技术领域
本发明涉及家居用品纸巾盒技术领域,特别涉及一种多功能家居用保健纸抽。
背景技术
纸巾是人们生活中使用最为频繁的日用品之一,纸抽通常称为纸巾盒,是用来收纳纸巾的用具,为人们使用纸巾提供方便、并且保证纸巾不受外界污染,目前的纸抽一般都是由硬质纸板、塑料或木质材料制成,其结构一般包括一个底面不封闭的盒体、一个用于密封盒体底面的底座,盒体顶面开设有抽取纸巾的取纸口。但现有技术中的纸抽功能比较单一,已不能满足现代人们对生活品质的追求。
一方面,随着全球气温的不断升高,蚊子的种群和数量都将大幅提高,正日益威胁人类的健康。蚊子除直接叮刺吸血、骚扰睡眠外,更严重的是传播多种疾病。我国的蚊传病有疟疾、淋巴丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热(或登革出血热)四类,蚊传较重要的病毒病还有黄热病及各种马脑炎等。
另一方面,电气石具有产生负离子及远红外线的功能,将空气负离子及远红外线技术运用于纸巾盒产品中,使用后的纸巾盒能长期释放空气负离子,尤其是负氧离子。由于其在结构上与超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)相似,因此具有相似的生物活性,能够使活的生物细胞带负电荷,从而使病毒失去对细胞的攻击能力。例如,在人造空气负离子环境中,经测定空气中霉菌、细菌数可降低90%以上。负氧离子被吸入人体后,能调节神经中枢的兴奋状态,改善肺的换气功能,改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢、增强免疫系统能力、使人精神振奋、提高工作效率等,它还对高血压、气喘、流感、失眠、关节炎等许多疾病有一定的治疗作用,所以人称负离子为“空气中的维生素”“长寿素”。
迄今,使传统的纸巾盒产品同时具有驱赶蚊虫、防菌杀菌和释放负离子等保健功能的技术设计还未有见。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能家居用保健纸抽,不仅可有效的驱赶蚊虫,释放负离子,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,其保健效果非常好。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种多功能家居用保健纸抽,包括由毛绒面料制成的纸巾盒体及与纸巾盒体缝制在一起的毛绒玩具,所述纸巾盒体设有用于容纳纸巾的腔体,在所述纸巾盒体的上部活动设置有盒盖,在所述的盒盖上开设有用于抽取纸巾的取纸口,其特征在于:所述纸巾盒体由盒体罩套、盒体垫体和被盒体罩套包裹在内部的圆筒状纸巾盒支撑体组成,所述盒体罩套由毛绒布料缝制而成,所述的纸巾盒支撑体被盒体罩套包裹其中,在所述盒体罩套和纸巾盒支撑体之间设置有盒体垫体容置腔,所述盒体垫体装置于所述盒体垫体容置腔内,其中:

进一步的,所述的盒体罩套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:竹叶椒70-80份,槟榔20-25份,苦地丁13-15份,白头翁7-9份,黄连3-5份,打破碗花花7-9份,榆树皮5-6份, 沉香4-6份,樟木3-5份,薰衣草6-7份,夜交藤11-12.5份,薄荷3-3.5份,番红花1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰2.5-4份,香子兰1.5-2份,尤加利精油1-1.5份,天竺葵精油0.5-0.8份,所述的盒体罩套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:竹叶椒70-80份,槟榔20-25份,苦地丁13-15份,白头翁7-9份,黄连3-5份,打破碗花花7-9份,榆树皮5-6份, 沉香4-6份,樟木3-5份,薰衣草6-7份,夜交藤11-12.5份,薄荷3-3.5份,番红花1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰2.5-4份,香子兰1.5-2份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,以形成中药混合物,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入尤加利精油1-1.5份,天竺葵精油0.5-0.8份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的盒体罩套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层0浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的盒体罩套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层2放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述盒体罩套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8-9份、避蚊胺0.1-0.2份和香茅油0.5-1份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10-30份、桉树油18-19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3份。
