本发明涉及蔬菜种植技术领域,具体涉及一种韭菜收割规整装置。
背景技术
韭菜是很受欢迎的一种蔬菜,种子等可以入药,具有补肾、健脾和提神的作用,同时,也是人们餐桌上面很受欢迎的一道菜。韭菜的适应性很强,抗寒耐热,所以全国各地到处都有栽培,覆盖面和种植面很广。在种植韭菜过程中,从育苗、播种、定植、水肥管理和最后的收割。由于韭菜作物多年生长,一年收割3-5次的特殊性,收割时要求不伤根、不损叶,因此无法使用大型收割机进行收割,多年以来都是人工用平铲刀或者镰刀进行收割。收割时,菜农必须蹲着或者跪着收割,长期以这样的姿势劳动,对人体损伤很大。由于人工收割劳动强度大,常常在收获季节,雇不到劳动力。此外,人工收割韭菜成本高,效率低,极大影响菜农的收益。
中国专利CN201178583Y公开了一种韭菜收获机,菜农在收割韭菜时把收获机推到菜地里,推车的过程中用手摇动摇把,通过转轴使切割片旋转切割韭菜,切割后的韭菜进入收获框中。但是该方案存在以下问题:韭菜切割后散乱的进入收获框,不利于后续打捆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、且便于韭菜打捆的韭菜收割规整装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础技术方案是提供韭菜收割规整装置,包括车架和滚轮,滚轮位于车架的底部,车架的上面设有两个半圆形的放置盘和收获框,放置盘的相对边上均设有刀片,其中一个放置盘位于刀片上方设有导向板,导向板向另一个放置盘方向倾斜设置,放置盘的前端和边缘设有阻挡板,放置盘的后端设有与收获框相应的开口,车架的底部设有带动放置盘相对运动的液压缸,放置盘的下端设有前杆和后杆,前杆的高度大于后杆的高度。
工作原理及有益效果:与现有的韭菜切割装置相比,本发明采用两个放置盘相互配合,进行韭菜的切割,切割过程简单,且结构巧妙。同时,当韭菜切割后,在导向板的作用下,倒向一边的放置盘内,不会凌乱的摆放,由于放置盘下面的前杆和后杆高度不等,使得放置盘向后倾斜,韭菜在重力的作用下, 这样落入收获框时,不会杂乱无章,有利于后续的打捆环节。
对基础方案的改进得到的优选方案1,位于车架前面的滚轮之间通过前转轴连接,位于车架后面的滚轮之间通过后转轴连接,这样便于使滚轮支撑力度加强,避免滚轮因为外力而摆动,运动更加平稳。
对基础方案的进一步优化得到的优选方案2,收获框内设有弹性垫,便于减缓韭菜掉落在收获框内的冲击力。
对基础方案的进一步优化得到的优选方案3,收获框的外侧设有观察窗,便于观察收获框内韭菜的状况,当收集满了,可以对收获框进行更换。

下面通过具体实施方式和附图标记对本发明作进一步详细的说明:

实施例基本如附图1和图2所示:包括车架1,车架1下端设置有四个滚轮2,前面的两个滚轮2通过前转轴连接,后面的两个滚轮2通过后转轴进行连接。车架1的上面设有两个半圆形的放置盘3和收获框4,放置盘3的相对边上均设有刀片5,其中一个放置盘3位于刀片5上方设有导向板6,导向板6向另一个放置盘3方向倾斜设置。放置盘3的前端和边缘设有阻挡板7,放置盘3的后端设有与收获框4相应的开口,车架1的底部设有带动放置盘3相对运动的液压缸12。放置盘3的下端设有前杆8和后杆9,前杆8的高度大于后杆9的高度。其中收获框4为开口向上的长方体,收获框4内设有弹性垫10,收获框4的外侧设有观察窗11,便于对韭菜进行收集。
本发明的工作过程:首先推动车架1到达韭菜的种植地点,开启液压缸12,液压缸12会推动两边的放置盘3相对运动,使得放置盘3之间的韭菜进行合拢,韭菜在刀片5的作用下切割。此时,一边设置的导向板6会对韭菜进行导向,使得韭菜全部向另一个边的放置盘3内倒,不会出现凌乱的现象。同时,放置盘3为倾斜向后设置的,韭菜在重力的作用下,落入收获框4内,实现韭菜的切割和收拢。

1.韭菜收割规整装置,包括车架和滚轮,所述滚轮位于车架的底部,其特征在于,所述车架的上面设有两个半圆形的放置盘和收获框,放置盘的相对边上均设有刀片,其中一个放置盘位于刀片上方设有导向板,导向板向另一个放置盘方向倾斜设置,所述放置盘的前端和边缘设有阻挡板,放置盘的后端设有与收获框相应的开口,车架的底部设有带动放置盘相对运动的液压缸,所述放置盘的下端设有前杆和后杆,所述前杆的高度大于后杆的高度;所述收获框的外侧设有观察窗,收获框为开口向上的长方体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的韭菜收割规整装置,其特征在于:位于车架前面的滚轮之间通过前转轴连接,位于车架后面的滚轮之间通过后转轴连接。
