本发明涉及一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡,由以下原料制成:石蜡油25份、石油磺酸钠16份、改性凹凸棒土3.5份、聚乙烯蜡8份、纳米氯化银0.25份、纳米石墨0.45份、聚乙烯醇9份、三硬脂酸甘油酯3份、甲基纤维素2份、二氧化钛0.65份、聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚0.5份、羟基硅油2份、十二烷基磺酸钠1.2份、二茂铁0.6份、石墨烯微片3份、松节油30份。本发明提供的防锈蜡制备方法简单,具有很好的强度。

一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡。
背景技术
汽车防锈蜡是在汽车出口在海上运输过程中,由于海上空气潮湿,加大对汽车表面的腐蚀力度。在出口前喷上一层防锈蜡,风干后,有一层蜡模留在表面上,可以有效的防止生锈。现有很多防锈蜡具有防锈功能,但是其耐候性较差,不能很好的适应多种环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡,具有良好的防锈性能,而且具有很好的耐候性。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡,按重量计,由以下原料制成:石蜡油25份、石油磺酸钠16份、改性凹凸棒土3.5份、聚乙烯蜡8份、纳米氯化银0.25份、纳米石墨0.45份、聚乙烯醇9份、三硬脂酸甘油酯3份、甲基纤维素2份、二氧化钛0.65份、聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚0.5份、羟基硅油2份、十二烷基磺酸钠1.2份、二茂铁0.6份、石墨烯微片3份、松节油30份。
所述改性凹凸棒土使用以下方法制备:将凹凸棒土在1500℃下无氧煅烧12min,降温至1000℃使使用凹凸棒土重量10倍的质量分数58%的硫酸溶液浸泡处理,至冷却至常温,过滤出凹凸棒土,水洗至中性,再在1620℃下无氧煅烧5min,自然冷却至常温,粉碎,得到改性凹凸棒土。
一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡,使用以下方法制备:
(1)、将石蜡油、石油磺酸钠、聚乙烯蜡、甲基纤维素在125℃下搅拌,然后加入羟基硅油、十二烷基磺酸钠、石墨烯微片升温至142℃继续反应5min;
(2)、将凹凸棒土在1500℃下无氧煅烧12min,降温至1000℃使使用凹凸棒土重量10倍的质量分数58%的硫酸溶液浸泡处理,至冷却至常温,过滤出凹凸棒土,水洗至中性,再在1620℃下无氧煅烧5min,自然冷却至常温,粉碎,得到改性凹凸棒土;
(3)、向松节油中加入聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚、聚乙烯醇、三硬脂酸甘油酯、改性凹凸棒土、纳米石墨、二茂铁,加热至105℃,保温20min,然后加入步骤(1)得到的混合物,升温至110℃,在85转/min的转速下搅拌处理15min;
(4)、将步骤(3)处理好的原料降温至60℃,以75转/min的转速继续搅拌,加入二氧化钛、纳米氧化银,保温处理1h,降温,得到具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡制备方法简单,对人体及汽车没有腐蚀作用,本发明的防锈蜡以石蜡油及松节油为基体,使用聚乙烯醇、纳米石墨、改性凹凸棒土等配合使用,提升成膜效果及分散效果,提升成膜后的强度及抗冷热冲击性能,不会因环境变化造成开裂等情况发生,经离心分离无明显的水层,说明本申请中各原料分散均匀,而且成本低,无污染。
具体实施方式
一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡,按重量计,由以下原料制成:石蜡油25份、石油磺酸钠16份、改性凹凸棒土3.5份、聚乙烯蜡8份、纳米氯化银0.25份、纳米石墨0.45份、聚乙烯醇9份、三硬脂酸甘油酯3份、甲基纤维素2份、二氧化钛0.65份、聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚0.5份、羟基硅油2份、十二烷基磺酸钠1.2份、二茂铁0.6份、石墨烯微片3份、松节油30份。
所述改性凹凸棒土使用以下方法制备:将凹凸棒土在1500℃下无氧煅烧12min,降温至1000℃使使用凹凸棒土重量10倍的质量分数58%的硫酸溶液浸泡处理,至冷却至常温,过滤出凹凸棒土,水洗至中性,再在1620℃下无氧煅烧5min,自然冷却至常温,粉碎,得到改性凹凸棒土。
一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡,使用以下方法制备:
(1)、将石蜡油、石油磺酸钠、聚乙烯蜡、甲基纤维素在125℃下搅拌,然后加入羟基硅油、十二烷基磺酸钠、石墨烯微片升温至142℃继续反应5min;
(2)、将凹凸棒土在1500℃下无氧煅烧12min,降温至1000℃使使用凹凸棒土重量10倍的质量分数58%的硫酸溶液浸泡处理,至冷却至常温,过滤出凹凸棒土,水洗至中性,再在1620℃下无氧煅烧5min,自然冷却至常温,粉碎,得到改性凹凸棒土;
(3)、向松节油中加入聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚、聚乙烯醇、三硬脂酸甘油酯、改性凹凸棒土、纳米石墨、二茂铁,加热至105℃,保温20min,然后加入步骤(1)得到的混合物,升温至110℃,在85转/min的转速下搅拌处理15min;
(4)、将步骤(3)处理好的原料降温至60℃,以75转/min的转速继续搅拌,加入二氧化钛、纳米氧化银,保温处理1h,降温,得到具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡。
使用本发明的防锈蜡做钢片盐雾试验:
取清洗干净的钢片浸入防锈蜡试样 1min,然后沥干24 h。将试片放进自制的盐雾试验箱, 按产品规格要求的试验时间进行连续喷雾运转。喷雾采用质量分数5%的氯化钠溶液,PH值为7,温度为35℃,结果显示,本发明处理后的钢片处理385h钢片表面1%的面积出现轻微腐蚀。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡,其特征在于,按重量计,由以下原料制成:石蜡油25份、石油磺酸钠16份、改性凹凸棒土3.5份、聚乙烯蜡8份、纳米氯化银0.25份、纳米石墨0.45份、聚乙烯醇9份、三硬脂酸甘油酯3份、甲基纤维素2份、二氧化钛0.65份、聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚0.5份、羟基硅油2份、十二烷基磺酸钠1.2份、二茂铁0.6份、石墨烯微片3份、松节油30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡,其特征在于,所述改性凹凸棒土使用以下方法制备:将凹凸棒土在1500℃下无氧煅烧12min,降温至1000℃使使用凹凸棒土重量10倍的质量分数58%的硫酸溶液浸泡处理,至冷却至常温,过滤出凹凸棒土,水洗至中性,再在1620℃下无氧煅烧5min,自然冷却至常温,粉碎,得到改性凹凸棒土。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡,其特征在于,使用以下方法制备:
(1)、将石蜡油、石油磺酸钠、聚乙烯蜡、甲基纤维素在125℃下搅拌,然后加入羟基硅油、十二烷基磺酸钠、石墨烯微片升温至142℃继续反应5min;

(3)、向松节油中加入聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚、聚乙烯醇、三硬脂酸甘油酯、改性凹凸棒土、纳米石墨、二茂铁,加热至105℃,保温20min,然后加入步骤(1)得到的混合物,升温至110℃,在85转/min的转速下搅拌处理15min;
(4)、将步骤(3)处理好的原料降温至60℃,以75转/min的转速继续搅拌,加入二氧化钛、纳米氧化银,保温处理1h,降温,得到具有高强度的汽车防锈蜡。
