一种镀铝强遮盖修正带带芯,包括依次涂布在防粘基材上的剥离层、书写涂层和压敏胶粘层,在书写涂层和压敏胶粘层之间还设有镀铝层,形成强遮盖结构。本实用新型中的镀铝层非常致密,遮盖阻隔性能超强,很薄的镀铝层即可对墨迹产生遮盖阻隔作用,再加上一层较薄的书写涂层就可满足实际应用中的遮盖、阻隔、书写、外观等各项要求。该二个涂层均很薄,起遮盖作用的涂层总厚度小于现有技术的三分之一,大大降低了钛白粉用量,节约生产成本。使用镀铝层遮盖后对光也难辨痕迹,也不会吸收渗透墨迹,能够很好长久遮盖。

 技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种文字涂改用修正带,特别是修正带的带芯。 
背景技术:现有的文字修正带都是利用涂布在带芯基材上的书写涂层遮盖阻隔文字墨迹,通常的书写涂层必须使用钛白粉、树脂等配料制得,遮盖性不够强,还具有一定的透光性,需要涂布相当的厚度以提高遮盖使用效果,这样不仅使钛白粉的用量增大,成本提高,减少了单位空间内每卷带芯的长度,而且遮盖在纸面上的修正涂层过厚会产生凸出效果,影响书写及美观。对于一些容易迁移渗透的文字墨迹,如圆珠笔书写墨迹,钛白粉材料还会被渗透慢慢显出痕迹,不能很好长久遮盖。 
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种遮盖效果理想的镀铝强遮盖修正带带芯。 
本实用新型包括依次涂布在防粘基材上的剥离层、书写涂层和压敏胶粘层,在书写涂层和压敏胶粘层之间还设有镀铝层,形成强遮盖结构。 
本实用新型中的镀铝层非常致密,遮盖阻隔性能超强,很薄的镀铝层即可对墨迹产生遮盖阻隔作用,再加上一层较薄的书写涂层就可满足实际应用中的遮盖、阻隔、书写、外观等各项要求。该二个涂层均很薄,起遮盖作用的涂层总厚度小于现有技术的三分之一,大大降低了钛白粉用量,节约生产成本。使用镀铝层遮盖后对光也难辨痕迹,也不会吸收渗透墨迹,能够很好长久遮盖。

实施例:如图所示,在防粘基材1上依次涂布有剥离层2、书写涂层3和压敏胶粘层4,在书写涂层3和压敏胶粘层4之间还设有镀铝层5,形成强遮盖结构。使用时,在文字修正器的刀头压迫作用下,书写涂层3连同镀铝层5从防粘基材1上的剥离层2处剥离,并利用压敏胶粘层4粘贴到文字改错处,镀铝层5起到主要遮盖阻隔功效,钛白粉等配料制得的书写涂层3则起到辅助遮盖、书写及外观功效。 
带芯的镀铝层5可以利用真空镀铝工艺进行涂布,镀铝均匀,镀层薄,和书写涂层3的结合可靠。

1.一种镀铝强遮盖修正带带芯,包括依次涂布在防粘基材上的剥离层、书写涂层和压敏胶粘层,其特征为:在书写涂层(3)和压敏胶粘层(4)之间还设有镀铝层(5),形成强遮盖结构。
