Abstract

本发明是一种用于油气井固井作业的复合型高 效抗温耐盐水泥降滤失剂。该组合物是由丙烯酰胺 —丙烯酸盐无规共聚物与改性天然高分子材料、缓凝 剂(柠檬酸)、减阻剂(FDN)按一定比例组成的混合 物。其制备方法是将按配比的各组分原料溶于水,搅 拌升温至50℃,喷雾干燥即得棕黄色产品。本发明 产品耐高温性能好,在90~115℃范围内达到优良的 降滤失效果;抗盐性能优异,可用于盐水中使用;水泥 浆流变性好,对水泥石的强度无不良影响。

Description

本发明涉及一种复合型高效抗温耐盐油井水泥降滤失剂的配方。此种降滤失剂是由丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸盐无规共聚物与改性天然高分子材料、缓凝剂(柠檬酸)、减阻剂(FDN)按一定比例组成的混合物,它属于有特定用途的组合物。
在一般情况下,油气井固井作业是将水泥与其它外加剂、水混合并且泵入井筒与地层的环形空间,其主要目的是封堵地层间的流体和支撑套管。注水泥浆作业的一个主要问题是:水泥浆中的自由水会在压力作用下向地层滤失,水泥浆的高失水会导致水泥脱水,并形成很厚的滤饼,从而引起桥堵,造成施工事故。同时,水泥浆中有高PH值滤液进入地层后会引起水敏性矿物膨胀或引起原油乳化,造成地层伤害。随着深井、复杂井的出现,靠单一的水泥外加剂很难使水泥浆的综合性能满足施工的要求。国内外最常用的办法就是利用不同外加剂复配产生的协同作用来改善水泥浆的性能,本发明就是在这种基础上产生的。
目前,国内常用的油井水泥降滤失剂单一,其综合性能欠佳。LW-1是丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸的高温聚合物,它的聚合方法来源于U.S.2,868,753,使用时必须与HR-A缓凝剂复配。S24系以CMC为主复配以调凝剂、分散剂、填充剂组成的混合物。它们的主要缺点是:用量大,不抗盐、增稠。
从国外的情况来看,多是采用复配的方法来解决固井中的复杂问题。美国常用HEC(羟乙基纤维素)与萘磺酸的缩聚物复配以达到好的效果。HEC体系存在高温稳定性差和增稠的副作用。另一类常用的降滤失剂是聚胺类,它必须与木质素磺酸盐配合使用才能起作用,其缺点是水泥浆易发生缓凝和沉降。美国Haliburton公司推荐使用的降滤失剂配方,也包含了四种不同的外加剂,它们是:H-10L(降滤失剂),HR-13L(缓凝剂),CRF-2L(减阻剂),D-AIR2(消泡剂)。该配方的主要缺点是用量大、费用高。在U.S4.557,763;U.S.3,132,193;U.S.3,140,269;U.S.4.256,790中提出了多种复配体系,但均以乙烯吡咯烷酮及CMHEC等和萘磺酸盐相配合,它们同样有成本高,耐盐性差等缺陷。
本发明的目的在于消除一般降滤失剂所存在的副作用,着眼于配方的抗温性、耐盐性及良好的流变性,使稠化时间易调节,抗压强度不受影响,降低成本,以满足不同井深的施工要求。
本发明是以丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸盐的无规共聚物为主降滤失剂,辅以改性天然高分子材料(羟乙基改性树脂胶)进一步控制滤失和析水。体系选用柠檬酸为缓凝剂,调节水泥浆稠化时间,它能与主、辅降滤失剂很好地配伍。柠檬酸性能缓和,有一定的分散作用,极好的耐盐性。柠檬酸的协同作用,可使降滤失体系用于饱和盐水,扩大了配方的应用范围。本体系选用β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(FDN)作为减阻剂,改善水泥浆流变性能。FDN与主降滤失剂的协同作用可进一步改善滤饼质量,有利于失水控制。电镜分析表明:FDN与主降滤失剂配伍使用后,明显地改善了水泥石微观结构,使抗压强度大大提高,弥补了主剂的不足。
本发明的复合型油井水泥降滤失剂是由丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸盐共聚物(以XS-1表示);羟乙基改性树脂胶(或羟乙基田菁);柠檬酸;β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(以FDN表示)等组分组成。其配比为:
配方一:
XS-1:羟乙基改性树脂胶∶柠檬酸∶FDN=1~1.7∶0.3~0.6∶1~3∶1~1.7∶(重量比)。
配方二:
XS-1:羟乙基田菁∶柠檬酸∶FDN=1~7∶0.3~0.5∶1~3.5∶1~1.7(重量比)。
本发明组合物的制备方法是将按配比的各组分溶于水,搅拌升温至50℃,喷雾干燥即得棕黄色产品,以XS-2表示。
上述配方为基础配方,在此基础上根据需要还可以加入缓凝剂、促凝剂、低比重材料、石英砂等。
本发明的XS体系的主要特点是:
1、耐高温性能好,能在90~115℃范围内达到优良的降滤失效果。
2、抗盐性能优异,可用于饱和盐水中使用,有利于盐层的固井作业。
3、水泥浆流动性好,高温下流变参数更佳。
4、配方体系对水泥石的强度无不良影响。
实施例1,按下述比例制得产品简称3L。
XS-1∶羟乙基改性树脂胶∶柠檬酸∶FDN=1∶0.3∶1∶1(重量比)
实施例2,按下述比例制得产品简称4H。
XS-1∶羟乙基田菁∶柠檬酸∶FDN=1∶0.3∶1.5∶1(重量比)
实施例3,选用新疆产G级油井水泥,按API标准方法配制水灰比为0.5的水泥浆,用产品3L作降滤失剂,测得水泥浆的性能见表1。
实施例4,选用嘉华G级油井水泥,按API标准配制水灰比为0.5的水泥浆,用产品4H作为降滤失剂进行性能评价,测得有关数据见表2。
由表1、表2可以看出,配方一和配方二均有很好地控制滤失的能力。耐盐抗温性能好,流变性能及抗压强度比净浆还要好,且用量比国内外使用的其它降滤失剂少,有较高的实施价值。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于油气井固井作业的复合型高效抗温耐盐水泥降滤失剂,其特征在于:该组合物是由丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸盐共聚物(以XS-1表示);羟乙基改性树脂胶;柠檬酸;β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(以FDN表示)等组分组成,其配比为:
XS-1∶羟乙基改性树脂胶∶柠檬酸∶FDN=1~1.7∶0.3~0.6∶1~3∶1~1.7(重量比)。
2、根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于:该组合物内的羟乙基改性树脂胶可用羟乙基田菁代替,其配比为:
XS-1∶羟乙基田菁∶柠檬酸∶FDN=1~7∶0.3~0.5∶1~3.5∶1~1.7(重量比)
