取物与金钟藤提取物进行复配，产生了预料不到的协同增效抑菌效果。

本发明涉及牙膏领域，具体涉及一种天然抑菌牙膏。
背景技术
当今社会，人们越来越关注口腔卫生和健康，拥有一口健康亮白的牙齿逐渐成为人们的普遍追求。由于牙齿表面存在着多种细菌，它们分泌许多黏性物质，日常饮食中的茶垢和饮用水中的某些矿物质吸附在这些黏性物质上，逐渐是牙齿变黄或变黑。市面上的牙膏通过只是起到暂时性清洁牙齿的作用，抗菌美白效果一般。
发明内容
本发明的目的即是提供一种效果显著的抑菌牙膏，其原料包括如下重量百分比的组分：植物提取物10-15％，碳酸氢钙15-20％，二氧化硅15-20％，月桂酰两性基PG-乙酸盐磷酸酯钠5-8％，木糖醇5-6％，植酸钠2-4％，珍珠粉1-3％，椰子油醇酰胺1-4％，维生素C2-4％，糖精钠1-2％，香精0.3-0.8％，杰马0.1-0.5％，去离子水余量，所述植物提取物由鱼腥草提取物1-5份和金钟藤提取物3-6份组成。
优选的，各组分的重量百分比为：植物提取物12-14％，碳酸氢钙16-18％，二氧化硅16-18％，月桂酰两性基PG-乙酸盐磷酸酯钠6-8％，木糖醇5-6％，植酸钠2-4％，珍珠粉1-3％，椰子油醇酰胺2-4％，维生素C 2-4％，糖精钠1-2％，香精0.4-0.6％，杰马0.2-0.4％。
进一步优选的，各组分的重量百分比为：植物提取物13％，碳酸氢钙17％，二氧化硅17％，月桂酰两性基PG-乙酸盐磷酸酯钠7％，木糖醇6％，植酸钠3％，珍珠粉2％，椰子油醇酰胺3％，维生素C 3％，糖精钠1％，香精0.5％，杰马0.3％。
鱼腥草为三白草科植物蕺菜(Houttuynia cordata Thunb.)的干燥地上部分，其有效成分包括挥发油，内含抗菌有效成分癸酰乙醛(deCanoy acetaldehyde)，月桂醛(lauric aldehyde)，a-蒎烯(a-pinene)和芳樟醇(linlool)，还含甲基正壬基甲酮(methyL-n-nonylketone)，樟烯(camphene)，月桂烯(myrcene)，柠檬烯(limonene)，乙酸龙脑酯(bornyl acetate)，丁香烯(caryophellene)，对各种微生物(尤其是酵母菌和霉菌)均有抑制作用，对溶血性的链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、流感杆菌、卡他球菌、肺炎球菌有明显的抑制作用。对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌也有作用，人工合成的癸酰乙醛亚硫酸氢钠加成物称为合成的鱼腥草素。
金钟藤(Merremia boisiana)又名多花山猪菜，为旋花科鱼黄草属的植物，分布于老挝、印度尼西亚、越南以及中国大陆的云南、海南、广西等地，研究表明，金钟藤甲醇粗提物的氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物有较高抗菌活性，正丁醇萃取物对水稻纹枯病有较好防效，萃取物的抗菌作用机理包括：杀菌作用，表现为孢子不能萌发，游动孢子停止游动；抑菌作用，表现为致菌丝畸形、抑制生物量、和破坏细胞膜等。从氯仿萃取物中分离鉴定出伞形花内酯、3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸和东莨菪素等3个已知化合物，东莨菪素的含量较高，伞形花内酯和3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸是首次从金钟藤分离得到，3个化合物对植物病原真菌和细菌都有广谱和较强的抗菌活性。
鱼腥草和金钟藤可以通过本领域常用的水提和醇提方法进行制备，优选的，所述鱼腥草提取物的制备方法为：按料液1:20-30将鱼腥草药材用60％乙醇于50℃恒温浸提24h，过滤，于30℃左右减压浓缩至膏状，于真空干燥箱中烘干，粉碎，即得。
所述金钟藤提取物的制备方法为：将金钟藤粉碎，加入10-15倍量的水，浸泡2h，加热煮沸2h，重复煎煮3次，过滤，合并滤液，减压浓缩，干燥即得。
所述鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物的重量份比例优选为3:4。
本发明的天然抑菌牙膏可以采用本领域乳剂的常规方法进行制备。
本发明的天然抑菌牙膏通过将鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物进行复配组合，产生了预料不到的协同增效抗菌效果。
具体实施方式
植物提取物的制备
按料液1:25将鱼腥草药材用60％乙醇于50℃恒温浸提24h，过滤，于30℃左右减压浓缩至膏状，于真空干燥箱中烘干，粉碎，即得鱼腥草提取物；将金钟藤粉碎，加入15倍量的水，浸泡2h，加热煮沸2h，重复煎煮3次，过滤，合并滤液，减压浓缩，干燥即得金钟藤提取物。
实施例1
按如下组成取原料：
植物提取物12％，碳酸氢钙16％，二氧化硅16％，月桂酰两性基PG-乙酸盐磷酸酯钠6％，木糖醇5％，植酸钠2％，珍珠粉1％，椰子油醇酰胺2％，维生素C 2％，糖精钠1％，香精0.4％，杰马0.2％，植物提取物由鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物按3:4的重量份比组成，按本领域常规方法制备。
实施例2
按如下组成取原料：
植物提取物14％，碳酸氢钙18％，二氧化硅18％，月桂酰两性基PG-乙酸盐磷酸酯钠8％，木糖醇6％，植酸钠4％，珍珠粉3％，椰子油醇酰胺4％，维生素C 4％，糖精钠2％，香精0.6％，杰马0.4％，植物提取物由鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物按3:4的重量份比组成，按本领域常规方法制备。
实施例3
按如下组成取原料：
植物提取物13％，碳酸氢钙17％，二氧化硅17％，月桂酰两性基PG-乙酸盐磷酸酯钠7％，木糖醇6％，植酸钠3％，珍珠粉2％，椰子油醇酰胺3％，维生素C 3％，糖精钠1％，香精0.5％，杰马0.3％，植物提取物由鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物按3:4的重量份比组成，按本领域常规方法制备。
实施例4
抗菌效果试验：
使用白色念株菌(ATCC10231)作为试验菌株，0.03mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液作为阴性对照，实施例3中的鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物作为试验组，鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物分别单独作为对照组，根据QB/T 2738-2012进行抑菌效果测试，结果如表1所示：

