Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用干麦草打捆制备的禽畜粗饲料,涉及饲料加工技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:干麦草200‑250份、苜蓿草15‑20份、萝卜缨12‑16份、桑叶10‑15份、甜菜10‑15份、荷叶6‑10份、果渣5‑8份、防霉防虫剂5‑8份、山药4‑6份、炙甘草3‑5份、茶叶渣3‑5份、膨润土3‑5份、红曲米2‑3份、芡实2‑3份、陈皮1‑2份、水100‑150份。本发明通过浸渍方法并利用干麦草内部疏松多孔的结构来吸附营养物质,以提高饲料的消化吸收率,避免单纯使用干麦草存在的因粗纤维含量高而难消化的问题,并且通过防霉防虫剂的添加,延长饲料的存储期,保证饲料品质。

本发明涉及饲料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种利用干麦草打捆制备的禽畜粗饲料。
背景技术:
干麦草是小麦收获后留下的主要副产物,为了防止因焚烧带来的空气污染问题,通常将干麦草制成饲料以饲喂禽畜。并且为了方便储存和运输,一般将干麦草打捆成块状。但打捆后的干麦草在储存时容易出现生霉和虫蛀现象,降低饲料品质,并且如果继续使用变质的饲料饲喂禽畜,则容易引发禽畜肠胃疾病。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种营养丰富、储存期长且可安全食用的利用干麦草打捆制备的禽畜粗饲料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种利用干麦草打捆制备的禽畜粗饲料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
干麦草200-250份、苜蓿草15-20份、萝卜缨12-16份、桑叶10-15份、甜菜10-15份、荷叶6-10份、果渣5-8份、防霉防虫剂5-8份、山药4-6份、炙甘草3-5份、茶叶渣3-5份、膨润土3-5份、红曲米2-3份、芡实2-3份、陈皮1-2份、水100-150份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将甜菜、果渣、山药和水加入榨汁机中,经充分榨汁后过滤,向滤液中加入苜蓿草、萝卜缨、桑叶和荷叶,再将混合物加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后再次过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)将炙甘草、茶叶渣、红曲米、芡实和陈皮粉碎成粉末,然后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I、物料II、防霉防虫剂和膨润土加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm,即得混合浆料;
(4)将干麦草浸没于混合浆料中,12h后连同浆料送入冷冻干燥机中,充分冷冻干燥,最后利用打捆机打捆。
所述防霉防虫剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:香樟叶10-15份、茵陈草10-15份、苦艾草8-11份、薏仁米粉5-8份、苦参4-6份、苍术4-6份、茶籽粉3-5份、沸石粉2-3份、梧桐子粉2-3份、食盐2-3份、膨胀蛭石粉1-2份、皂角粉1-2份、六偏磷酸钠1-2份、芒硝0.5-1份,其制备方法为:将香樟叶、茵陈草、苦艾草、苦参和苍术粉碎成粉末,再加入茶籽粉、食盐和六偏磷酸钠,充分混合后静置3-5h,然后加入薏仁米粉、沸石粉、梧桐子粉、膨胀蛭石粉、皂角粉和芒硝,混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置2-3h即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以干麦草为主要原料,并辅以多种营养助剂,通过浸渍方法并利用干麦草内部疏松多孔的结构来吸附营养物质,以提高饲料的消化吸收率,避免单纯使用干麦草存在的因粗纤维含量高而难消化的问题,并且通过防霉防虫剂的添加,延长饲料的存储期,保证饲料品质。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将10份甜菜、5份果渣、6份山药和100份水加入榨汁机中,经充分榨汁后过滤,向滤液中加入15份苜蓿草、15份萝卜缨、10份桑叶和6份荷叶,再将混合物加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后再次过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)将3份炙甘草、5份茶叶渣、2份红曲米、2份芡实和1份陈皮粉碎成粉末,然后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I、物料II、6份防霉防虫剂和3份膨润土加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm,即得混合浆料;
(4)将250份干麦草浸没于混合浆料中,12h后连同浆料送入冷冻干燥机中,充分冷冻干燥,最后利用打捆机打捆。
防霉防虫剂的制备:将15份香樟叶、10份茵陈草、8份苦艾草、4份苦参和4份苍术粉碎成粉末,再加入5份茶籽粉、2份食盐和2份六偏磷酸钠,充分混合后静置5h,然后加入8份薏仁米粉、2份沸石粉、2份梧桐子粉、2份膨胀蛭石粉、1份皂角粉和1份芒硝,混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置3h即可。
实施例2
(1)将15份甜菜、5份果渣、4份山药和100份水加入榨汁机中,经充分榨汁后过滤,向滤液中加入20份苜蓿草、12份萝卜缨、10份桑叶和6份荷叶,再将混合物加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后再次过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)将5份炙甘草、3份茶叶渣、2份红曲米、2份芡实和2份陈皮粉碎成粉末,然后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I、物料II、8份防霉防虫剂和3份膨润土加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm,即得混合浆料;
(4)将250份干麦草浸没于混合浆料中,12h后连同浆料送入冷冻干燥机中,充分冷冻干燥,最后利用打捆机打捆。
防霉防虫剂的制备:将10份香樟叶、15份茵陈草、8份苦艾草、4份苦参和4份苍术粉碎成粉末,再加入3份茶籽粉、2份食盐和1份六偏磷酸钠,充分混合后静置5h,然后加入6份薏仁米粉、2份沸石粉、2份梧桐子粉、2份膨胀蛭石粉、2份皂角粉和0.5份芒硝,混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置3h即可。

干麦草200-250份、苜蓿草15-20份、萝卜缨12-16份、桑叶10-15份、甜菜10-15份、荷叶6-10份、果渣5-8份、防霉防虫剂5-8份、山药4-6份、炙甘草3-5份、茶叶渣3-5份、膨润土3-5份、红曲米2-3份、芡实2-3份、陈皮1-2份、水100-150份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将甜菜、果渣、山药和水加入榨汁机中,经充分榨汁后过滤,向滤液中加入苜蓿草、萝卜缨、桑叶和荷叶,再将混合物加入磨浆机中,经充分磨浆后再次过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)将炙甘草、茶叶渣、红曲米、芡实和陈皮粉碎成粉末,然后加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I、物料II、防霉防虫剂和膨润土加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm,即得混合浆料;
(4)将干麦草浸没于混合浆料中,12h后连同浆料送入冷冻干燥机中,充分冷冻干燥,最后利用打捆机打捆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用干麦草打捆制备的禽畜粗饲料,其特征在于,所述防霉防虫剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:香樟叶10-15份、茵陈草10-15份、苦艾草8-11份、薏仁米粉5-8份、苦参4-6份、苍术4-6份、茶籽粉3-5份、沸石粉2-3份、梧桐子粉2-3份、食盐2-3份、膨胀蛭石粉1-2份、皂角粉1-2份、六偏磷酸钠1-2份、芒硝0.5-1份,其制备方法为:将香樟叶、茵陈草、苦艾草、苦参和苍术粉碎成粉末,再加入茶籽粉、食盐和六偏磷酸钠,充分混合后静置3-5h,然后加入薏仁米粉、沸石粉、梧桐子粉、膨胀蛭石粉、皂角粉和芒硝,混合均匀后于0-5℃下静置2-3h即可。
