本发明公开了一种防静电手机保护膜,包括:防刮层、防静电层以及基材层,所述防刮层通过黏胶剂粘附在所述防静电层的上表面,所述基材层通过黏胶剂粘附在所述防静电层的下表面,所述防静电层由聚氯乙烯和聚碳酸酯混合制成,按照质量百分比进行配比:所述聚氯乙烯的含量占75‑77%,所述聚碳酸酯的含量占23‑25%,通过上述方式,本发明不仅能够提高手机保护膜的耐用性能,还能大幅提高其防静电性能,使用价值得到提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机贴膜,特别涉及一种防静电手机保护膜。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断提高,人们生活水平也随着提高,同时随着通讯行业的不断崛起,手机的使用率大幅增加,目前市场上的手机大多为触屏的智能手机,而这种触屏的智能手机在使用的过程中均采用保护膜对手机屏幕进行保护,防止手机屏幕在多次触屏使用后被刮花,然而在使用的过程中,由于手指的滑动易产生静电,使得在手机保护膜的表面吸附有大量的颗粒状灰尘,影响正常使用的手感度。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防静电手机保护膜,不仅能够提高手机保护膜的耐用性能,还能具备有防静电的特点,使用价值大幅提高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防静电手机保护膜,包括:防刮层、防静电层以及基材层,所述防刮层通过黏胶剂粘附在所述防静电层的上表面,所述基材层通过黏胶剂粘附在所述防静电层的下表面,所述防静电层由聚氯乙烯和聚碳酸酯混合制成,按照质量百分比进行配比:所述聚氯乙烯的含量占75-77%,所述聚碳酸酯的含量占23-25%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述黏胶剂为压敏胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防刮层由聚苯乙烯制成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基材层下表面涂有压敏胶。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防静电手机保护膜不仅能够提高手机保护膜的耐用性能,还能具备有防静电的特点,使用价值大幅提高。

一种防静电手机保护膜,包括:防刮层、防静电层以及基材层,所述防刮层通过压敏胶粘附在所述防静电层的上表面,所述基材层通过压敏胶粘附在所述防静电层的下表面,所述基材层下表面也涂有压敏胶,所述防刮层由聚苯乙烯制成,所述防静电层由聚氯乙烯和聚碳酸酯混合制成,按照质量百分比进行配比:所述聚氯乙烯的含量占77%,所述聚碳酸酯的含量占23%。
实施例2:
一种防静电手机保护膜,包括:防刮层、防静电层以及基材层,所述防刮层通过压敏胶粘附在所述防静电层的上表面,所述基材层通过压敏胶粘附在所述防静电层的下表面,所述基材层下表面也涂有压敏胶,所述防刮层由聚苯乙烯制成,所述防静电层由聚氯乙烯和聚碳酸酯混合制成,按照质量百分比进行配比:所述聚氯乙烯的含量占75%,所述聚碳酸酯的含量占25%。
实施例3:

区别于现有技术,本发明一种防静电手机保护膜通过在基材层表面粘附有防静电层以及防刮层,并采用聚氯乙烯和聚碳酸酯混合制得改防静电层,不仅能够提高手机保护膜的耐用性能,还能具备有防静电的特点,使用价值大幅提高。

1.一种防静电手机保护膜,其特征在于,包括:防刮层、防静电层以及基材层,所述防刮层通过黏胶剂粘附在所述防静电层的上表面,所述基材层通过黏胶剂粘附在所述防静电层的下表面,所述防静电层由聚氯乙烯和聚碳酸酯混合制成,按照质量百分比进行配比:所述聚氯乙烯的含量占75-77%,所述聚碳酸酯的含量占23-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电手机保护膜,其特征在于,所述黏胶剂为压敏胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电手机保护膜,其特征在于,所述防刮层由聚苯乙烯制成。
