技术领域
本发明的各个方面涉及一种用于车辆的混合变速器,更详细地,涉及一种变速器结构技术,所述变速器结构技术可以通过简单的配置而实现各种行驶模式,并且改进了换挡质量。
背景技术
AMT(自动手动变速器)可以同时实现传统自动变速器的便捷性和通过传统手动变速器而实现的高传输效率,所述便捷性是由于传统自动变速器根据车辆的行驶状态自动地换挡,而不需要驾驶员操作。
然而,在换挡期间,基于传统手动变速器机构的AMT必须切断动力传输,而行驶在释放先前挡位并且换挡至下一个挡位的过程中。因此,会产生换挡冲击。

发明内容
本发明的各个方面旨在提供一种用于车辆的混合变速器,其可以通过避免在换挡过程中至驱动轮的动力完全切断而提高换挡质量,并且可以通过简单的配置而实现各个行驶模式,从而通过在适合于车辆的行驶条件下有效地行驶而使车辆具有改进的燃料效率。

换言之,在混合变速器中,当在由从发动机E传输的动力所驱动的输入轴IN与第一输出轴OUT1和第二输出轴OUT2之间形成多个换挡挡位的状态下,连接至电动机M的电动机驱动齿轮MDG在关于输入轴IN的转动状态和转动限制状态之间转换,并且将电动机驱动齿轮MDG的扭矩分别传输至第一输出轴OUT1和第二输出轴OUT2,以及EV1从动齿轮EV1P和EV2从动齿轮EV2P。进而,由电动机M产生的动力可以通过第一输出轴OUT1和第二输出轴OUT2而输送。
当然,可以用这样的方法将动力传输至驱动轮:第一输出轴OUT1设置有第一输出齿轮OG1,第二输出轴OUT2设置有第二输出齿轮OG2,并且第一输出齿轮OG1和第二输出齿轮OG2同时接合至差动环形齿轮R。
在各个实施方案中,电动机M同轴地安装至输入轴IN。另外,输入轴具有驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮配置为第一驱动齿轮D1、第二驱动齿轮D2和第三驱动齿轮D3。

图2显示了在EV模式下的第一速度的状态。在图2中,当在EV1从动齿轮EV1P的旋转通过EV1同步装置EV1S而关于第一输出轴OUT1受到限制的状态中驱动电动机M时,电动机M的动力在电动机驱动齿轮MDG和EV1从动齿轮EV1P之间转移,从而通过第一输出轴OUT1而输送至差动环形齿轮R。
图3显示了在EV模式下的第二速度的状态。在图3中,当在EV2从动齿轮EV2P通过EV2同步装置EV2S而关于第二输出轴OUT2受到限制的状态下驱动电动机M时,电动机M的动力通过第二输出轴OUT2而输送至差动环形齿轮R。
图4为用于说明发动机起动的状态的示意图。在图4中,通过将起动同步机构SS联接至发动机离合器EC而将电动机M的动力经由电动机驱动齿轮MDG、输入轴IN和发动机离合器EC传输至发动机E,因此使发动机E起动。
图5显示了在HEV1模式下的第一速度的状态。在图5中,在发动力离合器EC联接至发动机E的状态下,同时提供发动机E的动力和电动机M的动力,EV1从动齿轮EV1P的旋转通过EV1同步装置EV1S而关于第一输出轴OUT1受到限制,并且第一从动齿轮P1的旋转通过第一&第二同步装置1&2S而关于第一输出轴OUT1受到限制。因此,在第一输出轴OUT1中将发动机E的动力联接至电动机M的动力,从而使联接的动力输送至环形齿轮。

图9显示了在HEV2模式下的第一速度的状态。在图9中,在EV2从动齿轮EV2P的旋转通过EV2同步装置EV2S而关于第二输出轴OUT2受到限制,并且第一从动齿轮P1的旋转通过第一&第二同步装置1&2S而关于第一输出轴OUT1受到限制的状态下,发动机离合器EC联接至发动机E。因此,将发动机E的动力通过第一输出轴OUT1而传输至环形齿轮R,并且将电动机M的动力通过EV2从动齿轮EV2P和第二输出轴OUT2而传输至环形齿轮R。

