技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种环保型防海洋生物电缆。
背景技术
目前所使用的浅海电缆、岸舰电缆、海洋平台电缆、岛屿供电电缆多为橡套电缆或全塑电缆。因长期在浅海铺设,常被海洋生物如牡蛎寄生在电缆护套表面,牡蛎寄生在电缆护套时基于牡蛎生存特性会分泌出分泌物,分泌物具有较强腐蚀性和附着性致使电缆护套变硬易脆,在潮汐及海浪的作用下使电缆护套断裂破坏,造成断电、触电事故时常发生,特别是对海港、舰艇、船只、海洋工作平台、近海岛屿电能传输造成很大的危害。这是国际上尚未有效解决的技术难题。每年给社会、人身安全造成很大的损害和极大的经济损失。
随着我国海洋工程的发展,海洋作业需要环保型防海洋生物电缆与之配合。
发明内容
为了满足市场需求,本实用新型提供一种环保型防海洋生物电缆。它克服了上述电缆的缺点,可防止海洋生物附着,提高电缆在海洋中的使用寿命。
本实用新型提供一种环保型防海洋生物电缆,它从内到外依次包括缆芯、内护层、防水层,在防水层外围设有防腐铠装层,在防腐铠装层外围设有环保型防海洋生物护套层。

根据本实用新型,调整缆芯,可生产出中压电力电缆、低压电缆、控制电缆、通信及信号电缆,以适应海洋施工作业的不同需求。
