Abstract

一种超薄抗浮字保密修正带带芯及其生产工艺,带芯包括依次涂布在防粘基材上的剥离层、书写遮盖涂层和压敏胶粘层,在书写遮盖涂层和压敏胶粘层之间还依次设有防渗透辅助结合层及铝遮盖层,形成强遮盖抗浮字结构。生产时,在防粘基材上依次涂布连接其余各层。本发明带芯的书写遮盖涂层不会变色发硬,防渗透辅助结合层能够明显增加铝遮盖层和书写遮盖涂层的结合强度,同时也弥补了铝遮盖层的稀疏处,任何书写工具书写的字迹在遮盖后对光也难辨痕迹,不会迁移渗透墨迹,避免浮字,保密性好,使用超薄涂层就能够很好长久遮盖。并且,本发明的生产工艺步骤合理高效,生产的带芯功能齐全,质量好。

Description

超薄抗浮字保密修正带带芯及其生产工艺
技术领域:本发明涉及一种文字涂改用的修正带,特别是修正带的带芯。本发明同时涉及一种修正带带芯的生产工艺。
背景技术:现有的文字修正带都是利用涂布在带芯基材上的书写遮盖涂层阻隔遮盖文字墨迹,通常的书写遮盖涂层使用钛白粉、树脂等配料制得,密度小、结构间隙大,具有一定的透光性,下方被遮盖的文字可能光照浮现,保密效果不理想。现在有一种乱码加密修正带,在书写遮盖涂层下方还印制有乱码字母遮盖层,可大大增强遮盖保密性能。但是,这种产品的涂层偏厚,而且乱码字母遮盖层的阻隔遮盖还不完全,特别是使用中油性的笔书写的字迹一段时间后会出现迁移上浮现象。现在还有一种保密修正带,在书写遮盖涂层下方设有镀铝层,可大大增强遮盖性能。但是,镀铝层和书写层直接结合使镀铝的均匀致密性较难保证,在镀铝密度稀疏处可能迁移渗透出文字墨迹,特别是油性字迹更容易上浮,并且铝金属粒子可能会渗透入书写遮盖涂层内部,致使书写遮盖涂层变色发硬,吸水性变差,书写容易破损,传真复印留有痕迹,影响修正带使用效果。而且,镀铝层和书写遮盖涂层直接结合的结合强度也不够,容易出现剥离现象。另外,现有修正带带芯的生产工艺步骤也不够合理,效率不高,有待改进。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构合理,遮盖使用效果好的超薄抗浮字保密修正带带芯。本发明同时提供一种修正带带芯的生产工艺。
本发明的带芯包括依次涂布在防粘基材上的剥离层、书写遮盖涂层和压敏胶粘层,在书写遮盖涂层和压敏胶粘层之间还依次设有防渗透辅助结合层及铝遮盖层,形成强遮盖抗浮字结构。
本发明的生产工艺依次按照下述步骤进行:
(a)首先准备好成卷的防粘基材;
(b)在防粘基材的一面上涂布由无损分离材料构成的剥离层;
(c)在剥离层上涂布书写遮盖涂层;
(d)在书写遮盖涂层上涂布防渗透辅助结合层;
(e)在防渗透辅助结合层表面连接布置铝遮盖层;
(f)在铝遮盖层上涂布压敏胶材料构成的压敏胶粘层;
(g)最后将上述成型材料裁切为细长条状并卷绕成卷筒带芯。
在步骤(e)中,铝遮盖层可以采用真空镀铝的方式制得,也可以直接采用铝箔并复合在防渗透辅助结合层表面,根据生产要求选择。
本发明的带芯利用防渗透辅助结合层将铝遮盖层和书写遮盖涂层相结合,不仅可以杜绝铝金属粒子渗透入书写遮盖涂层内部引起的变色发硬现象,同时也弥补了铝遮盖层的稀疏处,任何书写工具书写的字迹在遮盖后对光也难辨痕迹,不会迁移渗透墨迹,避免浮字,保密性好,使用超薄涂层就能够很好长久遮盖。而且,防渗透辅助结合层能够明显增加铝遮盖层和书写遮盖涂层的结合强度,不会出现剥离现象,结构更合理。本发明的生产工艺步骤合理高效,生产的带芯功能齐全,质量好。
下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本发明。

