本发明公开了一种公交车车载倒车监视系统,包括方向感应装置、倒车影像装置、雷达装置、测速装置、倒车防撞控制器、倒车方向指示灯、电磁阀和显示屏,方向感应装置设于方向盘传动机构上且与倒车防撞控制器连接,倒车防撞控制器与设于公交车车尾两侧的倒车方向指示灯连接;倒车影像装置设于车尾牌照框上方,包括摄像头、红外线补光灯、光线感应装置和设于车内后视镜上的显示屏,摄像头、光线感应装置、红外线补光灯、显示屏分别与倒车防撞控制器连接;雷达装置共有六个,横向均匀设置于车辆尾部下方,且与倒车防撞控制器连接,显示屏内还设有分别与六个测距雷达探头对应的六个障碍物警示灯。

一种公交车车载倒车监视系统
技术领域
本发明涉及交通工具领域,尤其涉及一种公交车车载倒车监视系统。
背景技术
随着城市公交系统的逐步完善,越来越多的人选择乘坐公交出行,公交车的数量也越来越多。随着公共交通需求量的不断增加,公交车的车身也越来越长,载客量越来越多,由倒车造成的交通事故也在不断增加。
倒车技术在公交车上的应用还处于起步阶段,公交车存在着倒车视野受限制、车身长、整备质量大、制动力矩大、制动距离长的特点,在倒车过程中,不能控制倒车的车速,甚至会发生车辆驾驶人员倒车误踩油门的情况,易发生安全事故。而且也无法得到车辆与障碍物之间的距离与制动距离,不能确保车辆在撞上障碍物之前,实现车辆制动,容易产生安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的公交车车载倒车监视系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
公交车车载倒车监视系统,包括方向感应装置、倒车影像装置、雷达装置、测速装置、倒车防撞控制器、倒车方向指示灯、电磁阀和显示屏,所述方向感应装置设于方向盘传动机构上且与倒车防撞控制器连接,倒车防撞控制器与设于公交车车尾两侧的倒车方向指示灯连接;
所述倒车影像装置设于车尾牌照框上方,包括安装架、旋转架、摄像头、红外线补光灯、光线感应装置和设于车内后视镜上的显示屏,所述摄像头、光线感应装置、红外线补光灯、显示屏分别与倒车防撞控制器连接,摄像头固定在旋转架上,旋转架与安装架活动连接,摄像头下方设置有光线感应装置,摄像头两侧设置有多个红外线补光灯;
所述雷达装置共有六个,横向均匀设置于车辆尾部下方,其包括连接杆以及与连接杆一端连接的测距雷达探头,连接杆滑动套接有固定支架,连接杆螺纹连接有用于轴向限位固定支架的螺母,固定支架上设有弹性的支撑脚;
所述测距雷达探头通过穿过连接杆的导线与倒车防撞控制器连接,所述显示屏内还设有分别与六个测距雷达探头对应的六个障碍物警示灯;
所述测速装置分别与公交车时速表和倒车防撞控制器连接,测速装置将速度信号传递给倒车防撞控制器,所述电磁阀包括与油门踏板联动的油门电磁阀以及与制动踏板联动的制动电磁阀,油门电磁阀和制动电磁阀分别与倒车防撞控制器连接。
优选地,所述摄像头上设置有防水镜片。
优选地,所述支撑脚为多个,并沿固定支架周向均匀分布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、车尾两侧设有倒车方向指示灯,倒车时驾驶员向某一方向旋转方向盘,该侧的倒车方向指示灯即点亮,后方车辆及行人可得知公交车的倒车方向,提前躲避。
2、包括倒车影像装置,倒车时驾驶员可以通过显示屏直观地观察到车后情况;当在夜晚等昏暗环境时,光线感应装置感应到光线不足,此时红外线补光灯点亮,为摄像头提供光线,保证显示屏中的影像清晰。
3、公交路线显示牌上设有多个横排的公交路线显示区,每排公交路线显示区由多个与中央处理器连接的LED灯组成,每个LED灯对应一个站点名称,公交车到达该站点时相应LED灯会点亮,等车的乘客可以直观地得知公交车的位置。
4、在倒车时,测距雷达探头检测与障碍物的距离,当有测距雷达探头检测到与障碍物距离过近时,相应的障碍物警示灯发生闪烁,提醒驾驶员注意。
5、测距雷达探头测量车辆与障碍物的距离,并将距离信号传递给倒车防撞控制器,测速装置将倒车时的速度信号传递给倒车防撞控制器,倒车防撞控制器将控制信号传递给油门电磁阀和制动电磁阀,用于控制车辆速度,倒车防撞控制器,比较测量出车辆与障碍物之间的距离与制动距离,确保车辆在撞到障碍物之前,实现车辆制动,提高了倒车安全性。
6、通过设在固定支架上的带有弹性的支撑脚将测距雷达探头固定在车体上,即测距雷达探头和支撑脚之间形成夹住结构,通过夹住车体的方式进行安装,安装和拆卸都很方便,减少了测距雷达探头在拆装过程中的损坏率。

