本发明提供一种去除活体金鱼鱼鳞表面黏性保护膜的方法,包括以下步骤:将金鱼从鱼缸从捞出,避免金鱼体表受伤;将金鱼体表的水用海绵吸干;然后海绵包裹金鱼的身体,鱼头、鱼鳃和鱼鳍部分露出,海绵只需完全覆盖需要改色处理的区域即可;海绵包裹完成后,向包裹的海绵上均匀滴入竹醋稀释液,待海绵吸饱后停止滴加,继续包裹1‑1.5min,竹醋稀释液是由如下重量份的原料混配而成:竹醋液3份、水50份、碳酸钙粉7份;取下包裹的海绵,将金鱼放入装有清水的水缸中,自由游动1min,然后再捞出,金鱼鱼鳞表面的黏性保护膜即被去除。本发明可在不伤害活体金鱼的情况下,对金鱼的鱼鳞进行处理,去除鱼鳞表面具有黏性的保护膜,为接下来的改色处理做准备。

技术领域
本发明涉及观赏鱼类改良技术领域,尤其涉及一种去除活体金鱼鱼鳞表面黏性保护膜的方法。
背景技术
观赏鱼是指那些具有观赏价值有鲜艳色彩或奇特形状的鱼类。观赏鱼类价值的高低取决于其观赏价值的高低,而观赏价值的高低又体现在:体形是否奇特、体色是否鲜艳,是否有特点、游姿是否优美等。现有的观赏鱼主要由鱼的种类决定其观赏价值,而人工提高其观赏价值的手段有限。若可以人工定向改变鱼鳞的颜色,就可以改造出具有特定形状的鱼体颜色,但鱼体表面具有一层黏性的保护膜,不利于改色处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种去除活体金鱼鱼鳞表面黏性保护膜的方法。以方便对金鱼鳞片进行改色处理。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种去除活体金鱼鱼鳞表面黏性保护膜的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将金鱼从鱼缸从捞出,避免金鱼体表受伤;
(2)将金鱼体表的水用海绵吸干;
(3)然后海绵包裹金鱼的身体,鱼头、鱼鳃和鱼鳍部分露出,海绵只需完全覆盖需要改色处理的区域即可;
(4)海绵包裹完成后,向包裹的海绵上均匀滴入竹醋稀释液,待海绵吸饱后停止滴加,继续包裹1-1.5min,竹醋稀释液是由如下重量份的原料混配而成:竹醋液3份、水50份、碳酸钙粉7份;
(5)取下包裹的海绵,将金鱼放入装有清水的水缸中,自由游动1min,然后再捞出,金鱼鱼鳞表面的黏性保护膜即被去除。
所述碳酸钙粉为粒径分布在20-45微米的碳酸钙微粉。
金鱼鱼鳞表面的黏性保护膜被去除后即可在鱼鳞表面进行改色处理,将金鱼平放在预先铺好一层海绵的工作台上,等待金鱼稍微安静,即可在选定的金鱼鳞片上进行改色处理;用棉签蘸取改色料,均匀涂覆在选定的金鱼鳞片上,涂覆完成后固化1-2min,待改色料固化形成稳定的改色膜即可放回鱼缸,固化过程中,给鱼头、鱼鳃部分淋水,避免金鱼死亡;
所述改色料如下重量份的原料制成:
聚氨酯树脂12份、丙烯酸树脂30份、白云石粉12份、硅藻土6份、卡波树脂8份、胡麻油5份、丁苯橡胶3份、羧甲基纤维素钠3份、油酸酰胺1.5份、硫化猪油2.3份、聚丙烯酰胺1.6份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.4份、环己酮55份、正丁醇130份。
所述改色料的制备方法如下:
一、将聚氨酯树脂和硫化猪油加入正丁醇中,充分混合后先加热至95℃保温13min,再加入丙烯酸树脂和聚丙烯酰胺,继续加热至回流状态保温25min,即得物料I;
二、向环己酮中加入丁苯橡胶和油酸酰胺,混合均匀后于微波频率2100MHz、功率850W下微波处理15min,然后加入卡波树脂和胡麻油,继续微波处理5min,即得物料II;
三、向物料I中加入物料II、白云石粉、硅藻土、羧甲基纤维素钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,混合均匀后静置8h,最后利用砂磨机砂磨至细度小于15μm。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种去除活体金鱼鱼鳞表面黏性保护膜的方法,可在不伤害活体金鱼的情况下,对金鱼的鱼鳞进行处理,去除鱼鳞表面具有黏性的保护膜,为接下来的改色处理做准备。
本发明可以根据设计的图案或形状,选择特定的鱼鳞进行改色处理,所用的改色料适用于活体金鱼,可改变鱼鳞的颜色,并且不会影响活体金鱼正常生长,也不会对金鱼生长的水环境造成污染。

实施例1
制备改色料
一种用于选择性改变金鱼鱼鳞颜色的改色料,由如下重量的原料制成:
聚氨酯树脂12g、丙烯酸树脂30g、白云石粉12g、硅藻土6g、卡波树脂8g、胡麻油5g、丁苯橡胶3g、羧甲基纤维素钠3g、油酸酰胺1.5g、硫化猪油2.3g、聚丙烯酰胺1.6g、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.4g、环己酮55g、正丁醇130g。
改色料的制备方法如下:
一、将聚氨酯树脂和硫化猪油加入正丁醇中,充分混合后先加热至95℃保温13min,再加入丙烯酸树脂和聚丙烯酰胺,继续加热至回流状态保温25min,即得物料I;

实验验证,采用上述实施例的方法,在金鱼体表改色出心形图案。
首先根据图案,选定需要改色的金鱼鳞片,利用上述实施例的改色料和选择性改变金鱼鱼鳞颜色的方法,改色出具有心形图案的金鱼;利用同样的方式,选择不同鱼缸内的金鱼共10条,分别改色出具有心形图案的金鱼,然后放回至原来的鱼缸中饲养,一个星期后,10条改色后的金鱼均无出现异常,两个月后,心形图案均保存完好,无褪色现象。鳞片掉落情况无异常。

(4)海绵包裹完成后,向包裹的海绵上均匀滴入竹醋稀释液,待海绵吸饱后停止滴加,继续包裹1-1.5min,竹醋稀释液是由如下重量份的原料混配而成:竹醋液3份、水50份、碳酸钙粉7份;
(5)取下包裹的海绵,将金鱼放入装有清水的水缸中,自由游动1min,然后再捞出,金鱼鱼鳞表面的黏性保护膜即被去除。
