Abstract

本发明公开了一种高分子复合摩擦材料的制备方法。所述的摩擦材料由缓冲层和摩擦层两部分组成,其中所述缓冲层为橡胶基体高分子复合材料,所述摩擦层为树脂基高分子复合材料。通过该摩擦材料制得的轨道制动器摩擦体质量轻,容易安装;制动过程中,与车轮接触不会对车轮造成伤害且制动过程中噪音小;同时由于摩擦体组分中不存在石棉等其他对环境有危害的物质,环保无污染。

一种高分子复合摩擦材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及铁路轨道制动器技术领域,尤其涉及一种高分子复合摩擦材料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,铁路编组站用的轨道制动器所用的摩擦板一般为铸钢或铸铁件,其重量大,安装繁琐,尤其在货车制动过程中,噪音大,对车轮伤害大,车轮周边容易产生飞边,影响了轨道制动的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高分子复合摩擦材料的制备方法,通过该摩擦材料制得的轨道制动器摩擦体质量轻,容易安装;制动过程中,与车轮接触不会对车轮造成伤害且制动过程中噪音小;同时由于摩擦体组分中不存在石棉等其他对环境有危害的物质,环保无污染。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种高分子复合摩擦材料的制备方法,所述的摩擦材料由缓冲层和摩擦层两部分组成,其中:
所述缓冲层为橡胶基体高分子复合材料,所述摩擦层为树脂基高分子复合材料,具体材料的质量组分为:

将上述摩擦层和缓冲层组成的原料分别经密炼机和高速混合机混合均匀后经热压成型压制在钢背上,具体包括:
将上述摩擦层材料组成的原料投入密炼机混炼,有效密炼胶温控制在85℃-115℃之间,密炼调节时间为5-7分钟,密炼后将胶料破碎成4mm以下的粉料。将缓冲层粉料投入高速混合机中混合均匀,最高混合温度为80℃;
将喷涂了粘结剂的钢背放入热压模具中,然后将处理好的缓冲层和摩擦层粉料分层放入该热压模具中热压成型。
所述热压模具温度180~220℃,保压压力22~24MPa,预压排气压力逐级递增至保压压力,排气次数5~10次,单次预压时间5~15s,排气时间2~5s,热压保压时间为1h
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,所述的摩擦材料由缓冲层和摩擦层两部分组成,其中:所述缓冲层为橡胶基体高分子复合材料,所述摩擦层为树脂基高分子复合材料。通过该摩擦材料制得的轨道制动器摩擦体质量轻,容易安装;制动过程中,与车轮接触不会对车轮造成伤害且制动过程中噪音小;同时由于摩擦体组分中不存在石棉等其他对环境有危害的物质,环保无污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步地详细描述,所述摩擦材料由缓冲层和摩擦层两部分组成,其中:缓冲层为橡胶基体高分子复合材料,能够减轻制动对摩擦层的冲击并提高摩擦层与钢背基体的粘结性;摩擦层为树脂基高分子复合材料,能够提供优异的摩擦性能,摩擦系数稳定,耐磨损。
在具体实现过程中,具体材料的质量组分如下表1所示:

将上述摩擦层和缓冲层组成的原料分别经密炼机和高速混合机混合均匀后经热压成型压制在钢背上。
具体来说,如图1所示为本发明实施例提供的高分子复合摩擦材料的制备方法的具体流程示意图:
步骤11:将缓冲层材料组成的原料投入密炼机混炼。
在该步骤中,原料在密炼机混炼的温度控制在85℃-115℃之间,密炼时间为5-7分钟。
步骤12:密炼后将胶料破碎成4mm以下的粉料;
步骤13:将摩擦层原料投入高速混合机中混合均匀,最高混合温度为80℃;
步骤14:将喷涂了粘结剂的钢背放入热压模具中,然后将处理好的缓冲层和摩擦层粉料分层放入该热压模具中。
在上述步骤中,所述热压模具温度180~220℃,保压压力22~24MPa,预压排气压力逐级递增至保压压力,排气次数5~10次,单次预压时间5~15s,排气时间2~5s,热压保压时间为1h。
通过该摩擦材料制得的轨道制动器摩擦体质量轻,容易安装;制动过程中,与车轮接触不会对车轮造成伤害且制动过程中噪音小;同时由于摩擦体组分中不存在石棉等其他对环境有危害的物质,环保无污染。
下面以具体的实例来对上述制备方法进行详细说明:
实例一:
具体的制备过程为:首先按照质量比将下表2中的缓冲层原料各组分在密炼机混炼,有效密炼胶温控制在85℃-115℃之间,密炼时间为6分钟,密炼后将胶料破碎成4mm以下的粉料。
再将摩擦层面料投入高速混合机中混合均匀,最高混合温度为80℃。将喷涂了粘结剂的钢背放入模具中,然后将处理好的缓冲层和摩擦层粉料分层放入热压模具中。
其中,模具温度210℃,保压压力22MPa,预压排气压力逐级递增至保压压力,排气次数5次,单次预压时间10s,排气时间3s,热压保压时间1h。按照上述工艺制备的摩擦材料的洛氏硬度为90、拉伸强度16MPa、压缩强度62.9MPa、压缩模量1142MPa、冲击强度4.5kJ/m2、密度2.26g/cm3。

实例二:
具体的制备过程为:首先按照质量比将下表3中的缓冲层底料各组分在密炼机混炼,有效密炼胶温控制在95℃-115℃之间,密炼时间为5分钟,密炼后将胶料破碎成5mm以下的粉料。
然后将摩擦层面料投入高速混合机中混合均匀,最高混合温度为75℃。将喷涂了粘结剂的钢背放入模具中,然后将处理好的缓冲层和摩擦层粉料分层放入热压模具中。
其中,模具温度220℃,保压压力20MPa,预压排气压力逐级递增至保压压力,排气次数5次,单次预压时间10s,排气时间3s,热压保压时间1h。按照上述工艺制备的摩擦材料的洛氏硬度为95、拉伸强度15MPa、压缩强度63MPa、压缩模量1030MPa、冲击强度4.0kJ/m2、密度2.24g/cm3。

综上所述,通过该摩擦材料制得的轨道制动器摩擦体质量轻,容易安装;制动过程中,与车轮接触不会对车轮造成伤害且制动过程中噪音小;同时由于摩擦体组分中不存在石棉等其他对环境有危害的物质,环保无污染。

1.一种高分子复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的摩擦材料由缓冲层和摩擦层两部分组成,其中:

将上述摩擦层材料组成的原料经密炼机混炼均匀后破碎成4mm以下的粉料,将上述缓冲层材料组成的原料投入高速混合机中混合均匀,最高混合温度为80℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的高分子复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述将上述摩擦层和缓冲层组成的原料分别经密炼机和高速混合机混合均匀后经热压成型压制在钢背上,具体包括:
将上述具体材料组成的原料投入密炼机混炼,有效密炼胶温控制在85℃-115℃之间,密炼调节时间为5-7分钟,密炼后将胶料破碎成4mm以下的粉料。将缓冲层粉料投入高速混合机中混合均匀,最高混合温度为80℃;
将喷涂了粘结剂的钢背放入热压模具中,然后将处理好的缓冲层和摩擦层粉料分层放入该热压模具中热压成型。
3.如权利要求2所述的高分子复合摩擦材料的制备方法,其特征在于,
