Abstract
本发明涉及门窗领域，尤其涉及一种无槛门门扇的披水板。一种无槛门门扇的披水板，该披水板外侧向下呈坡度设置并朝向地面，披水板的内侧底部朝向门槛设置有设有槽口，槽口内设置有与门槛的顶面相配合的毛条。本发明结构简单，既安装方便，又能有效起到阻挡室外雨水的作用，提高门窗密封性，从而确保门窗整体保温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及门窗领域，尤其涉及一种无槛门门扇的披水板。
背景技术
现代建筑中，铝木复合门窗越来越受到消费者的青睐。当雨天时、雨水一般沿着门外框流向门下口处。门下口是防水密封的一个薄弱环节，当室外侧风力较大时，容易将雨水吹向室内侧，发生渗漏水现象。如何提高门扇下口密封，是做好门整体密封的重要措施。
发明内容
为了解决上述门下框因长期接触积水或雨水导致霉变腐坏而影响门窗性能的问题，本发明提供一种无槛门门扇的披水板。该结构结构简单，安装便利的无槛门披水板结构，提高门窗下口的密封性。
为了实现上述的目的，本发明采用了以下的技术方案：
一种无槛门门扇的披水板，该披水板外侧向下呈坡度设置并朝向地面，披水板的内侧底部朝向门槛设置有设有槽口，槽口内设置有与门槛的顶面相配合的毛条。
作为进一步改进，所述的披水板的上部设置有用于安装在开扇的安装卡扣。
作为进一步改进，所述的安装卡扣包括支撑条和扣合条。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案，该无槛门披水板结构，结构简单，既安装方便，又能有效起到阻挡室外雨水的作用，提高门窗密封性，从而确保门窗整体保温性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图 1、图2、图3所示一种内开无槛门，该无槛门包括门槛1、门框2、开扇3、玻璃4和预埋增高料5，玻璃4设置在开扇3上，开扇3上端与门框2通过两道密封胶条50相配合，开扇3左端、右端与门框2分别通过两道密封胶条50配合，开扇3下端与门槛1相配合，并在门框2和开扇3的室外侧均设置有铝合金扣板30，室内侧均设置有薄木装饰层40。如图3、图5所示，所述的开扇3朝向玻璃4一侧为压条34，另一侧设置有压线固定口35，所述的压线70固定卡接设置在压线固定口35上，所述的压条34与压线70之间形成玻璃槽口，压条34上设置有第一密封胶条36，压线70上设置有第二密封胶条37，所述玻璃4通过第一密封胶条36和第二密封胶条37固定设置在玻璃槽口内。所述的开扇3下端室外侧设置有披水板6，披水板6外侧向下呈坡度设置并朝向地面，披水板6的内侧底部朝向门槛1设置有设有槽口61，槽口61内设置有毛条61与门槛1的顶面相配合，开扇3室外侧下部设置有安装口33，所述的披水板6的上部设置有安装卡扣63，安装卡扣63固定设置在安装口33内。开扇3的室外侧设置有所述的铝合金扣板30，铝合金扣板30的两端分别设置有第一卡扣38和第二卡扣39，所述的第一卡扣38扣合在压条34的端部并由第一密封胶条36隐藏，所述的第二卡扣39扣合在安装口33上。安装卡扣63包括支撑条65和扣合条64，支撑条65插设在安装口33内，扣合条64与所述的第二卡扣39相扣合。开扇3内设置有主空腔和副空腔，副空腔为多个，多个副空腔分别设置在主空腔的两侧，主空腔内设置有支撑件，压条34和压线内部也均设置有空腔。开扇3下端室内侧设置向门槛1室内侧端面延伸的配合部31，配合部31的外侧设置有密封胶条32，密封胶条32与门槛1的室内侧端面相配合。所述的预埋增高料5包括预埋部51和连接部52，预埋部51用于安装于地面下高度能根据安装实际进行调节，预埋增高料5内从室外侧到室内侧设置有多个隔热腔体53，在中间隔热腔体内设置有支撑件54。
如图4所示，所述的门槛1包括室内侧型材12和室外侧型材11，室内侧型材12和室外侧型材11通过隔热穿条10相连接，室内侧型材12和室外侧型材11的底部均通过连接卡条20与所述的预埋增高料5的连接部52相连接。室外侧型材11位于披水板6的下方，外侧设置有向下呈坡度设置装饰板50，装饰板50底部设置支撑条60，支撑条60底部与地面相平齐。如图4所示，所述的室内侧型材12由连接型材12和装饰型材13构成，连接型材12的底部设置有所述的连接卡条与所述的预埋增高料5的连接部52相连接，外侧设置有穿条固定口与所述的隔热穿条10相连接。所述的装饰型材13上表面为装饰面，底部设置有连接条与所述的连接型材12相固定连接。所述的连接型材12的上部设置有安装槽，安装槽的左侧壁设置第一卡口15，安装槽的底面设置有第二卡口19，所述的装饰型材13的上表面与连接型材12的上端面平齐，右侧端面与连接型材12的室内侧端面平齐，装饰型材13的左侧设置有第一卡条16，第一卡条16扣合在第一卡口15内，中间设置有第一支撑条17和第二卡条18，第一支撑条17与安装槽的底面相抵，第二卡条18扣合在第二卡口19内。
如图6~8所示，门框2的两个竖框21分别通过L型连接件7与所述的门槛1的两端固定连接。L型连接件7包括底部连接板71和侧部连接板。底部连接板71与门槛1上端面相配合，并通过螺钉8相固定。侧部连接板的下端为配合板72，配合板72与门槛1的端部相贴合，侧部连接板的上端为插接板73，插接板73与竖框21朝向腔体的型材槽相配合，并通过螺钉8相固定。底部连接板71在隔热穿条10的相应位置设置有穿条槽74，穿条槽74与隔热穿条10相配合。门槛1与竖框21连接内侧安装防水堵块9，防水堵块9设置在隔热穿条10的上部。

1.一种无槛门门扇的披水板，特征在于：该披水板（6）外侧向下呈坡度设置并朝向地面，披水板（6）的内侧底部朝向门槛（1）设置有设有槽口（61），槽口（61）内设置有与门槛（1）的顶面相配合的毛条（61）；
所述的门槛（1）包括室内侧型材（12）和室外侧型材（11），室内侧型材（12）和室外侧型材（11）通过隔热穿条（10）相连接，室外侧型材（11）外侧设置有向下呈坡度设置装饰板（50），装饰板（50）底部与地面相平齐；所述的室内侧型材（12）由连接型材（12）和装饰型材（13）构成，所述的连接型材（12）的上部设置有安装槽，安装槽的左侧壁设置第一卡口（15），安装槽的底面设置有第二卡口（19），所述的装饰型材（13）的上表面与连接型材（12）的上端面平齐，右侧端面与连接型材（12）的室内侧端面平齐，装饰型材（13）的左侧设置有第一卡条（16），第一卡条（16）扣合在第一卡口（15）内，中间设置有第一支撑条（17）和第二卡条（18），第一支撑条（17）与安装槽的底面相抵，第二卡条（18）扣合在第二卡口（19）内；
所述的披水板（6）的上部设置有用于安装在开扇（3）的安装卡扣（63）；开扇（3）室外侧下部设置有安装口（33），安装卡扣（63）包括支撑条（65）和扣合条（64），支撑条（65）插设在安装口（33）内，扣合条（64）与所述的第二卡扣（39）相扣合。
