Abstract
本发明涉及一种刹车片的粘接层,以重量份数计由以下材料组成:橡胶粉6~10份、硫酸钡5~10份、钢棉15‑20份、氧化铝3~6份、碳化硅2~6份、树脂10~20份、云母6~12份、摩擦粉8~15份、芳纶3~7份。本发明还提供了一种含有如上所述的粘接层的刹车片以及此刹车片的制备工艺。本发明的粘结层不仅可以起到提醒车主更换刹车片的作用,同时增加了刹车片的剪切强度,具有良好的散热,提高了产品性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及刹车片上的混合材料,具体的说是一种刹车片的粘接层及含有此粘接层的刹车片及刹车片的制备工艺。
背景技术
刹车片一般由钢板、粘接层和摩擦材料层构成,粘接层即是连接钢板与摩擦材料层的底料层,底料层厚度一般在1.5~2.5mm之间,在刹车片中起到粘接摩擦材料增大剪切强度的作用,优质的底料层还能够起到降低噪音、快速散热的功能。
刹车的工作原理主要是来自摩擦,利用刹车片与刹车碟(鼓)及轮胎与地面的摩擦,将车辆行进的动能转换成摩擦后的热能,将车子停下来。一套良好有效率的刹车系统必须能提供稳定、足够、可控制的刹车力,并且具有良好的液压传递及散热能力,以确保驾驶人从刹车踏板所施的力能充分有效的传到总泵及各分泵,及避免高热所导致的液压失效及刹车衰退。
但是,常规的粘接层散热效果不好,刹车过程中容易对于刹车系统带来一定的损伤,同时,常规的粘接层无法在摩擦材料消耗殆尽的时候发出摩擦声音进行报警,造成刹车片更换不及时而存在一定的安全隐患。另一方面,常规的粘接层噪音很大。
发明专利《一种新型复合耐磨材料、制备方法及其应用》(申请公布号CN103935086 A)公开了“粘结层单元层的材料的组成及质量份数为:粘接剂5~20份、增韧橡胶10~35份、填料5~20份、促进剂0.3~1.0份、硫化体系配合剂1~10份、偶联剂1~8份、增塑剂1~8份、固化剂0.25~5份、溶剂50份。”但是此粘结层解决的技术问题是如何使“使刹车片与刹车鼓之间形成牢固粘接”。
发明内容
根据上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种刹车噪音低,散热快的刹车片粘接层材料及及含有此粘接层的刹车片及刹车片的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案在于:一种刹车片的粘接层,以重量份数计由以下材料组成:

本发明还提供一种含有如上所述的粘接层的刹车片,它包括上表面层的摩擦材料层,中间层的粘接层和下表面层的钢背。
本发明还提供刹车片的制备工艺,它包括如下步骤:
(1)一次混合:先将钢棉和芳纶在混料机中进行混合,时间为6-8分钟;
(2)二次混合:将一次混合后得到的物料与其它材料在混料机中进行二次混合,时间为10-15分钟;
(3)热压:将热压机升温至130~220℃,在280~500kgf/cm2下,将预处理后的摩擦层材料投入热压机腔体,摊平后将二次混合后的物料投入,并在摩擦材料层上进行摊平,再在粘接层上放入钢背后一起保压4-10分钟;
(4)粘接强度加强处理:将步骤(3)处理好的半成品放入固化炉,固化炉温度由0℃升温至220~260℃,并在220~260℃之间保持2~3小时,然后降温,得到刹车片成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明粘接层的组分中加入了氧化铝及碳化硅,这两种组分质极硬且难溶于水,本发明利用了质地极硬这一特点,使得刹车片一旦磨耗到粘接层,就会发出类似金属接触刹车盘而产生的噪音,提醒车主更换刹车片。这可以避免因为不及时更换刹车片而存在一定的安全隐患。
2、本发明粘接层的优点在于组分中增加摩擦粉和钢棉,因为钢棉有良好的导热能力,与摩擦粉组合后使粘接层的导热能力提高且更加稳定,保障及时将摩擦过程中摩擦材料产生的热量散发出去;同时两种材料组合使用,能在冲击应力垂直的更大面积上分散冲击应力,一定程度上提高了产品的强度。
3、本发明粘接层的优点在于组分中的因芳纶具有高度微原纤化,表面呈蓬松的毛羽状,沿纤维轴向排列许多微原纤,形成很大的表面积,因而具有良好的吸附性,即有较强的附着力,可与摩擦材料及钢背充分粘结融合,从而表现出优良的剪切强度。
4、本发明粘接层的优点在于加入一定量的云母粉,可以填充补强橡胶材料,使粘接层的橡胶粉用量降低,云母的加入可增强橡胶材料的作用或功效,提高制品的耐老化性,保持制品原有性能不变或是更优质,降低制品的成本。
总的来说,本发明的粘结层不仅可以起到提醒车主更换刹车片的作用,同时增加了刹车片的剪切强度,具有良好的散热,提高了产品性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种刹车片的粘接层料,以重量份数计由以下材料组成:橡胶粉6份、硫酸钡5份、钢棉15份、氧化铝3份、碳化硅2份、树脂10份、云母6份、摩擦粉8份、芳纶3份。
一种含有如上所述的粘接层的刹车片,它包括上表面层的摩擦材料层,中间层的粘接层和下表面层的钢背。
一种含上述粘接层的刹车片的制备工艺,它包括如下步骤:
(1)一次混合:先将钢棉和芳纶在混料机中进行混合,时间为6分钟;
(2)二次混合:将一次混合后得到的物料与其它材料在混料机中进行二次混合,时间为10分钟;
(3)热压:将热压机升温至130℃,在280kgf/cm2下,将预处理后的摩擦层材料投入热压机腔体,摊平后将二次混合后的物料投入,并在摩擦材料层上进行摊平,再在粘接层上放入钢背后一起保压4分钟;
(4)粘接强度加强处理:将步骤(3)处理好的半成品放入固化炉,固化炉温度由0℃升温至220℃,并在220℃之间保持2小时,然后降温,得到刹车片成品。
实施例2
一种刹车片的粘接层料,以重量份数计由以下材料组成:橡胶粉10份、硫酸钡10份、钢棉20份、氧化铝6份、碳化硅6份、树脂20份、云母12份、摩擦粉15份、芳纶7份。
一种含有如上所述的粘接层的刹车片,它包括上表面层的摩擦材料层,中间层的粘接层和下表面层的钢背。
一种含上述粘接层的刹车片的制备工艺,它包括如下步骤:
(1)一次混合:先将钢棉和芳纶在混料机中进行混合,时间为8分钟;
(2)二次混合:将一次混合后得到的物料与其它材料在混料机中进行二次混合,时间为15分钟;
(3)热压:将热压机升温至220℃,在500kgf/cm2下,将预处理后的摩擦层材料投入热压机腔体,摊平后将二次混合后的物料投入,并在摩擦材料层上进行摊平,再在粘接层上放入钢背后一起保压10分钟;
(4)粘接强度加强处理:将步骤(3)处理好的半成品放入固化炉,固化炉温度由0℃升温至260℃,并在260℃之间保持3小时,然后降温,得到刹车片成品。

