Abstract

本发明公开了一种直联式水泵,包括设有叶轮腔的泵体及与泵体固定在一起的电机,所述叶轮腔内设有泵轴,电机轴与泵轴联接且所述泵轴上安装有叶轮,所述电机轴与泵轴同轴对接并焊接固定为一体,所述电机轴在对接端设有插口,所述泵轴在对接端设有与插口热压过盈配合的插入部。本发明采用的技术方案,电机轴本身可以使用普通材质,泵轴采用特殊材质,可降低生产成本,且大部分金属材质均可如此组合制成,加工简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及水泵。
背景技术
直联式水泵为电机与泵同轴,泵轴直接与电机轴一体,但是,在泵轴需要特殊材质时,轴整体都需要制成特殊材质,其存在的缺陷是:制成特殊材质成本较高,且部分特殊材质不适用于制成电机轴。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种直联式水泵,在泵轴需要使用特殊材质时,可以降低成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种直联式水泵,包括设有叶轮腔的泵体及与泵体固定在一起的电机,所述叶轮腔内设有泵轴,电机轴与泵轴联接且所述泵轴上安装有叶轮,所述电机轴与泵轴同轴对接并焊接固定为一体,所述电机轴在对接端设有插口,所述泵轴在对接端设有与插口热压过盈配合的插入部。
作为优选,所述泵轴设有与插入部相接的凸缘,所述凸缘与插口端面之间形成有容纳焊材的V形环槽。
作为优选,所述插口为圆孔,所述插入部为圆柱形。
作为优选,所述电机轴采用45钢制成,所述泵轴采用合金钢制成。
本发明采用的技术方案,泵轴与电机轴采用热压法过盈配合连接后,焊接加工,电机轴本身可以使用普通材质,泵轴采用特殊材质,可降低生产成本,且大部分金属材质均可如此组合制成,加工简单。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种直联式水泵,包括设有叶轮腔的泵体1及与泵体1固定在一起的电机2,电机底部设有电机支座22,所述叶轮腔内设有泵轴11,电机轴21与泵轴11联接且在泵轴上安装有叶轮12。
其中,所述电机轴21与泵轴11同轴对接并焊接固定为一体。因此,电机轴21本身可以使用普通材质,泵轴11采用特殊材质,以降低生产成本,具体来说,所述电机轴21采用45钢制成,所述泵轴11采用合金钢制成。
进一步的,所述电机轴在对接端设有插口211,所述泵轴在对接端设有与插口热压过盈配合的插入部111,具体到本实施例,插口为圆孔,插入部为圆柱形,当然不排除采用矩形、六边形或者其他异形结构的配合。
所述泵轴11在远离插入部侧设有与插入部111相接的凸缘112,所述凸缘与插口端面之间形成容纳焊材的V形环槽。通过热压过盈配合形成第一重连接,在焊接后,焊材填充在V形环槽内,使电机轴21与泵轴11形成第二重连接,最终通过双重连接结构保证电机轴21与泵轴11的可靠连接。

Claims (4)

1.一种直联式水泵,包括设有叶轮腔的泵体及与泵体固定在一起的电机,所述叶轮腔内设有泵轴,电机轴与泵轴联接且所述泵轴上安装有叶轮,其特征在于:所述电机轴与泵轴同轴对接并焊接固定为一体,所述电机轴在对接端设有插口,所述泵轴在对接端设有与插口热压过盈配合的插入部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种直联式水泵,其特征在于:所述泵轴设有与插入部相接的凸缘,所述凸缘与插口端面之间形成有容纳焊材的V形环槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种直联式水泵,其特征在于:所述插口为圆孔,所述插入部为圆柱形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种直联式水泵,其特征在于:所述电机轴采用45钢制成,所述泵轴采用合金钢制成。
