The invention provides a clean breeze air-feeding constant-temperature constant-humidity tremella cultivation room, which comprises a cultivation room main body, a constant-temperature control system and a constant-humidity control system, wherein the constant-temperature control system is connected with the cultivation room main body; the constant temperature control system comprises an air supply pipeline, a breeze air supply outlet, an air quantity regulating valve, an air return pipeline, a breeze air return inlet, an air box and a refrigerating unit; the air box comprises a fan case, a central gas temperature evaporator, a primary filter, a secondary filter and a fresh air supply and air quantity regulating valve; the fan case is provided with an air supply fan; the air supply fan is connected with an air supply pipeline, a breeze air supply outlet is arranged on the air supply pipeline, the air return pipeline is connected to the bottom of the air box, and a breeze air return inlet is arranged on the air return pipeline; the constant humidity control system comprises an atomizer, and the atomizer conveys mist through a mist pipe.
