一种耐候性复合聚合物改性沥青,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:煤沥青20‑30份,阻燃剂0.3‑1.2份,助溶剂8‑13份,E51型环氧树脂20‑40份,改性胺固化剂12‑16份,硅烷偶联剂Si‑690.8‑1.5份,石油沥青30‑45份,聚乙烯醇4‑7份,丁烷四羧酸2‑5份,丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵0.3‑0.7份,聚丁烯乳液8‑14份,聚氧乙烯烷基胺15‑20份,十二烷基磺酸钠6‑9份,石蜡15‑22份,废旧塑料12‑24份,增容剂4‑7份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的耐候性复合聚合物改性沥青,具有很好的耐候性、耐酸碱腐蚀,耐高温、耐老化性优良,柔韧性好,施工方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐候性复合聚合物改性沥青。
背景技术
改革开放以来中国的经济一直保持着高速的增长,公路交通建设突飞猛进,我国道路沥青生产企业也得到了迅猛发展。尤其是重交沥青和改性沥青实现了由无到有、由小到大、由少到多的质的飞跃,为我国道路建设做出了巨大贡献。随着经济的发展和道路的发展,对沥青的要求越来越严格,现有的普通沥青的抗车辙的能力和耐磨耗能力不佳,有待于进一步提高。随着科学技术进步和经济建设事业的发展,将进一步推动改性沥青的品种开发和生产技术的发展。改性沥青是可以通过往沥青中掺加”橡胶、树脂、高分子聚合物、磨细的橡胶粉或其它填料等外掺剂(改性剂),使沥青的性能得到改善,提高耐磨耗能力和延长使用寿命。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种耐候性复合聚合物改性沥青,具有很好的耐候性、耐酸碱腐蚀,耐高温、耐老化性优良,柔韧性好,施工方便。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种耐候性复合聚合物改性沥青,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
煤沥青20-30份,阻燃剂0.3-1.2份,助溶剂8-13份,E51型环氧树脂20-40份,改性胺固化剂12-16份,硅烷偶联剂Si-690.8-1.5份,石油沥青30-45份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,丁烷四羧酸2-5份,丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵0.3-0.7份,聚丁烯乳液8-14份,聚氧乙烯烷基胺15-20份,十二烷基磺酸钠6-9份,石蜡15-22份,废旧塑料12-24份,增容剂4-7份。

煤沥青30份,阻燃剂1.2份,助溶剂13份,E51型环氧树脂40份,改性胺固化剂16份,硅烷偶联剂Si-691.5份,石油沥青45份,聚乙烯醇7份,丁烷四羧酸5份,丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵0.7份,聚丁烯乳液14份,聚氧乙烯烷基胺20份,十二烷基磺酸钠9份,石蜡22份,废旧塑料24份,增容剂7份。

煤沥青20-30份,阻燃剂0.3-1.2份,助溶剂8-13份,E51型环氧树脂20-40份,改性胺固化剂12-16份,硅烷偶联剂Si-690.8-1.5份,石油沥青30-45份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,丁烷四羧酸2-5份,丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵0.3-0.7份,聚丁烯乳液8-14份,聚氧乙烯烷基胺15-20份,十二烷基磺酸钠6-9份,石蜡15-22份,废旧塑料12-24份,增容剂4-7份。