在上述的各个实施方案中,例如,当图5所示的在HEV模式下的第一速度的状态转移至图8所示的在HEV1模式下的第四速度的状态时,发动机离合器EC从发动机E释放,并且在通过EV1从动齿轮EV1P、EV1同步装置EV1S和第一输出轴OUT1而保持电动机M的动力传输状态的状态下,通过第一&第二同步装置1&2S而释放第一从动齿轮P1关于第一输出轴OUT1的旋转限制状态。随后,通过以下方式执行换挡:第四从动齿轮P4的旋转通过第四&第五同步装置4&5S而关于第二输出轴OUT2受到限制,并且发动机离合器EC联接至发动机E。
在换挡期间,将来自电动机M的驱动力连续地传输至驱动轮,因此可以避免在换挡期间由动力切断而引起的换挡质量的恶化。
当然,上述控制方法可以用在其他换挡挡位之间的换挡,因此可以保证平滑稳定的换挡质量和车辆的行驶质量,而不切断关于驱动轮的动力。
同时,可以做出如下的修改示例:变速器通过去除作为起动离合器的起动同步机构SS,并且安装单独的电动机而具有较简单的内部结构,所述电动机只用于对在各个实施方案中的发动机E执行发动机E的起动。
参考根据本发明的各个实施方案的用于车辆的混合变速器,可以通过避免在换挡过程中至驱动轮的动力完全切断而提高换挡质量,并且通过简单的配置而实现各个行驶模式,从而通过在适合于车辆的行驶条件下有效地行驶而使车辆具有改进的燃料效率。

1.一种用于车辆的混合变速器,包括:
输入轴,安装所述输入轴从而将发动机的动力传输至所述输入轴;
多个驱动齿轮,其设置在所述输入轴上,从而限制所述输入轴的旋转;
第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述第一输出轴和所述第二输出轴具有分别接合至所述多个驱动齿轮的多个从动齿轮,从而形成多个换挡挡位;
电动机驱动齿轮,其旋转地安装在所述输入轴上;
电动机,其连接至所述电动机驱动齿轮,从而允许将扭矩施加至所述电动机驱动齿轮;
起动离合单元,其配置为能够将所述电动机驱动齿轮连接至所述输入轴,或从所述输入轴断开;
EV1从动齿轮和EV2从动齿轮,所述EV1从动齿轮和所述EV2从动齿轮接合至所述电动机驱动齿轮,从而分别旋转地配置在所述第一输出轴和所述第二输出轴上;
EV1同步装置,其配置为能够将所述EV1从动齿轮连接至所述第一输出轴,或从所述第一输出轴断开;

4.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的混合变速器,进一步包括:
第一从动齿轮,第二从动齿轮和第三从动齿轮,其旋转地配置在所述第一输出轴上;
第一同步装置和第二同步装置,所述第一同步装置和所述第二同步装置允许所述第一从动齿轮或所述第二从动齿轮关于所述第一输出轴的旋转受到限制,或允许所述第一从动齿轮或所述第二从动齿轮关于所述第一输出轴的旋转限制释放;以及
第三同步装置,其允许所述第三从动齿轮关于所述第一输出轴的旋转受到限制,或允许所述第三从动齿轮关于所述第一输出轴的旋转限制释放。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的混合变速器,进一步包括:
第四从动齿轮,第五从动齿轮和第六从动齿轮,其旋转地配置在所述第二输出轴上;
第四同步装置和第五同步装置,所述第四同步装置和所述第五同步装置允许所述第四从动齿轮或所述第五从动齿轮关于所述第二输出轴的旋转受到限制,或允许所述第四从动齿轮或所述第五从动齿轮关于所述第二输出轴的旋转限制释放;以及
第六同步装置,其允许所述第六从动齿轮关于所述第二输出轴的旋转受到限制,或允许所述第六从动齿轮关于所述第二输出轴的旋转限制释放。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合变速器,其中所述起动离合单元包括起动同步机构,所述起动同步机构为具有设置在所述输入轴上的轮毂的同步装置。
7.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的混合变速器,其中所述输入轴具有驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮包括第一驱动齿轮、第二驱动齿轮和第三驱动齿轮。