本发明基于祖国传统医学,采用中药保健理论,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组份协同作用,其中各原料的作用简介如下。
竹叶椒:《四川常用中草药》:散寒,行气,杀虫,祛风。治胸腹冷痛,蛔虫肚痛,风寒牙痛,湿毒痒疮。
槟榔:苦辛温,归胃大肠经。驱虫消积,行气利水。
苦地丁:为罂粟科植物地丁紫堇的全草,对甲型链球菌、肺炎球菌、卡他球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌有抑制,对副流感仙台病毒亦有抑制作用。
白头翁:毛莨科植物,多年生草本,别名有奈何草、粉乳草、白头草、老姑草、菊菊苗、老翁花、老冠花、猫爪子花等,具有清热解毒,凉血止痢,燥湿杀虫的功效,对金黄色葡萄球菌绿脓杆菌有抑制作用,其乙醇提取物具有镇静、镇痛及抗痉挛作用。
黄连:属多年生草本植物,抗菌作用 2、抗真菌作用 3、抗病毒作用 4、抗阿米巴作用 5、抗炎、抗腹泻作用 6.、对心血管作用7、解热作用 8、降血糖作用 9、降血脂作用 10、抗氧化作用 11、对血液系统的影响 12、抗溃疡作用。
打破碗花花:①《陕西中草药》:“苦,凉,有小毒。”②《四川常用中草药》:“苦辛,温,有小毒。” 解毒,排脓生肌,消肿散瘀,具有杀蛆虫、孑孓,化积,消肿,散瘀,治顽癣,秃疮,疟疾,小儿疳积,痢疾,痈疖疮肿,瘰疬,跌打损伤。
榆树皮:为榆科植物的干燥树皮或根皮, 甘、平,无毒;利水,通淋,消肿,用于小便不通,淋浊,水肿,痈疽发背,丹毒,疥癣。
沉香:“本草纲目”记载木具有强烈的抗菌效能、香气入脾、清神理气、补五脏、止咳化痰、暖胃温脾、通气定痛、能入药,是上等药材极品。
樟木:常绿乔木,树皮黄褐色,有不规则的纵裂纹,主产长江以南及西南各地。冬季伐树劈碎或锯成块状,晒干或风干。木材块状大小不一,表面红棕色至暗棕色,横断面可见年轮。质重而硬。有强烈的樟脑香气,味清凉,有辛辣感,性温,味辛;能 通窍辟秽、温中止痛、利湿杀虫。
薰衣草:能除蚁、除蟑、除螨,放在衣柜、枕头下的时候,不但能代替樟脑丸,还能留下一股沁人的香味,研究发现,薰衣草有明显的抗菌作用,薰衣草中蕴含的芳樟醇是薰衣草抗菌的主要成分,它能抑制17种细菌(包括革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌)、10种真菌的生长。
夜交藤: 夜交藤性平无毒,味甘微苦,入心、肝经,有安神养血、祛风通络的功效,主治阴虚血少、虚烦不眠、风湿痹痛、皮肤痒疹等症。
薄荷:为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥地上部分,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气。
番红花:具有强大的生理活性,其柱头在亚洲和欧洲作为药用,有镇静、祛痰、解痉作用,国外用作镇静、驱风剂,活血化瘀,凉血解毒,解郁安神。温毒发斑、忧郁痞闷、惊悸发狂。
甜马郁兰:可以改善心情苦闷和上瘾症,尤其对弘毅紧张症状有效,能扩张血管、降血压、减轻以及负担,帮助消除心悸,有优异的神经安抚与镇定功能。
香子兰:有特殊的香气,具有抗疲劳和心情郁闷、助荷尔蒙分泌、舒缓焦虑及改善失眠等功效。具有强心、补脑、健胃、解毒、驱风、增强肌肉力量的功效,作芳香型神经系统兴奋剂和补肾药,用来治疗癔病、忧郁症 、阳痿、虚热和风湿病。
尤加利精油具有抗感染、抗病毒、杀菌、杀虫、除臭的功效,抗病毒的作用,对呼吸道疾病最有效,能缓和发炎现象,使鼻粘膜舒适;同时对情绪有冷静的效果,可使头脑清楚,集中注意力。
天竺葵精油:具有止血,收缩血管,气喘,肝排毒,胆结石,肾排毒,肾结石,利尿,肌肉酸痛,油性皮肤,老化皮肤活化,疱疹,皮肤苍白,减肥,促进结疤,湿疹,灼伤晒伤,癣,月经不顺,乳房充血发炎,减轻忧郁不安,具有除臭,抗菌,杀菌的作用。
香茅油:又称香草油或雄刈萱油。由香茅的全草经蒸汽蒸馏而得。淡黄色液体。有浓郁的山椒香气。主要成分是香茅醛、香叶醇和香茅醇。用于提取香茅醛,供合成羟基香茅醛、香叶醇和薄荷脑。也可用作杀虫剂、驱蚊药和皂用香料。、
本发明通过中药层、活性炭层和负离子颗粒层的设置,活性炭层具有去味和抗菌功能,对污垢具有吸附作用,有助于去除环境中的异味,使空气净化;负离子颗粒层,能够促进身体保温和末梢血液循环,具有良好的养生保健作用;驱蚊中药层在驱赶蚊虫的同时,还具有防霉杀菌的作用,这些设置达到综合协调健康的养生方式,人体通过吸收电气石加热后释放的远红外线、负离子、亚离子、矿物元素等,皮肤代谢有害物质,提高肌肤弹性,促进全身血液循环和新陈代谢,从而达到健身的作用。
本发明的效果:
本发明采用驱虫中草药与抗菌消炎草本药物复配,再配以改善精神状态的草本中药成份,添加温性的精油成份及负离子活性成份,经实验证明,本发明不仅可以驱赶蚊虫,还可以释放负离子,清新空气,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,具有健身、驱蚊、防霉杀菌的功效。

