本发明公开了一种防静电氧化铁黑颜料,其特征是由下述重量份的原料制得:硫酸亚铁60‑80,绢云母粉10‑15,石墨粉10‑15,纳米氧化锌2‑4,硅烷偶联剂KH‑550 0.2‑0.4,羧甲基纤维素0.1‑0.2,月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.2‑0.4,氨基硅油0.1‑0.2,分散助剂10‑15。本发明的氧化铁黑颜料既具有着色力强、加工性好的特点,同时粒径较大,在生产、使用过程中不易飞扬扩散,能有效减少对环境的污染和对人体健康的威胁,还有良好的抗静电性能,使用安全性好,实用性强。

本发明涉及氧化铁黑颜料领域,具体涉及一种防静电氧化铁黑颜料及其制备方法。
背景技术
氧化铁黑颜料是一种常用的无机颜料,主要成分为四氧化三铁,它的色调美观而耐久,遮盖力和着色力均很高,同时具有良好的耐碱性、耐光性能,应用范围十分广泛,包括建材、涂料、油墨、橡胶、塑料、陶瓷、玻璃制品、五金玻璃抛光、油彩绘画、电子工业等领域。氧化铁黑颜料主要为粉末状,在生产、使用过程中极易飞扬,不利于安全生产、环境保护和人体健康,将氧化铁黑颜料由粉末状改为颗粒状有利于解决这一问题。同时,随着经济发展和人们生活水平的提高,对氧化铁黑颜料的产量、质量和性能改进的需求与日俱增,开发功能化、多样化的氧化铁黑颜料,符合市场需求,有良好的发展前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防静电氧化铁黑颜料,着色力强,性能稳定,安全环保。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防静电氧化铁黑颜料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
硫酸亚铁60-80,绢云母粉10-15,石墨粉10-15,纳米氧化锌2-4,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.2-0.4,羧甲基纤维素0.1-0.2,月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.2-0.4,氨基硅油0.1-0.2,分散助剂10-15;
其中分散助剂由下述重量份的原料制得:木质素磺酸钠0.5-1,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.3-0.5,葡萄糖酸钠3-5,聚乙二醇2-4,吐温-60 0.1-0.2,水20-30;分散助剂的制备方法是先将葡萄糖酸钠和聚乙二醇加入水中完全溶解,再加入其余原料60-80℃、600-1000r/min搅拌15-30min,即得。
一种防静电氧化铁黑颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将绢云母粉、石墨粉和纳米氧化锌混合后共同研磨均匀,过100-200目筛,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550于120-150℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后先加入2-3倍重量的水搅拌均匀,再加入分散助剂并超声分散10-15min,得混合浆料;
(2)将硫酸亚铁按固液重量比1:5-1:6与水混合并搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入(1)中的混合浆料搅拌分散均匀,在温度为80-85℃、pH为7-7.5条件下通入空气氧化,反应结束后过滤并干燥完全,得复合氧化铁黑颗粒;
(3)将其余原料加入适量水中80-90℃搅拌0.5-1h,然后均匀喷洒在(2)中的复合氧化铁黑颗粒中,即得防静电氧化铁黑颜料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明以绢云母粉、石墨粉和纳米氧化锌作为基料,以硅烷偶联剂KH-550作为改性剂进行表面改性,将氧化铁黑牢固地包覆在其表面,使形成的复合氧化铁黑颗粒具有良好的分散性和均匀、合适的粒度;同时,结合其余原料的添加,使制得的氧化铁黑颜料既具有着色力强、加工性好的特点,同时粒径较大,在生产、使用过程中不易飞扬扩散,能有效减少对环境的污染和对人体健康的威胁,还有良好的抗静电性能,使用安全性好,实用性强。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
一种防静电氧化铁黑颜料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
硫酸亚铁70,绢云母粉12,石墨粉12,纳米氧化锌3,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.3,羧甲基纤维素0.15,月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.3,氨基硅油0.15,分散助剂12;
其中分散助剂由下述重量份的原料制得:木质素磺酸钠0.8,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.4,葡萄糖酸钠4,聚乙二醇3,吐温-60 0.15,水25;分散助剂的制备方法是先将葡萄糖酸钠和聚乙二醇加入水中完全溶解,再加入其余原料80℃、1000r/min搅拌15min,即得。
防静电氧化铁黑颜料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将绢云母粉、石墨粉和纳米氧化锌混合后共同研磨均匀,过200目筛,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550于120℃搅拌0.5h,冷却后先加入3倍重量的水搅拌均匀,再加入分散助剂并超声分散10min,得混合浆料;
(2)将硫酸亚铁按固液重量比1:5与水混合并搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入(1)中的混合浆料搅拌分散均匀,在温度为85℃、pH为7-7.5条件下通入空气氧化,反应结束后过滤并干燥完全,得复合氧化铁黑颗粒;
(3)将其余原料加入适量水中80℃搅拌0.5h,然后均匀喷洒在(2)中的复合氧化铁黑颗粒中,即得防静电氧化铁黑颜料。
上述制得的氧化铁黑颜料性能指标如下表:

Claims (2)

1.一种防静电氧化铁黑颜料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
硫酸亚铁60-80,绢云母粉10-15,石墨粉10-15,纳米氧化锌2-4,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.2-0.4,羧甲基纤维素0.1-0.2,月桂酰肌氨酸钠0.2-0.4,氨基硅油0.1-0.2,分散助剂10-15;
所述的分散助剂由下述重量份的原料制得:木质素磺酸钠0.5-1,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.3-0.5,葡萄糖酸钠3-5,聚乙二醇2-4,吐温-60 0.1-0.2,水20-30;所述分散助剂的制备方法是先将葡萄糖酸钠和聚乙二醇加入水中完全溶解,再加入其余原料60-80℃、600-1000r/min搅拌15-30min,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电氧化铁黑颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将绢云母粉、石墨粉和纳米氧化锌混合后共同研磨均匀,过100-200目筛,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550于120-150℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后先加入2-3倍重量的水搅拌均匀,再加入分散助剂并超声分散10-15min,得混合浆料;
(2)将硫酸亚铁按固液重量比1:5-1:6与水混合并搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入(1)中的混合浆料搅拌分散均匀,在温度为80-85℃、pH为7-7.5条件下通入空气氧化,反应结束后过滤并干燥完全,得复合氧化铁黑颗粒;
(3)将其余原料加入适量水中80-90℃搅拌0.5-1h,然后均匀喷洒在(2)中的复合氧化铁黑颗粒中,即得防静电氧化铁黑颜料。
