Abstract

本发明属于水处理领域,具体涉及一种应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂及其制备方法。由以下重量分数的原料组成:EDTA四钠1~10%,EDDHA‑Na 10~30%,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.1~0.5%,OEP‑70耐碱渗透剂0.1~1%,余量为去离子水。本发明配方中不含剧毒物,对人体无害,特别适用于硅酸盐结垢比较严重的系统中,能有效清洗系统存在的硅酸盐垢问题,对硅酸盐垢的清除率在90%以上;对铜、碳钢、不锈钢等金属腐蚀速率低。本发明还提供其制备方法。

Description

应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于水处理领域,具体涉及一种应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内常用的硅酸盐清洗剂分两种:一种是碱性清洗剂,以浓的碱溶液为主;一种是酸性清洗剂,以氢氟酸为主,辅以无机酸或有机酸。浓碱溶液在配置的过程中会释放大量的热,而且挥发的热气对人体会造成很大的伤害,清洗过程的操作难度比较大;酸性清洗剂中的氢氟酸为剧毒物质,对皮肤有强力的刺激性和腐蚀性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂,特别适用于硅酸盐结垢比较严重的系统中,有效清洗系统存在的硅酸盐垢问题,同时对金属系统的腐蚀速率比较低。
本发明所述的应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂,由以下重量分数的原料组成:EDTA四钠1~10%,EDDHA-Na 10~30%,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.1~0.5%,OEP-70耐碱渗透剂0.1~1%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,所述的应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂,由以下重量分数的原料组成:EDTA四钠5~10%,EDDHA-Na15~25%,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.1~0.5%,OEP-70耐碱渗透剂0.1~1%,其余成分为去离子水。
本产品配方成分具有明显的协同增效作用:EDTA四钠和EDDHA-Na对硅酸盐垢中的钙镁离子具有很强的络合能力,EDTA四钠和EDDHA-Na协同作用,能促进硅酸钙、硅酸镁等难溶垢的溶解,配合十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和OEP-70具有优异的渗透、洗涤、润湿、去污的作用,可明显增加清洗剂的清洗效果。
本发明所述的应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂的制备方法,依次将EDDHA-Na、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、OEP-70耐碱渗透剂、去离子水在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入EDTA四钠到反应设备中,搅拌均匀溶解后静置即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明配方中不含剧毒物,对人体无害,特别适用于硅酸盐结垢比较严重的系统中,能有效清洗系统存在的硅酸盐垢问题,对硅酸盐垢的清除率在90%以上;
(2)清洗条件温和,在常温下即可进行;
(3)对铜、碳钢、不锈钢等金属腐蚀速率低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
依次将EDDHA-Na 30%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.1%、OEP-70耐碱渗透剂0.5%,去离子水67.4%,在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入EDTA四钠2%到反应设备中,搅拌均匀溶解后静置即得。
实施例2
依次将EDDHA-Na 25%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.3%、OEP-70耐碱渗透剂0.1%,去离子水69.6%,在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入EDTA四钠5%到反应设备中,搅拌均匀溶解后静置即得。
实施例3
依次将EDDHA-Na 15%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.5%、OEP-70耐碱渗透剂1%,去离子水73.5%,在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入EDTA四钠10%到反应设备中,搅拌均匀溶解后静置即得。
将实施例1制备的产品用于清洗一台2T蒸汽锅炉,水垢厚度2mm,以硅酸盐垢为主,以10%的清洗剂浓度,在常温下循环清洗24h后,根据GB/T 25148-2010中的重量法测得除垢率为92%,符合GB/T 25146-2010《工业设备化学清洗质量验收规范》中的硅酸盐垢除垢率大于85%的标准。
将上述三个实施例中的清洗剂按照旋转挂片法进行腐蚀试验,在25℃下进行6h,清洗剂浓度为10%,腐蚀速率结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,清洗期间的腐蚀速率完全低于相应的国家质量标准:HG/T2387-2007《工业设备化学清洗质量标准》。

1.一种应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂,其特征在于:由以下重量分数的原料组成:EDTA四钠1~10%,EDDHA-Na 10~30%,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.1~0.5%,OEP-70耐碱渗透剂0.1~1%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂,其特征在于:由以下重量分数的原料组成:EDTA四钠5~10%,EDDHA-Na 15~25%,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.1~0.5%,OEP-70耐碱渗透剂0.1~1%,余量为去离子水。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的应用于硅酸盐垢的清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:依次将EDDHA-Na、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、OEP-70耐碱渗透剂、去离子水在常温下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再加入EDTA四钠到反应设备中,搅拌均匀溶解后静置即得。
