技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀作为一种在管道上主要起切断和节流作用的阀,广泛应用于发生炉、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气、冷热空气、化工冶炼和发电环保、建筑给排水等工程系统中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上。现有技术的蝶阀通过阀板与阀座的配合保证蝶阀的密封性,其阀座上设有普通橡胶密封垫。这种普通橡胶密封垫耐腐蚀性差,在输送腐蚀性流体介质时,蝶阀密封处容易因密封垫不耐腐蚀影响蝶阀的密封性。另一方面,现有技术的蝶阀通过转动阀杆,从而带动阀杆上的阀板转动,从而实现蝶阀的开启或关闭。对于大型蝶阀,由于阀板、阀杆重量较重,而阀杆下端直接支承在其下端的端盖上,因此,蝶阀关闭时需要较大的密封操作扭矩。
实现新型内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种耐腐蚀性好,密封操作扭矩小的耐腐蚀阀板便调式蝶阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐腐蚀阀板便调式蝶阀,它包括阀体、阀杆、阀座、阀板和端盖;所述端盖固定连接在阀杆下端、阀体的底端;所述阀杆下端设有阀板调节机构;所述阀板调节机构包括贯穿端盖的螺钉、套装螺钉上的并帽;其改进之处在于:所述阀座密封表面设有合成密封垫;所述阀杆下端与端盖之间自上而下设有平面轴承、托板;所述阀杆支承在平面轴承上;所述螺钉的上端顶在托板的下端面。
上述方案的优化方案在于:所述阀杆下端设有轴肩与平面轴承内孔配合。
上述方案的优化方案在于:所述阀座密封表面合成密封垫为聚四氟乙烯密封垫。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.阀座密封表面设有聚四氟乙烯密封垫,具有较强的耐腐蚀性。
2.阀杆下端支承在平面轴承上,转动阀杆只需要很小的扭矩,密封操作扭矩小。

端盖8固定连接在阀杆5下端、阀体1的底端;阀杆5下端设有阀板调节机构;阀板调节机构包括贯穿端盖8的螺钉9、套装螺钉9上的并帽10,在阀杆5下端与端盖8之间自上而下设有平面轴承6、托板7;阀杆5支承在平面轴承6上;螺钉9的上端顶在托板7的下端面,本实施例中,阀杆5下端设有轴肩与平面轴承6内孔配合。

1.一种耐腐蚀阀板便调式蝶阀,它包括阀体(1)、阀杆(5)、阀座(2)、阀板(4)和端盖(8);所述端盖(8)固定连接在阀杆(5)下端、阀体(1)的底端;所述阀杆(5)下端设有阀板调节机构;所述阀板调节机构包括贯穿端盖(8)的螺钉(9)、套装螺钉(9)上的并帽(10);其特征在于:所述阀座(2)密封表面设有合成密封垫(3);所述阀杆(5)下端与端盖(8)之间自上而下设有平面轴承(6)、托板(7);所述阀杆(5)支承在平面轴承(6)上;所述螺钉(9)的上端顶在托板(7)的下端面。