使用金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC29213)作为试验菌株，0.03mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液作为阴性对照，实施例3中的鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物作为试验组，鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物分别单独作为对照组，根据QB/T 2738-2012进行抑菌效果测试，结果如表2所示：

结果显示，本发明的天然抑菌牙膏中所采用的鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物与单独使用鱼腥草提取物或单独使用金钟藤提取物作为抗菌剂相比，产生了预料不到的协同增效抑菌效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种天然抑菌牙膏，其特征在于，其原料包括如下重量百分比的组分：植物提取物10-15％，碳酸氢钙15-20％，二氧化硅15-20％，月桂酰两性基PG-乙酸盐磷酸酯钠5-8％，木糖醇5-6％，植酸钠2-4％，珍珠粉1-3％，椰子油醇酰胺1-4％，维生素C 2-4％，糖精钠1-2％，香精0.3-0.8％，杰马0.1-0.5％，去离子水余量，所述植物提取物由鱼腥草提取物1-5份和金钟藤提取物3-6份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然抑菌牙膏，其特征在于，所述鱼腥草提取物的制备方法为：按料液1:20-30将鱼腥草药材用60％乙醇于50℃恒温浸提24h，过滤，于30℃左右减压浓缩至膏状，于真空干燥箱中烘干，粉碎，即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然抑菌牙膏，其特征在于，所述金钟藤提取物的制备方法为：将金钟藤粉碎，加入10-15倍量的水，浸泡2h，加热煮沸2h，重复煎煮3次，过滤，合并滤液，减压浓缩，干燥即得。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的天然抑菌牙膏，其特征在于，鱼腥草提取物和金钟藤提取物的重量份比例优选为3:4。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的天然抑菌牙膏，其特征在于，各组分的重量百分比优选为：植物提取物12-14％，碳酸氢钙16-18％，二氧化硅16-18％，月桂酰两性基PG-乙酸盐磷酸酯钠6-8％，木糖醇5-6％，植酸钠2-4％，珍珠粉1-3％，椰子油醇酰胺2-4％，维生素C2-4％，糖精钠1-2％，香精0.4-0.6％，杰马0.2-0.4％。
6.根据权利要求5所述的天然抑菌牙膏，其特征在于，各组分的重量百分比优选为：植物提取物13％，碳酸氢钙17％，二氧化硅17％，月桂酰两性基PG-乙酸盐磷酸酯钠7％，木糖醇6％，植酸钠3％，珍珠粉2％，椰子油醇酰胺3％，维生素C 3％，糖精钠1％，香精0.5％，杰马0.3％。