一种刹车片的粘接层料,以重量份数计由以下材料组成:橡胶粉8份、硫酸钡7份、钢棉17份、氧化铝4份、碳化硅3份、树脂13份、云母10份、摩擦粉10份、芳纶4份。
一种含有如上所述的粘接层的刹车片,它包括上表面层的摩擦材料层,中间层的粘接层和下表面层的钢背。
一种含上述粘接层的刹车片的制备工艺,它包括如下步骤:
(1)一次混合:先将钢棉和芳纶在混料机中进行混合,时间为7分钟;
(2)二次混合:将一次混合后得到的物料与其它材料在混料机中进行二次混合,时间为12分钟;
(3)热压:将热压机升温至170℃,在350kgf/cm2下,将预处理后的摩擦层材料投入热压机腔体,摊平后将二次混合后的物料投入,并在摩擦材料层上进行摊平,再在粘接层上放入钢背后一起保压7分钟;
(4)粘接强度加强处理:将步骤(3)处理好的半成品放入固化炉,固化炉温度由0℃升温至240℃,并在240℃之间保持2.5小时,然后降温,得到刹车片成品。
实施例4
一种刹车片的粘接层料,以重量份数计由以下材料组成:橡胶粉9份、硫酸钡8份、钢棉18份、氧化铝5份、碳化硅4份、树脂15份、云母8份、摩擦粉13份、芳纶5份。
一种含上述粘接层的刹车片的制备工艺,它包括如下步骤:
(1)一次混合:先将钢棉和芳纶在混料机中进行混合,时间为7分钟;
(2)二次混合:将一次混合后得到的物料与其它材料在混料机中进行二次混合,时间为13分钟;
(3)热压:将热压机升温至200℃,在400kgf/cm2下,将预处理后的摩擦层材料投入热压机腔体,摊平后将二次混合后的物料投入,并在摩擦材料层上进行摊平,再在粘接层上放入钢背后一起保压7分钟;
(4)粘接强度加强处理:将步骤(3)处理好的半成品放入固化炉,固化炉温度由0℃升温至250℃,并在250℃之间保持2.5小时,然后降温,得到刹车片成品。
应用实施例
分别按照实施例1-4的配方及制备方法制得的刹车片进行剪切强度的试验,试验结果见表1。

由表1可以看出采用本发明配方及制备工艺制得的刹车片,其剪切强度均在一定程度上优于现有刹车片的剪切强度。

(4)粘接强度加强处理:将步骤(3)处理好的半成品放入固化炉,固化炉温度由0℃升温至220~260℃,并在220~260℃之间保持2~3小时,然后降温,得到刹车片成品。
