Abstract

本发明一种舰船用水密消磁电缆,包括同向绞向设置的镀锡软铜导体,所述镀锡软铜导体外表面设置有纵包隔离带,所述纵包隔离带由内向外依次设置有绝缘层、内护套层、填充层、铠装层和外护套层,所述纵包隔离带为绕包四层的聚酯薄膜带,所述纵包隔离带的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。本发明采用同向绞向设置的镀锡软铜作为电缆导体,具有高导电性,消磁电缆的抗拉力性能得到提高;采用乙丙橡胶绝缘层,延长了消磁电缆的使用寿命,采用氯磺化聚乙烯内护套,增强消磁电缆的耐磨性、耐候性;采用硅橡胶外护套,使得消磁电缆具有很强的耐海水腐蚀老化性能;本发明舰船用水密消磁电缆具有优良的水密性、防水、耐腐蚀、耐油、阻燃、抗冲击性能。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,具体是一种舰船用水密消磁电缆。
背景技术
舰船尤其是水下舰船在航行过程中因隐身的重要性,特别要防止磁性水雷攻击,为此需经常进行船体消磁。消磁电缆主要应用于海军舰艇,用于减小它们的磁场,从而使它们能够不被磁传感器和磁性水雷探测到。由于水下舰船航行环境的特殊性和复杂性,普通消磁电缆无法同时满足船舷外安装所需的消磁性能,而且电缆的抗拉性能也要求很高,可以对电缆内部导体起到很好的抗拉保护作用。电缆的水密特性能保证当船舶发生局部事故殃及电缆时,阻止还说从电缆结构内部渗漏到其他舱室或进而进入仪器设备,确保水密舱壁安全及整船抗沉性。同时当电缆局部破损,仅需局部修复,不会由于海水的侵入腐蚀造成整根电缆报废甚至波及精密的电气设备。因而如何提高电缆中内部导体的抗拉性能、消磁性能和水密性是本领域技术人员迫切需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种舰船用水密消磁电缆。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种舰船用水密消磁电缆,其特征在于,包括同向绞向设置的镀锡软铜导体,所述镀锡软铜导体外表面设置有纵包隔离带,所述纵包隔离带由内向外依次设置有绝缘层、内护套层、填充层、铠装层和外护套层,所述纵包隔离带为绕包四层的聚酯薄膜带,所述纵包隔离带的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
所述铠装层为镀锡铜丝编织,编织覆盖率≥88%。
所述绝缘层为密封胶和乙丙橡胶双层共挤制成;所述内护套层由密封胶和氯磺化聚乙烯双层共挤制成。
所述外护套层由硅橡胶制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用同向绞向设置的镀锡软铜作为电缆导体,具有高导电性,消磁电缆的抗拉力性能得到提高;采用乙丙橡胶绝缘层,延长了消磁电缆的使用寿命,采用氯磺化聚乙烯内护套,增强消磁电缆的耐磨性、耐候性;采用硅橡胶外护套,使得消磁电缆具有很强的耐海水腐蚀老化性能;本发明舰船用水密消磁电缆具有优良的水密性、防水、耐腐蚀、耐油、阻燃、抗冲击性能。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,一种舰船用水密消磁电缆,包括同向绞向设置的镀锡软铜导体1,所述镀锡软铜导体1外表面设置有纵包隔离带2,所述纵包隔离带2由内向外依次设置有绝缘层3、内护套层4、填充层5、铠装层6和外护套层7,纵包隔离带2为绕包四层的聚酯薄膜带,纵包隔离带2的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
绝缘层3为密封胶和乙丙橡胶双层共挤制成,密封胶完全填充导体绞合产生的缝隙。
内护套层4层由密封胶和氯磺化聚乙烯双层共挤制成。
铠装层6为镀锡铜丝编织,编织覆盖率≥88%,编织应平整地紧密包裹填充层5,填充层5的填充物为聚酯带、锡箔带、芳纶丝、玻璃纤维丝、高阻燃麻绳中的一种。
外护套层7为硅橡胶制成。

1.一种舰船用水密消磁电缆,其特征在于,包括同向绞向设置的镀锡软铜导体(1),所述镀锡软铜导体(1)外表面设置有纵包隔离带(2),所述纵包隔离带(2)由内向外依次设置有绝缘层(3)、内护套层(4)、填充层(5)、铠装层(6)和外护套层(7),所述纵包隔离带(2)为绕包四层的聚酯薄膜带,所述纵包隔离带(2)的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的舰船用水密消磁电缆,其特征在于,所述铠装层(6)为镀锡铜丝编织,编织覆盖率≥88%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的舰船用水密消磁电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层(3)为密封胶和乙丙橡胶双层共挤制成;所述内护套层(4)由密封胶和氯磺化聚乙烯双层共挤制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的舰船用水密消磁电缆,其特征在于,所述外护套层(7)由硅橡胶制成。