具体实施方式:修正带带芯的结构如图所示,在防粘基材1上依次涂布有剥离层2、书写遮盖涂层3和压敏胶粘层4,在书写遮盖涂层3和压敏胶粘层4之间还依次设有防渗透辅助结合层5及铝遮盖层6,形成强遮盖抗浮字结构。
带芯被装配到文字修正器内使用时,在文字修正器的刀头压迫作用下,书写遮盖涂层3、防渗透辅助结合层5和铝遮盖层6从防粘基材1上的剥离层2处剥离,并利用压敏胶粘层4粘贴到文字改错处,铝遮盖层6起到主要的遮盖防浮字保密功效,钛白粉及树脂等配料制得的书写遮盖涂层3则起到辅助遮盖、书写及外观功效。由于带芯的结构合理,采用超薄涂层也可以取得非常好的抗浮字、强遮盖保密效果,而且超薄涂层覆盖在纸张上后完全不会造成表面凹凸感,传真复印不会有痕迹,使用效果更好。
在实际中,铝遮盖层6可以采用真空镀铝薄层的方式,或者也可以直接采用铝箔层,遮盖阻隔的效果是基本相同的。
带芯的生产工艺依次按照下述步骤进行:
(a)首先准备好成卷的防粘基材1;
(b)在防粘基材1的一面上涂布由无损分离材料构成的剥离层2;
(c)在剥离层2上涂布主要由钛白粉及树脂等物料组成的书写遮盖涂层3;
(d)在书写遮盖涂层3上涂布防渗透辅助结合层5,防渗透辅助结合层5一般由高分子树脂、乳化剂等制得;
(e)在防渗透辅助结合层5表面连接布置铝遮盖层6,铝遮盖层6可以采用真空镀铝的方式制得,也可以直接采用铝箔并复合在防渗透辅助结合层5表面,根据生产要求选择;
(f)在铝遮盖层6上涂布压敏胶材料构成压敏胶粘层4;
(g)最后将上述成型材料裁切为细长条状并卷绕成卷筒带芯。
成品带芯只需装配到文字修正器内即可使用。

Claims (5)

1.一种超薄抗浮字保密修正带带芯,包括依次涂布在防粘基材上的剥离层、书写遮盖涂层和压敏胶粘层,其特征为:在书写遮盖涂层(3)和压敏胶粘层(4)之间还依次设有防渗透辅助结合层(5)及铝遮盖层(6),形成强遮盖抗浮字结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超薄抗浮字保密修正带带芯,其特征为:铝遮盖层(6)采用真空镀铝薄层或者铝箔层。
3.一种超薄抗浮字保密修正带带芯的生产工艺,其特征在于依次按照下述步骤进行:
(a)首先准备好成卷的防粘基材(1);
(b)在防粘基材(1)的一面上涂布由无损分离材料构成的剥离层(2);
(c)在剥离层(2)上涂布书写遮盖涂层(3);
(d)在书写遮盖涂层(3)上涂布防渗透辅助结合层(5);
(e)在防渗透辅助结合层(5)表面连接布置铝遮盖层(6);
(f)在铝遮盖层(6)上涂布压敏胶材料构成的压敏胶粘层(4);
(g)最后将上述成型材料裁切为细长条状并卷绕成卷筒带芯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生产工艺,其特征为:在步骤(e)中,铝遮盖层(6)采用真空镀铝方式制得。
5.根据权利要求3所述的生产工艺,其特征为:在步骤(e)中,铝遮盖层(6)直接采用铝箔并复合在防渗透辅助结合层(5)表面。
