本发明实施例提供了一种PON设备、光线路终端、光网络单元和光网络终端,用以解决目前在PON中嵌入具有OTDR功能的模块后,在不对PON进行测试和维护时,发送的数据信号会有一定的损失的问题。该PON设备中的第一控制器,用于在检测或维护无源光网络时控制所述第一发射器发射测试波长的光信号,并在通过所述无源光网络通信时控制所述第一发射器发射数据波长的光信号,所述数据波长不等于测试波长;第一滤波器,用于将测试波长的光信号中的c%反射,以及将所述测试波长的光信号中的d%透射,并将数据波长的光信号全部透射;其中,c,d均为大于0的实数,c%+d%=1。
