Abstract
本发明提供了一种仿古砖的制作方法,包括采用普通青砖作为基材砖;在青砖表面涂刷不同组分的A料和B料,然后在固化的面浆A料表面用黑色及灰色漆交替随意喷涂几道,喷漆方向是沿基材砖的厚度方向自下而上;接着用打磨机将面浆A料的表层轻微打磨;最后用蘸有石粉的棉布擦拭表面,直至消除漆面的反光感,即可得到仿古砖。该方法生产的仿古砖从质感、形状和效果都和古砖十分接近。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种砌块的制作方法。
背景技术
随着国家对文物工作的重视和人们对古文化的喜欢,越来越多的古建筑需要修复和重建,然而在古建筑的修复和重建过程中最关键的是古砖的缺少,现有技术中多采用人造的仿古砖替代,但是目前仿古砖的存在的缺陷就是做旧效果不好,看着不像古砖。为了解决这一问题,有人发明将仿古砖埋入地下做旧的方法,这种方法又需要很长的时间,根本满足不了大规模的主建筑修复和重建工作。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的以上问题,本发明提供了一种仿古砖的制作方法,该方法简单可行,效果逼真。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种仿古砖的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)基材砖的制造:采用普通粘土砖中的青砖作为基材砖;
2)制作面浆B料:将如下重量份的物质混合搅拌均匀:60%的环氧树脂、15%的滑石粉、15%的活性炭和10%水泥粉,直至没有气泡;
3)制作面浆A料:将如下重量份的物质混合搅拌均匀:50%的环氧树脂、20%的滑石粉、10%的石膏粉、15%的活性炭和5%水泥粉混合后搅拌均匀后,直至没有气泡;
4)将面浆B料涂刷在基材砖的前侧面,厚度控制在3-5mm;
5)将面浆A料涂刷在面浆B料的表层,厚度控制在2-3mm,涂刷完成后静置 3-5h,直至面浆A料表面固化;
6)喷漆:在固化的面浆A料表面用黑色及灰色漆交替随意喷涂几道,喷漆方向是沿基材砖的厚度方向自下而上;
7)打磨:用打磨机将面浆A料的表层轻微打磨;
8)做旧:用蘸有石粉的棉布擦拭表面,直至消除漆面的反光感,即可得到仿古砖。
本申请的关键技术主要有如下几点:
1、申请人偶然发现,50%的环氧树脂、20%的滑石粉、10%的石膏粉、15%的活性炭和5%水泥粉混合后具有石质感表面,且这种石质感表面与古旧砖块的表面接近,申请人考虑将其用来制作仿古砖的仿古面层。
但是申请人在实验中发现,该组分和基材砖面的结合不够好,在受到外力后,涂刷在青砖表面的仿古面层容易与基材砖面脱落。
申请人考虑到调整仿古面层的组分,但是其效果均不理想,提高环氧树脂含量后结合力提高,但是面层的石质感降低。经过多次试验后,申请人发现了较好的解决办法,采用A、B料的方式,在面砖表层涂刷粘结力较强的B料,再在B料表层涂刷A料,同时A料由于和B料的组分差别不大,两者的结合力也较强,由A料及B料形成的仿古面层既具有很好的石质质感,同时能够与砖面紧密结合。
2、在做旧方法上,采用的三步法具有独创性,先喷漆、打磨、再做旧这是现有技术中没有的做旧方法,本技术方案中采用的是先多道喷漆,然后轻微打磨,将凸起的地方打磨掉,隐约露出仿古面层的石质感,同时凹进的地方保留漆面,通过蘸石粉棉布的打磨,消除漆面光感,进而使砖面呈现古砖的粗糙感。从而使整个面砖的表层从质感、形状和效果都和古砖十分接近。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1
制作一种仿古砖,包括如下步骤:1)采用普通粘土砖中的青砖作为基材砖;2)制作面浆B料:将如下重量份的物质混合搅拌均匀:60%的环氧树脂、15%的滑石粉、15%的活性炭和10%水泥粉,直至没有气泡;3)制作面浆A料:将如下重量份的物质混合搅拌均匀:50%的环氧树脂、20%的滑石粉、10%的石膏粉、15%的活性炭和5%水泥粉混合后搅拌均匀后,直至没有气泡;4)将面浆B料涂刷在基材砖的前侧面,厚度控制在3-5mm;5)将面浆A料涂刷在面浆B料的表层,厚度控制在2-3mm,涂刷完成后静置3-5h,直至面浆A料表面固化;6)喷漆:在固化的面浆A料表面用黑色及灰色漆交替随意喷涂几道,喷漆方向是沿基材砖的厚度方向自下而上;7)打磨:用打磨机将面浆A料的表层轻微打磨;8)做旧:用蘸有石粉的棉布擦拭表面,直至消除漆面的反光感,即可得到仿古砖。

Claims (1)
1.一种仿古砖的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)基材砖的制造:采用普通粘土砖中的青砖作为基材砖;
2)制作面浆B料:将如下重量份的物质混合搅拌均匀:60%的环氧树脂、15%的滑石粉、15%的活性炭和10%水泥粉,直至没有气泡;
3)制作面浆A料:将如下重量份的物质混合搅拌均匀:50%的环氧树脂、20%的滑石粉、10%的石膏粉、15%的活性炭和5%水泥粉混合后搅拌均匀后,直至没有气泡;
4)将面浆B料涂刷在基材砖的前侧面,厚度控制在3-5mm;
5)将面浆A料涂刷在面浆B料的表层,厚度控制在2-3mm,涂刷完成后静置3-5h,直至面浆A料表面固化;
6)喷漆:在固化的面浆A料表面用黑色及灰色漆交替随意喷涂几道,喷漆方向是沿基材砖的厚度方向自下而上;
