本发明公开了现浇砼空心楼盖芯模生产方法及其方法生产的板材,选料:选取纸、石英粉、硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰作为原材料;将纸粉碎磨浆后加入石英粉、硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰,搅拌成均匀的浆料;将浆料抽取到匀浆罐内,调节好浓度,将浆料喷涂或抄取到毛布上,用真空吸水装置,控制毛布上浆料的水分;将带有浆料的毛布卷到成型筒上挤压成型;成型后下料接胚,将胚料放入到蒸压釜内烘干;烘干后冷却,用砂带抛光磨边,得到板材;裁剪板材,用木材作为内支架,将裁剪好的板材用胶水粘合或用气枪钉固定到内支架上成型为箱体芯模。有益效果:防水、防火、隔热隔音保温效果好,防腐蚀,无有害气体排出,环保,轻便,运输成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑上板材及其生产方法,特别涉及一种现浇砼空心楼盖芯模生产方法及其方法生产的板材。
背景技术
现有的芯模采用泡沫、塑料等材料制成。其存在的缺陷主要有:不防火,有害气体排出,污染环境,不环保。采用石膏、玻璃纤维增强复合筒,整个芯模的体积大,重量高,不利于运输,现场施工强度高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种现浇砼空心楼盖芯模生产方法及其方法生产的板材。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的措施:
一种现浇砼空心楼盖芯模生产方法,第一步:选料:选取纸、石英粉、硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰作为原材料;第二步:将纸粉碎磨浆后加入石英粉、硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰,搅拌成均匀的浆料;第三步:将浆料抽取到匀浆罐内,调节好浓度,将浆料喷涂或抄取到毛布上,用真空吸水装置,控制毛布上浆料的水分;第四步:将带有浆料的毛布卷到成型筒上挤压成型;第五步:成型后下料接胚,将胚料放入到蒸压釜内烘干;第六步:烘干后冷却,用砂带抛光磨边,得到板材;第七步:裁剪板材,用木材作为内支架,将裁剪好的板材用胶水粘合或用气枪钉固定到内支架上成型为箱体芯模。
所述的第七步中箱体芯模用密度为0.9-1.8g/mm3的板材制成,板材的厚度为3.3-25毫米;
所述的箱体芯模的长度为60-2500毫米、宽度为60-2500毫米、高度为60-2500毫米;

一种现浇砼空心楼盖芯模生产方法,第一步:选料:选取纸、石英粉、硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰作为原材料;第二步:将纸粉碎磨浆后加入石英粉、硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰,搅拌成均匀的浆料;第三步:将浆料抽取到匀浆罐内,调节好浓度,将浆料喷涂或抄取到毛布上,用真空吸水装置,控制毛布上浆料的水分;第四步:将带有浆料的毛布卷到成型筒上挤压成型;第五步:成型后下料接胚,将胚料放入到蒸压釜内烘干;第六步:烘干后冷却,用砂带抛光磨边,得到板材;第七步:裁剪板材,用木材作为内支架,将裁剪好的板材用胶水粘合或用气枪钉固定到内支架上成型为箱体芯模。
采用环保材料,不产生有害气体,环保。生产出来的芯模保温、防水、防火,隔音、隔热效果好,阻燃。重量轻,方便运输。
所述的第七步中箱体芯模用密度为0.9-1.8g/mm3的板材制成,板材的厚度为3.3-25毫米。
所述的箱体芯模的长度为60-2500毫米、宽度为60-2500毫米、高度为60-2500毫米。

1.一种现浇砼空心楼盖芯模生产方法,其特征在于:第一步:选料:选取纸、石英粉、硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰作为原材料;第二步:将纸粉碎磨浆后加入石英粉、硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰,搅拌成均匀的浆料;第三步:将浆料抽取到匀浆罐内,调节好浓度,将浆料喷涂或抄取到毛布上,用真空吸水装置,控制毛布上浆料的水分;第四步:将带有浆料的毛布卷到成型筒上挤压成型;第五步:成型后下料接胚,将胚料放入到蒸压釜内烘干;第六步:烘干后冷却,用砂带抛光磨边,得到板材;第七步:裁剪板材,用木材作为内支架,将裁剪好的板材用胶水粘合或用气枪钉固定到内支架上成型为箱体芯模。

4.一种上述方法生产的板材,其特征在于:所述的板材用纸、石英粉、硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰作为原材料制成。
