Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有人参和黄芪成份的注射液，为一种中草药剂，用于提高人体免疫功能，抑制肿瘤发生、发展的注射液，它由人参、黄芪、蟾酥、斑蟊组成，人参经稀醇回流处理，黄芪斑蟊分别经水煎煮及pH值的调整处理，蟾酥经乙醇浸泡处理后得各药液，混合后灭菌即得本注射液，本发明主要用于抗肿瘤治疗及其它免疫系统低下或免疫失调疾病的治疗。
Description
本发明涉及一种注射药剂，尤其是一种对癌症肿瘤有较好的抑制作用的中草药剂，为一种含有人参和黄芪成份的注射液。
现有癌症治疗有许多方法，大都采用中西药结合的方式进行；锁骨下静脉穿刺的用药方法，给病人以静脉注射，所使用的药剂大都是通常所用的普通药剂，其疗效较差，肿瘤消退缓慢，病情稳定差，甚至恶化；另外采用纯化学治疗，病人的疼痛难得到缓解，睡眠改善较小，食欲不见增加。
从医学上讲，恶性肿瘤的发生、发展与人体的免疫功能有着什分密切的关系，经调查研究表明，恶性肿瘤病人的免疫功能，尤其是细胞免疫功能受到抑制，医学上的医学人员都朝着寻找各种能改善生物反应的调节剂(BRM)，以加强调整或保护肿瘤病人的免疫功能，现已研制成的能改善生物反应的调节剂(BRM)有很多，但都对肿瘤病人的治疗成效较差。
另外，现有肿瘤治疗中的放疗和多数化学药物都可引起相当的骨髓抑制，在一定程度上限制了有效治疗的持续进行和治疗强度的增加。
本发明的目的在于克服上述各种药物或药剂所存在的缺陷而提供的一种能加强调整肿瘤病人免疫功能，缓解病人疼痛，改善病人状况，抑制肿瘤的发展，提高病人对化疗的耐受性的含有人参和黄芪成份的注射液。
本发明是由以下中药经合理的配方及加工工艺调制而成：
本发明的含有人参和黄芪成份的注射液是由由人参、黄芪、蟾酥、斑蟊组成，人参经稀醇回流处理，黄芪斑蟊分别经煎煮及PH值的调整处理，蟾酥经乙醇浸泡处理后得各种药液，混合后灭菌即得本注射液。具体方法及工艺如下：
本发明为一种中草药剂，用于提高人体免疫功能，抑制肿瘤发生、发展的含有人参和黄芪的注射液。它是由人参、黄芪、蟾酥、斑蟊通过处理而成的药剂；这种药剂中它们的含量为(以每1000ml药液计)：
人参：80～129g； 黄芪：280～320g；
蟾酥：1～3g； 斑蟊：8～12g。
本发明的含有人参和黄芪成份的注射液，通过以下工艺煎煮而成(所取中药份量由其配方而得)：
1)取人参，用稀醇回流提取三次，每次6倍45～55％的乙醇，回流时间为2～3小时，得回流液并挥发乙醇；
2)取黄芪，以6倍以上的水煎煮三次，每次煮沸30分钟，合并三次水煎液，加入Ca(OH)2使PH值为12，然后通入SO2至PH值为3.5～7.0，再后过滤，浓缩到1∶1；
3)取斑蟊，粉碎，每次加20倍以上水煎煮三次，每次煮沸30分钟，合并水煎液，加Ca(OH)2使PH值为12，然后通入SO2至PH值为3.5～7.0，再后过滤，浓缩滤液到1∶10；
4)取蟾酥，加10倍以上的95％的乙醇，浸泡24小时以上，过滤，弃去残渣，然后挥发尽乙醇；
5)上述各种药液混合，灭菌。
通过上述配方及制作工艺所得的注射液具有以下的优点及效果：
1、用本发明的注射液，对肿瘤病人的病情有显著的缓解，明显地减轻病人的疼痛，改善病人的睡眠，增加病人的食欲；
2、能提高人体血液中的血红蛋白，外周血细胞、血小板的个数；
3、本发明的注射液是一种改善生物反应的调节剂(BRM)，能加强调整或保护肿瘤病人的免疫功能；
4、采用本发明的注射液能很大程度上减轻化疗中的消化道反应及骨髓抑制的程度，提高病人对化疗的耐受性，对晚期病人的生存时间有一定的延长作用；
5、本发明的注射液具有攻补兼施作用；
6、本发明的注射液保证了所用中草药中的各种有效成份，改变了几千年来中医药的传统用药途径，通过静脉给药，疗效明显的优于传统的口服给药，经各种实验得知，本发明有增强小鼠免疫功能，同时又具有抑制各种肿瘤细胞的生长的双重作用，并能改变肿瘤细胞组织中的CAMP和CGMP的含量，使其比值缩小，同时还具有清除OH羟基的作用。
本发明的注射液是根据上述中药配方和工艺制作所得的注射药液，上述配方中采用以下配方最佳(1000ml药液计)：
人参：100g； 黄芪：300g；
蟾酥：2g； 斑蟊：10g。
经上述配方及工艺所得的注射液，每50ml含人参皂甙7.5mg，人参多糖24mg，黄芪多糖17mg，蟾酥毒配基0.12mg斑蟊0.18mg 。
下列对本发明的注射液中各种中药的药效进行分析：
1、人参，黄芪具有大补元气，扶正固本，健脾益气的作用；黄芪多糖更有利于消肿作用，可防止肝糖元减小，提高单核巨噬细胞和白细胞吞噬能力，增强免疫功能；人参液可造成癌细胞的死亡。
2、斑蟊具有软坚散结，活血祛淤功效，斑蟊通过上述工艺所提取的药剂中具有大量的斑蟊素，用来治疗各种肿瘤病人。
3、本发明注射液中的蟾酥毒配基具有止痛开窍作用，斑蟊有破血散结，去胁肋疼痛等功效。
4、本发明的注射液中有复杂的中药成份，能明显地增强NK细胞的活性，对肿瘤有明显的抑制作用。
本发明的注射液主要用于抗肿瘤治疗，也可用于其它免疫系统低下及免疫失调疾病的治疗。
Claims (3)
1、一种含有人参和黄芪成份的注射液，其特征在于：它是通过以下工艺制成，
1)按1000ml药液计称取人参80～129g、黄芪280～320g、蟾酥1～3g、斑蟊8～12g；
2)取人参，用稀醇回流提取三次，每次6倍45～55％的乙醇，回流时间为2～3小时，得回流液并挥发乙醇；
3)取黄芪，以6倍以上的水煎煮三次，每次煮沸30分钟，合并三次水煎液，加入Ca(OH)2使PH值为12，然后通入SO2至PH值为3.5～7.0，再后过滤，浓缩到1∶1；
4)取斑蟊，粉碎，每次加20倍以上水煎煮三次，每次煮沸30分钟，合并水煎液，加Ca(OH)2使PH值为12，然后通入SO2至PH值为3.5～7.0，再后过滤并浓缩到1∶10；
5)取蟾酥，加10倍以上的95％的乙醇，浸泡24小时以上，过滤，弃去残渣，然后挥发尽乙醇；
6)上述各种药液混合，灭菌。
2、根据权利要求1所述的含有人参和黄芪成份的注射液，其特征在于：所述的人参100g；黄芪300g；蟾酥：2g；斑蟊：10g。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的含有人参和黄芪成份的注射液，其特征在于：所得的注射液中每50ml含人参皂甙7.5mg，人参多糖24mg，黄芪多糖17mg，蟾酥毒配基0.12mg，斑蟊0.18mg。
