Abstract
本发明涉及门窗领域，尤其涉及一种内开无槛门的门扇装置。该门扇装置包括开扇和玻璃；开扇朝向门槛一侧的室外侧设置有披水板，披水板外侧向下呈坡度设置并朝向地面，披水板的内侧底部朝向门槛设置有设有槽口，槽口内设置有与门槛的顶面相配合的毛条，开扇下端室内侧设置向门槛室内侧端面延伸的配合部，配合部的外侧设置有与门槛的室内侧端面相配合的密封胶条。该门扇装置确保门扇的保温性，延长门扇使用时间，同时防止门下框腐坏霉变，增强了美观性。

技术领域
本发明涉及门窗领域，尤其涉及一种内开无槛门的门扇装置。
背景技术
场上门扇一般都为室内外型材相间结构，或为铝包木，或为外铝内木等，且室内侧多为木质。而门窗下框因长期接触地面积水或雨水，容易使木材腐坏霉变，影响门扇整体密封性和保温性，同时存在较大安全隐患，且严重影响观赏性。
申请人申请的中国发明专利（专利号CN201410375921.6，申请日2014.08.01）公开了一种门窗的无槛门结构，它主要包括左右两根竖框，安装在两根竖框之间下部地面装饰面上的门槛以及门扇；所述的门槛为一与竖框相对应的型材条，门槛上面设置有凹形螺钉安装槽口，并通过螺钉固定在地面装饰面上；所述门槛与两端的竖框之间各通过L型的连接件进行固定连接；所述地面装饰面为装修地面或在地面装修之间预设有与实际装饰地面高度基本相同的增高垫；所述的门槛通过螺钉在凹形螺钉安装槽口中向下固定在所述装修地面或增高垫上；所述L型连接件的横截面分别与其相对应的门槛和竖框的接触面截面结构相同；具有合理紧凑，安装简单，工艺要求低，密封性能好等特点。
发明内容
为了解决上述门下框因长期接触积水或雨水导致霉变腐坏而影响门窗性能的问题，本发明提供一种内开无槛门的门扇装置。
为了实现上述的目的，本发明采用了以下的技术方案：
一种内开无槛门的门扇装置，该门扇装置包括开扇和玻璃，开扇的上端、左端、右端分别与门框相配合，开扇下端与门槛相配合；开扇朝向玻璃一侧为压条，另一侧设置有压线固定口，所述的压线固定卡接设置在压线固定口上，所述的压条与压线之间形成玻璃槽口，压条上设置有第一密封胶条，压线上设置有第二密封胶条，所述玻璃通过第一密封胶条和第二密封胶条固定设置在玻璃槽口内；所述的开扇朝向门槛一侧的室外侧设置有披水板，披水板外侧向下呈坡度设置并朝向地面，披水板的内侧底部朝向门槛设置有设有槽口，槽口内设置有与门槛的顶面相配合的毛条，开扇下端室内侧设置向门槛室内侧端面延伸的配合部，配合部的外侧设置有与门槛的室内侧端面相配合的密封胶条。
作为进一步改进，所述的开扇室外侧下部设置有安装口，所述的披水板的上部设置有安装卡扣，安装卡扣固定设置在安装口内。
作为进一步改进，所述的开扇的室外侧设置有铝合金扣板，铝合金扣板的两端分别设置有第一卡扣和第二卡扣，所述的第一卡扣扣合在压条的端部并由第一密封胶条隐藏，所述的第二卡扣扣合在安装口上。
作为进一步改进，所述的安装卡扣包括支撑条和扣合条，支撑条插设在安装口内，扣合条与所述的第二卡扣相扣合。
作为进一步改进，所述的开扇内设置有主空腔和副空腔，副空腔为多个，多个副空腔分别设置在主空腔的两侧，主空腔内设置有支撑件。
作为进一步改进，所述的压条和压线内部均设置有空腔。
作为进一步改进，所述的室内侧设置有薄木装饰层。薄木装饰层选用第二原木薄木、合成薄木、塑制薄木、防火板式薄木或科技木薄木。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案，该门扇装置实现了门扇室内室外的密封，确保门扇的保温性，延长门扇使用时间，同时防止门下框腐坏霉变，增强了美观性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图 1、图2、图3所示一种内开无槛门，该无槛门包括门槛1、门框2、开扇3、玻璃4和预埋增高料5，玻璃4设置在开扇3上，开扇3上端与门框2通过两道密封胶条50相配合，开扇3左端、右端与门框2分别通过两道密封胶条50配合，开扇3下端与门槛1相配合，并在门框2和开扇3的室外侧均设置有铝合金扣板30，室内侧均设置有薄木装饰层40。如图3、图5所示，所述的开扇3朝向玻璃4一侧为压条34，另一侧设置有压线固定口35，所述的压线70固定卡接设置在压线固定口35上，所述的压条34与压线70之间形成玻璃槽口，压条34上设置有第一密封胶条36，压线70上设置有第二密封胶条37，所述玻璃4通过第一密封胶条36和第二密封胶条37固定设置在玻璃槽口内。所述的开扇3下端室外侧设置有披水板6，披水板6外侧向下呈坡度设置并朝向地面，披水板6的内侧底部朝向门槛1设置有设有槽口61，槽口61内设置有毛条61与门槛1的顶面相配合，开扇3室外侧下部设置有安装口33，所述的披水板6的上部设置有安装卡扣63，安装卡扣63固定设置在安装口33内。开扇3的室外侧设置有所述的铝合金扣板30，铝合金扣板30的两端分别设置有第一卡扣38和第二卡扣39，所述的第一卡扣38扣合在压条34的端部并由第一密封胶条36隐藏，所述的第二卡扣39扣合在安装口33上。安装卡扣63包括支撑条65和扣合条64，支撑条65插设在安装口33内，扣合条64与所述的第二卡扣39相扣合。开扇3内设置有主空腔和副空腔，副空腔为多个，多个副空腔分别设置在主空腔的两侧，主空腔内设置有支撑件，压条34和压线内部也均设置有空腔。开扇3下端室内侧设置向门槛1室内侧端面延伸的配合部31，配合部31的外侧设置有密封胶条32，密封胶条32与门槛1的室内侧端面相配合。所述的预埋增高料5包括预埋部51和连接部52，预埋部51用于安装于地面下高度能根据安装实际进行调节，预埋增高料5内从室外侧到室内侧设置有多个隔热腔体53，在中间隔热腔体内设置有支撑件54。