参照图1-5,公交车车载倒车监视系统,包括方向感应装置、倒车影像装置1、雷达装置2、测速装置、倒车防撞控制器、倒车方向指示灯3、电磁阀和显示屏5,所述方向感应装置可感应方向盘转动方向,其设于方向盘传动机构上且与倒车防撞控制器连接,倒车防撞控制器与设于公交车车尾两侧的倒车方向指示灯3连接,倒车时驾驶员向某一方向旋转方向盘,该侧的倒车方向指示灯3即点亮,后方车辆及行人可得知公交车的倒车方向,提前躲避。
所述倒车影像装置1设于车尾牌照框上方,包括安装架14、旋转架15、摄像头11、红外线补光灯12、光线感应装置13和设于车内后视镜4上的显示屏5,所述摄像头11、光线感应装置13、红外线补光灯12、显示屏5分别与倒车防撞控制器连接,摄像头11固定在旋转架15上,旋转架15与安装架14活动连接,摄像头11下方设置有光线感应装置13,摄像头11两侧设置有多个红外线补光灯12。倒车时摄像头11拍下车辆后方画面,并在后视镜4上的显示屏5中显示出来,驾驶员可以直观地观察到车后情况;当在夜晚等昏暗环境时,光线感应装置13感应到光线不足,此时红外线补光灯12点亮,为摄像头11提供光线,保证显示屏5中的影像清晰。所述摄像头11上设置有防水镜片。
所述雷达装置2共有六个,横向均匀设置于车辆尾部下方,其包括连接杆21以及与连接杆21一端连接的测距雷达探头22,连接杆21滑动套接有固定支架23,连接杆21螺纹连接有用于轴向限位固定支架23的螺母24,固定支架23上设有弹性的支撑脚25;支撑脚25为多个,并沿固定支架23周向均匀分布。通过设在固定支架23上的带有弹性的支撑脚25将测距雷达探头22固定在车体7上,即测距雷达探头22和支撑脚25之间形成夹住结构,通过夹住车体7的方式进行安装,安装和拆卸都很方便,减少了测距雷达探头22在拆装过程中的损坏率。
所述测距雷达探头22通过穿过连接杆21的导线与倒车防撞控制器连接,所述显示屏5内还设有分别与六个测距雷达探头22对应的六个障碍物警示灯6。在倒车时,测距雷达探头22检测与障碍物的距离,当有测距雷达探头22检测到与障碍物距离过近时,相应的障碍物警示灯6发生闪烁,提醒驾驶员注意。
所述测速装置分别与公交车时速表和倒车防撞控制器连接,测速装置将速度信号传递给倒车防撞控制器,用于测量倒车时的车辆速度。所述电磁阀包括与油门踏板联动的油门电磁阀以及与制动踏板联动的制动电磁阀,油门电磁阀和制动电磁阀分别与倒车防撞控制器连接。测距雷达探头22测量车辆与障碍物的距离,并将距离信号传递给倒车防撞控制器,测速装置将倒车时的速度信号传递给倒车防撞控制器,倒车防撞控制器将控制信号传递给油门电磁阀和制动电磁阀,用于控制车辆速度,倒车防撞控制器,比较测量出车辆与障碍物之间的距离与制动距离,确保车辆在撞到障碍物之前,实现车辆制动,提高了倒车安全性。

1.一种公交车车载倒车监视系统,其特征在于,包括方向感应装置、倒车影像装置(1)、雷达装置(2)、测速装置、倒车防撞控制器、倒车方向指示灯(3)、电磁阀和显示屏(5),所述方向感应装置设于方向盘传动机构上且与倒车防撞控制器连接,倒车防撞控制器与设于公交车车尾两侧的倒车方向指示灯(3)连接;
所述倒车影像装置(1)设于车尾牌照框上方,包括安装架(14)、旋转架(15)、摄像头(11)、红外线补光灯(12)、光线感应装置(13)和设于车内后视镜(4)上的显示屏(5),所述摄像头(11)、光线感应装置(13)、红外线补光灯(12)、显示屏(5)分别与倒车防撞控制器连接,摄像头(11)固定在旋转架(15)上,旋转架(15)与安装架(14)活动连接,摄像头(11)下方设置有光线感应装置(13),摄像头(11)两侧设置有多个红外线补光灯(12);
所述雷达装置(2)共有六个,横向均匀设置于车辆尾部下方,其包括连接杆(21)以及与连接杆(21)一端连接的测距雷达探头(22),连接杆(21)滑动套接有固定支架(23),连接杆(21)螺纹连接有用于轴向限位固定支架(23)的螺母(24),固定支架(23)上设有弹性的支撑脚(25);
所述测距雷达探头(22)通过穿过连接杆(21)的导线与倒车防撞控制器连接,所述显示屏(5)内还设有分别与六个测距雷达探头(22)对应的六个障碍物警示灯(6);
所述测速装置分别与公交车时速表和倒车防撞控制器连接,测速装置将速度信号传递给倒车防撞控制器,所述电磁阀包括与油门踏板联动的油门电磁阀以及与制动踏板联动的制动电磁阀,油门电磁阀和制动电磁阀分别与倒车防撞控制器连接。
