本发明公开了一种船舶设备用轻质耐扭型同轴连接电缆,包括中心复合导体,中心复合导体外包覆有桑皮纸绕包防水层、芳纶丝耐扭曲编织层、微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成中心绝缘线芯,中心绝缘线芯外包覆有耐酸碱型EVA内衬层,耐酸碱型EVA内衬层外包覆有镁铝合金丝编织构成的外导体,外导体外依次包覆有纳米乙丙橡胶保护层、防腐蚀沥青层、防水帆布带内绕包层、耐酸碱型EVA外护套层。本发明结构设计简单,具有优良的低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保、耐腐蚀结构紧凑等性能,此外,还具有耐扭曲性能和抗震动性能,缆芯不易断裂。

技术领域:
本发明涉及船用电缆,尤其涉及一种船舶设备用轻质耐扭型同轴连接电缆。
背景技术:
传统的船用同轴射频电缆其内导体为铜导体,护套为单层聚氯乙烯护套,使得电缆在具有低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保、耐腐蚀结构紧凑等性能不能满足现代船舶的要求;此外,船用的同轴电缆大多重量较重、耐扭曲性能和抗震动性能薄弱,电缆在使用过程中抗震动性能也性对较差,使得缆芯容易断裂。
发明内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种船舶设备用轻质耐扭型同轴连接电缆,具有优良的低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保、耐腐蚀结构紧凑等性能,此外,还具有耐扭曲性能和抗震动性能,缆芯不易断裂。
本发明的技术方案如下:
船舶设备用轻质耐扭型同轴连接电缆,其特征在于,包括中心复合导体,中心复合导体外包覆有桑皮纸绕包防水层、芳纶丝耐扭曲编织层、微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成中心绝缘线芯,中心绝缘线芯外包覆有耐酸碱型EVA内衬层,耐酸碱型EVA内衬层外包覆有镁铝合金丝编织构成的外导体,外导体外依次包覆有纳米乙丙橡胶保护层、防腐蚀沥青层、防水帆布带内绕包层、耐酸碱型EVA外护套层。
所述的船舶设备用轻质耐扭型同轴连接电缆,其特征在于,所述中心复合导体为碳纤维复合芯棒,碳纤维复合芯棒采用碳纤维丝和极细铜丝绞合成束构成。

本发明结构设计简单,具有优良的低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保、耐腐蚀结构紧凑等性能,此外,还具有耐扭曲性能和抗震动性能,缆芯不易断裂。

船舶设备用轻质耐扭型同轴连接电缆,包括中心复合导体1,中心复合导体外包覆有桑皮纸绕包防水层2、芳纶丝耐扭曲编织层3、微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层4构成中心绝缘线芯,中心绝缘线芯外包覆有耐酸碱型EVA内衬层5,耐酸碱型EVA内衬层5外包覆有镁铝合金丝编织构成的外导体6,外导体6外依次包覆有纳米乙丙橡胶保护层7、防腐蚀沥青层8、防水帆布带内绕包层9、耐酸碱型EVA外护套层10,具有优良的还海水腐蚀性能,防水性能卓越,长期使用在恶劣的环境中,保证信号传输的稳定性。
中心复合导体1为碳纤维复合芯棒,碳纤维复合芯棒采用碳纤维丝和极细铜丝绞合成束构成,中心复合导体1的机械强度增强。

1.一种船舶设备用轻质耐扭型同轴连接电缆,其特征在于,包括中心复合导体,中心复合导体外包覆有桑皮纸绕包防水层、芳纶丝耐扭曲编织层、微孔聚四氟乙烯绝缘层构成中心绝缘线芯,中心绝缘线芯外包覆有耐酸碱型EVA内衬层,耐酸碱型EVA内衬层外包覆有镁铝合金丝编织构成的外导体,外导体外依次包覆有纳米乙丙橡胶保护层、防腐蚀沥青层、防水帆布带内绕包层、耐酸碱型EVA外护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船舶设备用轻质耐扭型同轴连接电缆,其特征在于,所述中心复合导体为碳纤维复合芯棒,碳纤维复合芯棒采用碳纤维丝和极细铜丝绞合成束构成。