如图4所示，所述的门槛1包括室内侧型材12和室外侧型材11，室内侧型材12和室外侧型材11通过隔热穿条10相连接，室内侧型材12和室外侧型材11的底部均通过连接卡条20与所述的预埋增高料5的连接部52相连接。室外侧型材11位于披水板6的下方，外侧设置有向下呈坡度设置装饰板50，装饰板50底部设置支撑条60，支撑条60底部与地面相平齐。如图4所示，所述的室内侧型材12由连接型材12和装饰型材13构成，连接型材12的底部设置有所述的连接卡条与所述的预埋增高料5的连接部52相连接，外侧设置有穿条固定口与所述的隔热穿条10相连接。所述的装饰型材13上表面为装饰面，底部设置有连接条与所述的连接型材12相固定连接。所述的连接型材12的上部设置有安装槽，安装槽的左侧壁设置第一卡口15，安装槽的底面设置有第二卡口19，所述的装饰型材13的上表面与连接型材12的上端面平齐，右侧端面与连接型材12的室内侧端面平齐，装饰型材13的左侧设置有第一卡条16，第一卡条16扣合在第一卡口15内，中间设置有第一支撑条17和第二卡条18，第一支撑条17与安装槽的底面相抵，第二卡条18扣合在第二卡口19内。
如图6~8所示，门框2的两个竖框21分别通过L型连接件7与所述的门槛1的两端固定连接。L型连接件7包括底部连接板71和侧部连接板。底部连接板71与门槛1上端面相配合，并通过螺钉8相固定。侧部连接板的下端为配合板72，配合板72与门槛1的端部相贴合，侧部连接板的上端为插接板73，插接板73与竖框21朝向腔体的型材槽相配合，并通过螺钉8相固定。底部连接板71在隔热穿条10的相应位置设置有穿条槽74，穿条槽74与隔热穿条10相配合。门槛1与竖框21连接内侧安装防水堵块9，防水堵块9设置在隔热穿条10的上部。

1.一种内开无槛门的门扇装置，该门扇装置包括开扇（3）和玻璃（4），开扇（3）的上端、左端、右端分别与门框（2）相配合，开扇（3）下端与门槛（1）相配合；开扇（3）朝向玻璃（4）一侧为压条（34），另一侧设置有压线固定口（35），所述的压线（70）固定卡接设置在压线固定口（35）上，所述的压条（34）与压线（70）之间形成玻璃槽口，压条（34）上设置有第一密封胶条（36），压线（70）上设置有第二密封胶条（37），所述玻璃（4）通过第一密封胶条（36）和第二密封胶条（37）固定设置在玻璃槽口内；其特征在于：所述的开扇（3）朝向门槛（1）一侧的室外侧设置有披水板（6），披水板（6）外侧向下呈坡度设置并朝向地面，披水板（6）的内侧底部朝向门槛（1）设置有设有槽口（61），槽口（61）内设置有与门槛（1）的顶面相配合的毛条（61），开扇（3）下端室内侧设置向门槛（1）室内侧端面延伸的配合部（31），配合部（31）的外侧设置有与门槛（1）的室内侧端面相配合的密封胶条（32）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内开无槛门的门扇装置，其特征在于：开扇（3）室外侧下部设置有安装口（33），所述的披水板（6）的上部设置有安装卡扣（63），安装卡扣（63）固定设置在安装口（33）内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种内开无槛门的门扇装置，其特征在于：开扇（3）的室外侧设置有铝合金扣板（30），铝合金扣板（30）的两端分别设置有第一卡扣（38）和第二卡扣（39），所述的第一卡扣（38）扣合在压条（34）的端部并由第一密封胶条（36）隐藏，所述的第二卡扣（39）扣合在安装口（33）上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种内开无槛门的门扇装置，其特征在于：安装卡扣（63）包括支撑条（65）和扣合条（64），支撑条（65）插设在安装口（33）内，扣合条（64）与所述的第二卡扣（39）相扣合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内开无槛门的门扇装置，其特征在于：开扇（3）内设置有主空腔和副空腔，副空腔为多个，多个副空腔分别设置在主空腔的两侧，主空腔内设置有支撑件。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种内开无槛门的门扇装置，其特征在于：压条（34）和压线内部均设置有空腔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种内开无槛门的门扇装置，其特征在于：室内侧设置有薄木装饰层（40）。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种内开无槛门的门扇装置，在其特征在于：薄木装饰层（40）选用第二原木薄木、合成薄木、塑制薄木、防火板式薄木或科技木薄木。
