Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温示温胶带,包括:示温涂膜层、聚酯薄膜层、耐磨增强层、耐高温压敏胶层,所述示温涂膜层位于所述聚酯薄膜层的上表面上,所述耐磨增强层的上表面热压合在所述聚氨酯薄膜层的下表面上、并与所述聚酯薄膜层结合为一体,所述耐高温压敏胶层为耐高温有机硅树脂胶粘层,所述耐高温机硅树脂胶粘层位于所述耐磨增强层的下表面上。通过上述方式,本发明采用多层复合结构,具有良好的耐高温性能,同时具有临界高温显示功能。

Description

一种耐高温示温胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及胶带制品领域,特别是涉及一种耐高温示温胶带。
背景技术
随着电子科学技术迅速发展,胶带运用于电子工业领域也有了突飞猛进的发展,特别是在电子元件、半导体、印刷电路板、电脑周边制造业中胶带的使用非常普遍。现在电子产品发展迅速,大量地使用PCB(电子线路印刷板或称印刷电路板),在PCB送入过锡炉波峰焊过程中,需要对PCB板上的小孔进行封堵,通常由胶带来担当,但是现有的胶带耐高温性能差,当PCB板处于高温环境下,胶带容易出现严重的收缩和脱落现象,导致PCB板报废;同时PCB板在加工成形后,由于存储或运输过程中遇高温等因素也会造成对PCB的损坏。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温示温胶带,具有良好的耐高温性能,同时具有临界高温显示功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐高温示温胶带,包括:示温涂膜层、聚酯薄膜层、耐磨增强层、耐高温压敏胶层,所述示温涂膜层位于所述聚酯薄膜层的上表面上,所述耐磨增强层的上表面热压合在所述聚氨酯薄膜层的下表面上、并与所述聚酯薄膜层结合为一体,所述耐高温压敏胶层为耐高温有机硅树脂胶粘层,所述耐高温机硅树脂胶粘层位于所述耐磨增强层的下表面上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐高温有机硅树脂胶粘层的耐受温度为250-350℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述示温涂膜层的变色温度为200℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐磨增强层为玻璃纤维与丁腈橡胶复合耐磨增强层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用多层复合结构,在聚酯薄膜层的内层压合有耐磨增强层,使胶带具有良好的耐磨性能,使用寿命长;在聚酯薄膜层的外层附着有示温涂膜层,当PCB板局部发热达到临界危险高温时,所述示温涂层层可通过颜色变化显示出来,从而告诉操作者采取应急措施;在耐磨增强层的内层涂覆有耐高温机硅树脂胶粘层,使胶带具有优异的耐高温性能。

一种耐高温示温胶带,包括:示温涂膜层1、聚酯薄膜层2、耐磨增强层3、耐高温压敏胶层4;所述示温涂膜层1位于所述聚酯薄膜层2的上表面上,当PCB板局部发热达到临界危险高温时,所述示温涂层层可通过颜色变化显示出来,从而告诉操作者采取应急措施;所述耐磨增强层3的上表面热压合在所述聚氨酯薄膜层2的下表面上、并与所述聚酯薄膜层2结合为一体,能够提高胶带基体的强度及耐磨性能;所述耐高温压敏胶层4为耐高温有机硅树脂胶粘层,所述耐高温机硅树脂胶粘层位于所述耐磨增强层3的下表面上,能有效提高胶带的耐高温性能,使其在高温环境下不会产生收缩或脱落现象。
优选地,所述耐高温有机硅树脂胶粘层的耐受温度为250-350℃。
所述示温涂膜层的变色温度为200℃。
所述耐磨增强层为玻璃纤维与丁腈橡胶复合耐磨增强层。
本发明揭示了一种耐高温示温胶带,采用多层复合结构,在聚酯薄膜层的内层压合有耐磨增强层,使胶带具有良好的耐磨性能,使用寿命长;在聚酯薄膜层的外层附着有示温涂膜层,当PCB板局部发热达到临界危险高温时,所述示温涂层层可通过颜色变化显示出来,从而告诉操作者采取应急措施;在耐磨增强层的内层涂覆有耐高温机硅树脂胶粘层,使胶带具有优异的耐高温性能。

1.一种耐高温示温胶带,其特征在于,包括:示温涂膜层、聚酯薄膜层、耐磨增强层、耐高温压敏胶层,所述示温涂膜层位于所述聚酯薄膜层的上表面上,所述耐磨增强层的上表面热压合在所述聚氨酯薄膜层的下表面上、并与所述聚酯薄膜层结合为一体,所述耐高温压敏胶层为耐高温有机硅树脂胶粘层,所述耐高温机硅树脂胶粘层位于所述耐磨增强层的下表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温示温胶带,其特征在于,所述耐高温有机硅树脂胶粘层的耐受温度为250-350℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温示温胶带,其特征在于,所述示温涂膜层的变色温度为200℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温示温胶带,其特征在于,所述耐磨增强层为玻璃纤维与丁腈橡胶复合耐磨增强层。
