技术领域
本发明涉及观赏鱼类改良技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于去除活体金鱼鱼鳍表面黏性物质的组合物。
背景技术
观赏鱼是指那些具有观赏价值有鲜艳色彩或奇特形状的鱼类。观赏鱼类价值的高低取决于其观赏价值的高低,而观赏价值的高低又体现在:体形是否奇特、体色是否鲜艳,是否有特点、游姿是否优美等。现有的观赏鱼主要由鱼的种类决定其观赏价值,而人工提高其观赏价值的手段有限。在对金鱼鱼鳍进行人工改色时,鱼鳍表面的黏性物质不利于改色的进行,在改色处理前,要人工去除鱼鳍表面的黏性物质,而对活体金鱼而言,常规方法去除鱼鳍表面黏性物质时很难保证不会对金鱼造成影响,甚至导致其死亡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于去除活体金鱼鱼鳍表面黏性物质的组合物。为人工改变金鱼的体貌做准备。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于去除活体金鱼鱼鳍表面黏性物质的组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料混配而成:竹醋液3份、水50份、二氧化硅粉7份、酒精0.3份,pH值为6.0。
密封保存,使用时水浴加热至38.5℃。
利用上述组合物去除活体金鱼鱼鳍表面黏性物质的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将金鱼从鱼缸从捞出,避免金鱼体表受伤;
(2)将金鱼鱼鳍表面的水用海绵吸干;
(3)然后用无纺布包裹在金鱼鱼鳍表面,无纺布包裹1-3层;
(4)无纺布包裹完成后,向包裹的无纺布上均匀滴入上述组合物,待无纺布吸饱后停止滴加,1-1.5min后去掉包裹的无纺布;
(5)取下包裹的无纺布以后,将金鱼放入装有清水的水缸中,自由游动1min,恢复金鱼的活力,然后再捞出,金鱼鱼鳍表面的黏性物质即被除去。
作为优选,竹醋稀释液先水浴加热至38.5℃,再向无纺布上均匀滴加。
金鱼鱼鳍表面的黏性物质被除去后,平放在预先铺好一层海绵的工作台上,等待金鱼稍微安静;
用棉签蘸取改色剂,均匀涂覆在金鱼的鱼鳍表面,涂覆完成后固化1-2min,待改色剂固化形成稳定的改色膜即可,固化过程中,给鱼头、鱼鳃部分淋水,避免金鱼死亡;
所述改色剂如下重量份的原料制成:
聚氨酯树脂10份、丙烯酸树脂26份、滑石粉8份、重钙粉4份、卡波树脂8份、胡麻油3份、丁苯橡胶1.5份、羧甲基纤维素钠3份、油酸酰胺1.5份、硫化猪油2.1份、聚丙烯酰胺1.2份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2份、环己酮50份、正丁醇120份。
所述改色剂的制备方法如下:
一、将聚氨酯树脂和硫化猪油加入正丁醇中,充分混合后先加热至95℃保温13min,再加入丙烯酸树脂和聚丙烯酰胺,继续加热至回流状态保温25min,即得物料I;
二、向环己酮中加入丁苯橡胶和油酸酰胺,混合均匀后于微波频率2100MHz、功率850W下微波处理15min,然后加入卡波树脂和胡麻油,继续微波处理5min,即得物料II;
三、向物料I中加入物料II、滑石粉、重钙粉、羧甲基纤维素钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,混合均匀后静置8h,最后利用砂磨机砂磨至细度小于15μm。
改色剂涂覆在鱼鳍表面的厚度不超过0.2mm,以在鱼鳍表面形成较薄的改色膜,不影响金鱼的正常活动。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可以对活体金鱼进行处理,去除鱼鳍表面的黏性物质,并且不会对金鱼造成不利影响。
根据金鱼的改色方案对金鱼的鱼鳍进行改色处理,所用的改色剂适用于活体金鱼,可改变鱼鳍的颜色,并且不会影响活体金鱼正常生长,也不会对金鱼生长的水环境造成污染。

实施例1
制备改色剂
一种用于选择性改变金鱼鱼鳞颜色的改色剂,由如下重量的原料制成:
聚氨酯树脂10g、丙烯酸树脂26g、滑石粉8g、重钙粉4g、卡波树脂8g、胡麻油3g、丁苯橡胶1.5g、羧甲基纤维素钠3g、油酸酰胺1.5g、硫化猪油2.1g、聚丙烯酰胺1.2g、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2g、环己酮50g、正丁醇120g。
改色剂的制备方法如下:
一、将聚氨酯树脂和硫化猪油加入正丁醇中,充分混合后先加热至95℃保温13min,再加入丙烯酸树脂和聚丙烯酰胺,继续加热至回流状态保温25min,即得物料I;

实验验证,采用上述实施例的方法,在金鱼的鱼鳍表面进行改色处理,在鱼鳍改造出具有条状的改色带。
首先根据改色方案,选定需要改色的金鱼鱼鳍,利用上述实施例的改色剂和用于去除活体金鱼鱼鳍表面黏性物质的组合物,改色出具有条状改色带的鱼鳍;利用同样的方式,选择不同鱼缸内的金鱼共10条,分别根据改色方案进行改色处理,然后放回至原来的鱼缸中饲养,一个星期后,10条改色后的金鱼均无出现异常,两个月后,改色后的鱼鳍活动自如,条状改色带完好,无褪色现象。
