本发明公开了一种便调式三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀板、阀体、上轴套和下轴套;下轴套下部设有端盖,端盖固定连接在阀体下端面;端盖中部设有螺钉,螺钉螺纹连接并贯穿端盖,其上端面抵靠在阀杆下端面,构成阀板调节机构;下轴套内孔中的阀杆表面间隔设有环槽,环槽中设有密封圈,构成径向轴封结构;进一步改进在于:阀杆下部、螺钉上端面之间上下设有平面轴承、垫片;下轴套内孔中的阀杆表面间隔设有两道环槽,环槽中设有密封圈,构成双重径向轴封结构;螺钉伸出端盖下端面的部分设有并紧螺母。本发明启闭扭矩小,可通过调节阀板位置保证阀板密封面与阀体阀腔密封面配合四周的均匀性,阀杆与下轴套配合处密封性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种三偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
三偏心蝶阀为阀杆轴心同时偏离阀瓣中心及阀体中心,且密封副为斜锥的蝶阀,通过阀板密封面与阀体阀腔密封面的配合,实现截流。现有三偏心蝶阀的缺陷在于:一是阀板、阀体位置相对固定,使用中无法根据阀板密封面与阀体阀腔密封面的配合情况调节,无法通过调节保证阀板密封面与阀体阀腔密封面的配合四周的均匀性,密封可靠性差;二是输送介质容易从阀杆与下轴套内孔配合处泄漏,耐压性差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高密封可靠性,能解决输送介质容易从阀杆与下轴套内孔配合处泄漏问题,显著提高耐压性的便调式三偏心蝶阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
便调式三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀板、阀体、上轴套和下轴套;所述上轴套、下轴套分别设置在阀体上、下部;所述阀杆通过上下设置的上轴套、下轴套支承在阀体上;所述下轴套下部设有端盖,端盖固定连接在阀体下端面;其改进之处在于:所述端盖中部设有螺钉,螺钉螺纹连接并贯穿端盖,其上端面抵靠在阀杆下端面,构成阀板调节机构;所述下轴套内孔中的阀杆表面间隔设有环槽,环槽中设有密封圈,构成径向轴封结构。
上述结构中,所述阀杆下部、螺钉上端面之间上下设有平面轴承、垫片;所述平面轴承套装在阀杆下端,其下端面支承在垫片上端面上,垫片下端面支承在螺钉上端面。
上述结构中,所述下轴套内孔中的阀杆表面间隔设有两道环槽,环槽中设有密封圈,构成双重径向轴封结构。
上述结构中,所述螺钉伸出端盖下端面的部分设有并紧螺母,并紧螺母螺纹连接在螺钉上,抵压在端盖下端面。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、端盖中部设有螺钉,构成阀板调节机构,可通过调节螺钉保证阀板密封面与阀体阀腔密封面的配合四周的均匀性,显著提高密封可靠性。
2、下轴套内孔中的阀杆表面间隔设有环槽,环槽中设有密封圈,构成径向轴封结构,能解决输送介质容易从阀杆与下轴套内孔配合处泄漏问题,显著提高耐压性。
3、阀杆下部、螺钉上端面之间设有平面轴承,一方面可减少阀板启闭所需扭矩。
4、下轴套内孔中的阀杆表面间隔设有两道环槽,环槽中设有密封圈,构成双重径向轴封结构,进一步提高下轴套与阀杆密封的可靠性。
5、螺钉伸出端盖下端面的部分设有并紧螺母,螺钉调节后,采用并紧螺母抵压在端盖下端面,可防止螺钉的松动。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的便调式三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆1、阀板2、阀体3、上轴套4和下轴套5;上轴套4、下轴套5分别设置在阀体3上、下部;阀杆1通过上下设置的上轴套4、下轴套5支承在阀体3上;下轴套5下部设有端盖6,端盖6固定连接在阀体3下端面;端盖6中部设有螺钉8,螺钉8螺纹连接并贯穿端盖6,阀杆1下部、螺钉8上端面之间上下设有平面轴承9、垫片10;平面轴承9套装在阀杆1下端,其下端面支承在垫片10上端面上,垫片10下端面支承在螺钉8上端面;螺钉8伸出端盖6下端面的部分设有并紧螺母11,并紧螺母11螺纹连接在螺钉8上,抵压在端盖6下端面。
下轴套5内孔中的阀杆1表面间隔设有两道环槽,环槽中设有密封圈7,构成双重径向轴封结构。

1.一种便调式三偏心蝶阀,包括阀杆(1)、阀板(2)、阀体(3)、上轴套(4)和下轴套(5);所述上轴套(4)、下轴套(5)分别设置在阀体(3)上、下部;所述阀杆(1)通过上下设置的上轴套(4)、下轴套(5)支承在阀体(3)上;所述下轴套(5)下部设有端盖(6),端盖(6)固定连接在阀体(3)下端面;其特征在于:所述端盖(6)中部设有螺钉(8),螺钉(8)螺纹连接并贯穿端盖(6),其上端面抵靠在阀杆(1)下端面,构成阀板调节机构;所述下轴套(5)内孔中的阀杆(1)表面间隔设有环槽,环槽中设有密封圈(7),构成径向轴封结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便调式三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(1)下部、螺钉(8)上端面之间上下设有平面轴承(9)、垫片(10);所述平面轴承(9)套装在阀杆(1)下端,其下端面支承在垫片(10)上端面上,垫片(10)下端面支承在螺钉(8)上端面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便调式三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述下轴套(5)内孔中的阀杆(1)表面间隔设有两道环槽,环槽中设有密封圈(7),构成双重径向轴封结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便调式三偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:所述螺钉(8)伸出端盖(6)下端面的部分设有并紧螺母(11),并紧螺母(11)螺纹连接在螺钉(8)上,抵压在端盖(6)下端面。