进一步的,所述的盒体罩套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和第一、二记忆棉填充层24,240在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:竹叶椒70份,槟榔25份,苦地丁13份,白头翁9份,黄连3份,打破碗花花9份,榆树皮5份, 沉香6份,樟木3份,薰衣草7份,夜交藤11份,薄荷3.5份,番红花1.5份,甜马郁兰4份,香子兰1.5份,尤加利精油1.5份,天竺葵精油0.5份,所述的盒体罩套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和第一、二记忆棉填充层24,240的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:竹叶椒70份,槟榔25份,苦地丁13份,白头翁9份,黄连3份,打破碗花花9份,榆树皮5份, 沉香6份,樟木3份,薰衣草7份,夜交藤11份,薄荷3.5份,番红花1.5份,甜马郁兰4份,香子兰1.5份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至130目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,以形成中药混合物,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于67℃煎煮1.7小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入尤加利精油1.5份,天竺葵精油0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7.5%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的盒体罩套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和第一、二记忆棉填充层24,240浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的盒体罩套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和第一、二记忆棉填充层24,240放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度90℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述盒体罩套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和第一、二记忆棉填充层24,240。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8份、避蚊胺0.2份和香茅油0.5份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10份、桉树油19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15份和苯甲酸钠0.1份。

S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:竹叶椒80份,槟榔20份,苦地丁15份,白头翁7份,黄连5份,打破碗花花7份,榆树皮6份, 沉香4份,樟木5份,薰衣草6份,夜交藤12.5份,薄荷3份,番红花2.5份,甜马郁兰2.5份,香子兰2份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,以形成中药混合物,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于80℃煎煮1.5小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入尤加利精油1份,天竺葵精油0.8份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按9%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的纸巾盒套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和第一、二记忆棉填充层24,240浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的纸巾盒套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和第一、二记忆棉填充层24,240放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度110℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述纸巾盒套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和记忆棉填充层24,240。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂9份、避蚊胺0.1份和香茅油1份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯30份、桉树油18份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1份和苯甲酸钠0.3份。
