本发明公开了一种夹芯式混合短纤维与羽绒絮片的加工方法,将羽绒材料和两种纤维材料按照重量百分比:羽绒材料50%‑60%,短纤维材料15%‑30%,中间层纤维材料5%‑15%,混合制备成三元混合纤维材料;在针刺机的喂料口处沿三条平行的喂料区并列喂料,中央喂料区为中间层纤维材料,两侧为短纤维材料和三元混合纤维材料,经过针刺加工形成夹心式絮片材料。本发明的混合絮片广泛应用于运动服等服装材料领域,具备轻暖舒适,美观大方等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于羽绒加工技术领域,具体涉及一种夹芯式混合短纤维与羽绒絮片的加工方法。
背景技术
由于羽绒具有的保暖性能,羽绒已经大量的应用于制作羽绒服、羽绒被等各种羽绒产品,目前的保暖絮片均存在一个缺点,保暖量偏低,要是希望达到较高的保暖量,必须增加絮片的厚度,这样就带来了臃肿、笨重、不贴身等问题,现在需要提供一种新的羽绒絮片的加工方法,将羽绒制品加工成更加轻盈、保暖性好的保暖材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种夹芯式混合短纤维与羽绒絮片的加工方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种夹芯式混合短纤维与羽绒絮片的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维材料准备:按照重量百分比分别选取如下材料,条轮25%,腈纶40%,羊毛35%,作为短纤维材料,同时按照重量百分比分别选取聚乙烯30%,聚氨酯30%,聚醚酯40%,作为中间层纤维材料;
(2)羽绒絮片材料的准备:将羽绒按照规格进行挑选;将挑选好的羽绒放入中性软水中进行第一次洗涤,去除羽绒中的杂质,在中性软水中加入占中性软水总重量的8%-15%的去污剂和18%-25%的除臭剂;对一次洗涤后的羽绒进行脱水处理,使羽绒的含水量为22-28%;将经过一次脱水后的羽绒再次放入干净的中性软水中进行第二次洗涤,在中性软水中再次加入占中性软水总重量的0.5-1.2%的去污剂、3.6-5.8%的防螨剂、23-35%的香味剂;对二次洗涤后的羽绒进行二次脱水处理,使羽绒含水量为45-63%;将二次脱水后的羽绒通入过热蒸汽进行蒸汽干燥、杀菌处理,在高温蒸汽中通入镇静安神剂;
所述去污剂中,各原料组分的重量配比为:月桂醇氧乙烯醚5-8、烷基磺酸钠15-18、油酸钠12-19,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺1-3;
所述除臭剂中,各原料组分的重量配比为:苯酚硫酸锌21-26、二甘醇12-15、酒石酸钾钠2-3;
所述香味剂中,各原料组分的重量配比为:3-甲基环十五酮6-9、乙醇13-16、玫瑰精油2-3;
所述镇静安神剂中,各原料组分的重量配比为:酸枣仁14-16、柏子仁8-11、夜交藤5-6、远志2-3、合欢皮1-3、龙骨0-2、龙齿0-3、薰衣草5-7,玫瑰7-9、水1500-2000,以上物质放入清水中煮沸15-22分钟,得到滤液;
(3)将上述羽绒材料和两种纤维材料按照重量百分比:羽绒材料50%-60%,短纤维材料15%-30%,中间层纤维材料5%-15%,混合制备成三元混合纤维材料;在针刺机的喂料口处沿三条平行的喂料区并列喂料,中央喂料区为中间层纤维材料,两侧为短纤维材料和三元混合纤维材料,经过针刺加工形成夹心式絮片材料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的混合絮片广泛应用于运动服等服装材料领域,具备轻暖舒适,美观大方等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
一种夹芯式混合短纤维与羽绒絮片的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维材料准备:按照重量百分比分别选取如下材料,条轮25%,腈纶40%,羊毛35%,作为短纤维材料,同时按照重量百分比分别选取聚乙烯30%,聚氨酯30%,聚醚酯40%,作为中间层纤维材料;
(2)羽绒絮片材料的准备:将羽绒按照规格进行挑选;将挑选好的羽绒放入中性软水中进行第一次洗涤,去除羽绒中的杂质,在中性软水中加入占中性软水总重量的8%-15%的去污剂和18%-25%的除臭剂;对一次洗涤后的羽绒进行脱水处理,使羽绒的含水量为22-28%;将经过一次脱水后的羽绒再次放入干净的中性软水中进行第二次洗涤,在中性软水中再次加入占中性软水总重量的0.5-1.2%的去污剂、3.6-5.8%的防螨剂、23-35%的香味剂;对二次洗涤后的羽绒进行二次脱水处理,使羽绒含水量为45-63%;将二次脱水后的羽绒通入过热蒸汽进行蒸汽干燥、杀菌处理,在高温蒸汽中通入镇静安神剂;

Claims (1)

1.一种夹芯式混合短纤维与羽绒絮片的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维材料准备:按照重量百分比分别选取如下材料,条轮25%,腈纶40%,羊毛35%,作为短纤维材料,同时按照重量百分比分别选取聚乙烯30%,聚氨酯30%,聚醚酯40%,作为中间层纤维材料;
(2)羽绒絮片材料的准备:将羽绒按照规格进行挑选;将挑选好的羽绒放入中性软水中进行第一次洗涤,去除羽绒中的杂质,在中性软水中加入占中性软水总重量的8%-15%的去污剂和18%-25%的除臭剂;对一次洗涤后的羽绒进行脱水处理,使羽绒的含水量为22-28%;将经过一次脱水后的羽绒再次放入干净的中性软水中进行第二次洗涤,在中性软水中再次加入占中性软水总重量的0.5-1.2%的去污剂、3.6-5.8%的防螨剂、23-35%的香味剂;对二次洗涤后的羽绒进行二次脱水处理,使羽绒含水量为45-63%;将二次脱水后的羽绒通入过热蒸汽进行蒸汽干燥、杀菌处理,在高温蒸汽中通入镇静安神剂;
