本发明公开了一种核电站用高阻燃电力电缆,包括多根铜导体,每根铜导体外依次包覆有半导电塑料层、辐照交联聚烯烃内绝缘层、辐照交联聚乙烯外绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,多根绝缘线芯均匀分布于挤塑成型于聚砜内衬芯的隔离通孔中,通孔与绝缘线芯之间设有无卤低烟隔氧填充料构成的填充层,聚砜内衬芯外依次包覆有耐高温耐环境侵蚀能力的聚芳醚酮扎带绕包层、纳米级半导电类金刚石膜屏蔽铝合金带缠绕层、防刺破橡胶保护层、氯磺化聚乙烯外护套层。本发明结构合理,通过将每根绝缘线芯相互隔离,多根绝缘线芯均分布于耐高低温的聚砜内衬芯中,承揽后整体外包层能够很好的保护缆芯,具有优良的耐高温阻燃性能和机械性能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及核用电缆,尤其涉及一种核电站用高阻燃电力电缆。
背景技术:
核电站用电缆的绝缘和护套材料必须采用低烟、无毒、无腐蚀性的无卤阻燃电缆,如热塑阻燃无卤素或交联阻燃无卤素材料,才能满足特殊的核安全要求。无卤电缆在发生火灾时,燃烧释放的烟雾量很低,不带毒性及腐蚀性,其阻燃成分可有效发挥阻燃作用,不会使电缆成为火焰蔓延的通道。
目前市场上的核电站用的电力电缆阻燃效果差,缆芯中的各个导体一般是绞合成束构成,相互之间发热影响较大,机械强度较差。
发明内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种核电站用高阻燃电力电缆,每根绝缘线芯相互隔离,多根绝缘线芯均分布于耐高低温的聚砜内衬芯中,承揽后整体外包层能够很好的保护缆芯,具有优良的耐高温阻燃性能和机械性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
核电站用高阻燃电力电缆,其特征在于,包括多根铜导体,每根铜导体外依次包覆有半导电塑料层、辐照交联聚烯烃内绝缘层、辐照交联聚乙烯外绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,多根绝缘线芯均匀分布于挤塑成型于聚砜内衬芯的隔离通孔中,通孔与绝缘线芯之间设有无卤低烟隔氧填充料构成的填充层,聚砜内衬芯外依次包覆有耐高温耐环境侵蚀能力的聚芳醚酮扎带绕包层、纳米级半导电类金刚石膜屏蔽铝合金带缠绕层、防刺破橡胶保护层、氯磺化聚乙烯外护套层。
所述的核电站用高阻燃电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的半导电塑料层为半导电乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA,厚度一般为0.12~1.20mm。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构合理,通过将每根绝缘线芯相互隔离,多根绝缘线芯均分布于耐高低温的聚砜内衬芯中,承揽后整体外包层能够很好的保护缆芯,具有优良的耐高温阻燃性能和机械性能。

1.一种核电站用高阻燃电力电缆,其特征在于,包括多根铜导体,每根铜导体外依次包覆有半导电塑料层、辐照交联聚烯烃内绝缘层、辐照交联聚乙烯外绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,多根绝缘线芯均匀分布于挤塑成型于聚砜内衬芯的隔离通孔中,通孔与绝缘线芯之间设有无卤低烟隔氧填充料构成的填充层,聚砜内衬芯外依次包覆有耐高温耐环境侵蚀能力的聚芳醚酮扎带绕包层、纳米级半导电类金刚石膜屏蔽铝合金带缠绕层、防刺破橡胶保护层、氯磺化聚乙烯外护套层。
