本发明公开了一种蜂蜜荔枝汁及其制备方法,该蜂蜜荔枝汁包括以下重量份的原料:蜂蜜8‑15份,荔枝汁20‑30份,柠檬汁2‑5份,人参1‑3份,黄芪1‑3份,当归1‑3份,红枣1‑3份,金银花1‑3份,白芍1‑3份,川芎1‑3份,熟地黄1‑3份,陈皮1‑3份,生姜1‑3份。其制备方法为:将人参,黄芪,当归,红枣,金银花,白芍,川芎,熟地黄,陈皮,生姜加水混合熬制后得到滤液;在滤液中加入蜂蜜、荔枝汁和柠檬汁,均匀搅拌;装罐杀菌,密封冷藏。本发明的蜂蜜荔枝汁制备方法简单,制备而成的蜂蜜荔枝汁:口感好、营养丰富且具有清热解毒,补气益血的功效。

本发明涉及一种饮品及加工方法,具体涉及一种加入荔枝汁作为原料的蜂蜜汁及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,保健饮品发展非常迅速,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对饮品的要求不仅是爽口、安全卫生,而且要求营养、保健,能够有利于身心健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种口感好、营养丰富且具有清热解毒,补气益血功效的蜂蜜荔枝汁及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种蜂蜜荔枝汁,按照重量份计,由下列原料制成:蜂蜜8-15份,荔枝汁20-30份,柠檬汁2-5份,人参1-3份,黄芪1-3份,当归1-3份,红枣1-3份,金银花1-3份,白芍1-3份,川芎1-3份,熟地黄1-3 份,陈皮1-3份,生姜1-3份。
一种蜂蜜荔枝汁的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述重量份称取原料;
(2)将人参,黄芪,当归,红枣,金银花,白芍,川芎,熟地黄,陈皮,生姜加水混合熬制后得到滤液;
(3)在滤液中加入蜂蜜、荔枝汁和柠檬汁,均匀搅拌;
(4)装罐杀菌,密封冷藏。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的蜂蜜荔枝汁制备方法简单,制备而成的蜂蜜荔枝汁:口感好、营养丰富且具有清热解毒,补气益血的功效。

一种蜂蜜荔枝汁,包括以下重量份的原料:蜂蜜8份,荔枝汁 20份,柠檬汁2份,人参1份,黄芪1份,当归1份,红枣1份, 金银花1份,白芍1份,川芎1份,熟地黄1份,陈皮1份,生姜1 份。

一种蜂蜜荔枝汁,包括以下重量份的原料:蜂蜜12份,荔枝汁25份,柠檬汁4份,人参2份,黄芪2份,当归2份,红枣2份, 金银花2份,白芍2份,川芎2份,熟地黄2份,陈皮2份,生姜2 份。

一种蜂蜜荔枝汁,包括以下重量份的原料:蜂蜜15份,荔枝汁30份,柠檬汁5份,人参3份,黄芪3份,当归3份,红枣3份,金银花3份,白芍3份,川芎3份,熟地黄3份,陈皮3份,生姜3 份。
上述各实施例的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

2.一种如权利要求1所述的蜂蜜荔枝汁的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述重量份称取原料;
(2)将人参,黄芪,当归,红枣,金银花,白芍,川芎,熟地黄,陈皮,生姜加水混合熬制后得到滤液;
(3)在滤液中加入蜂蜜、荔枝汁和柠檬汁,均匀搅拌;
(4)装罐杀菌,密封冷藏。