其余同实施例1。
经过处理后的纸巾盒的驱避率达到85%以上,并不断释放负离子,净化空气。
检验上述纸巾盒的方法如下:
(1)气味检查:感官,清香,无刺激性异味。
(2)驱蚊效果测试。
在三个2平方米的实验空间,分别为实验1组、实验2组和对照组,(实验1组对应实施例1、实验2组对应实施例2)并将实验组和对照组(普通纸巾盒)分别放入无外界蚊虫干扰的实验室内,实验组和对照组(普通纸巾盒)均通过温湿度控制器将温度控制在温度25℃,相对湿度45%,实验组内放置本发明,而对照组是按照本发明方法制作的未添加中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层、活性炭颗粒层和中药提取物的普通纸巾盒,分别对蚊子、跳蚤、蚂蚁、蟑螂、臭虫、扁虱进行分类测试,分别在5、10、15、24 小时内进行计数,检测数据见表1。
由表1 得出各类昆虫在各时间段的驱避率,并得出表2。
驱避率为(放入数量- 剩余数量)/ 放入数量。
由表1 和表2可知,本发明的驱虫率可达80%以上,并且10小时即可达到接近90%,15小时即可达到95% 以上,与对照组(普通纸巾盒)相比,本发明的驱虫效果明显。
(3)负离子检测。
采用负离子测试仪器,主要是针对木材、矿石、陶瓷材料、负离子粉末与相关制成商品(如负离子衣物、项链、毛毯)等所释放出的负离子数量做出测量。
测试结果见表3。
结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2中的纸巾盒可以持续释放空气负离子,与现有技术中的普通纸巾盒相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
(4)杀菌效果检测。
依照本发明方法制备的纸巾盒经检测,其理化指标如表4:
结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2中的纸巾盒杀菌效果优良,与现有技术中的普通纸巾盒相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。

所述的盒体罩套(1)、毛绒玩具外层(B1)和第一、二记忆棉填充层(24,240)在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:竹叶椒70-80份,槟榔20-25份,苦地丁13-15份,白头翁7-9份,黄连3-5份,打破碗花花7-9份,榆树皮5-6份, 沉香4-6份,樟木3-5份,薰衣草6-7份,夜交藤11-12.5份,薄荷3-3.5份,番红花1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰2.5-4份,香子兰1.5-2份,尤加利精油1-1.5份,天竺葵精油0.5-0.8份,所述的盒体罩套(1)、毛绒玩具外层(B1)和第一、二记忆棉填充层(24,240)的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:竹叶椒70-80份,槟榔20-25份,苦地丁13-15份,白头翁7-9份,黄连3-5份,打破碗花花7-9份,榆树皮5-6份, 沉香4-6份,樟木3-5份,薰衣草6-7份,夜交藤11-12.5份,薄荷3-3.5份,番红花1.5-2.5份,甜马郁兰2.5-4份,香子兰1.5-2份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,以形成中药混合物,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入尤加利精油1-1.5重量份,天竺葵精油0.5-0.8重量份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;所述中药整理液还包括下述重量份的组分:表面活性剂8-9份,避蚊胺0.1-0.2份,香茅油0.5-1份,丁酸丁酯10-30份,桉树油18-19份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3份;
S5、将已经生产好的盒体罩套(1)、毛绒玩具外层(B1)和第一、二记忆棉填充层(24,240)浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的盒体罩套(1)、毛绒玩具外层(B1)和第一、二记忆棉填充层(24,240)放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述盒体罩套(1)、毛绒玩具外层(B1)和第一、二记忆棉填充层(24,240)。
