Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保型防海洋生物舰船用消磁电缆,导体由镀锡铜丝组成、在绝缘层与导体之间设置阻水层、绝缘层与外护层之间设有密封胶层。采用镀锡铜丝经过束绞和复合绞制的导体,提高了电缆的柔软性。绝缘层与外护层之间挤制密封胶层,确保电缆由内及外紧密连成一体,具有良好的水密性及高防水性能。在电缆外护层材料中加入环保型防海洋生物驱避剂,使电缆外护层对海洋生物产生驱避效应,可有效防止海洋生物的附着破坏。

环保型防海洋生物舰船用消磁电缆
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种消磁电缆,特别涉及一种环保型防海洋生物舰船用消磁电缆。
背景技术:
目前国内舰船用消磁电缆,大都有导电线芯、绝缘层和护套层组成,电缆不具备防止海洋生物(海牡蛎类)附着的性能。舰船用消磁电缆由于极易受到海洋生物(海牡蛎类)的附着,从而使电缆的重量和体积增大而承受额外的洋流冲击,海洋生物附着后的分泌物与排泄物也会加速电缆护层的老化脆裂而失去防护功能,造成电缆报废,给舰船消磁作业潜伏着极大的安全隐患,目前国内外尚未有良好的解决办法。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种防止海洋生物(海牡蛎类)附着破坏、耐曲挠、耐磨损、耐海水腐蚀、抗冲击、良好的水密性及高防水性能的环保型防海洋生物舰船用消磁电缆。为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种环保型防海洋生物舰船用消磁电缆,导体由镀锡铜丝组成、在绝缘层与导体之间设置阻水层、绝缘层与外护层之间设有密封胶层。
所述消磁电缆的导体由镀锡铜丝经过束绞和复合绞制而成,提高了电缆的柔软性。
所述消磁电缆的绝缘层与外护套层之间挤制密封胶层,确保电缆由内及外紧密成为一体,具有良好的水密性及高防水性能。
所述消磁电缆的防海洋生物外护层,采用我公司自主研发的环保无毒防海洋生物驱避剂与高分子材料复合而成的新材料制成;该外护层对海洋生物产生驱避效应,可有效防止海洋生物(海牡蛎类)的附着破坏,起到保护消磁电缆安全使用的目的。
本发明的创新效果是:使电缆具有环保无毒不污染环境的前提下,防止海洋生物(海牡蛎类)的附着破坏,提高消磁电缆的安全性和可靠性。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种环保型防海洋生物舰船用消磁电缆,由镀锡铜丝导体(1)、阻水层(2)、绝缘层(3)、密封胶层(4)、防海洋生物外护层(5)组成。镀锡铜丝导体(1),经过束绞和复合绞制而成,提高了电缆的柔软性。阻水层(2)、绝缘层(3),密封胶层(4),采用绝缘层与外护套层之间挤制密封胶层,确保电缆由内及外紧密成为一体,具有良好的水密性及高防水性能。防海洋生物外护层(5),采用我公司自主研发的环保无毒防海洋生物驱避剂与高分子材料复合而成的新材料制成;该材料会对海洋生物产生趋避效应,可有效防止海洋生物的附着破坏,且具有良好的耐曲挠、耐磨损、耐海水腐蚀、抗冲击性能。

1.一种环保型防海洋生物舰船用消磁电缆,导体由镀锡铜丝组成、在绝缘层与导体之间设置阻水层、绝缘层与外护层之间设有密封胶层。其特征在于:镀锡铜丝导体经过束绞和复合绞制而成,提高了电缆的柔软性;消磁电缆的绝缘层与外护层之间挤制密封胶层,确保电缆由内及外紧密连成一体,具有良好的水密性及高防水性能;且具有良好的耐曲挠、耐磨损、耐海水腐蚀、抗冲击的性能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型防海洋生物舰船用消磁电缆,其特征在于:消磁电缆的防海洋生物外护层,采用我公司自主研发的环保无毒防海洋生物驱避剂与高分子材料复合而成的新材料制成;该外护层对海洋生物产生驱避效应,可有效防止海洋生物的附着破坏,起到保护消磁电缆的目的。
