本发明公开了一种由菜籽油油渣组成的混合燃料,所述混合燃料由菜籽油油渣、壳类物料组成,所述菜籽油油渣占总混合物25‑40%,所述壳类物料占总混合物的60‑75%。本发明由菜籽油油渣组成的混合燃料通过将油渣进行利用,利用油渣与壳类物料进行混合利用,使得混合燃料的燃烧效果好,同时还提高了其使用效果,防止其污染环境。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及菜籽油领域,尤其涉及一种由菜籽油油渣组成的混合燃料。
背景技术
菜籽油渣是菜籽油制备过程中残留的渣滓,一般用于饲料等行业,但是由于不少菜籽制油厂家没有下端客户或是下端生产链,对大量的菜籽油渣不好处理,尤其油渣一旦没处理很容易有异味出现,并且还容易污染环境,因此,针对上述缺陷,研制出一种将菜籽油渣混合利用的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有技术中菜籽油制备过程中产生的油渣难以处理问题,为此,提供一种由菜籽油油渣组成的混合燃料,该混合燃料将油渣合理的利用起来,防止其污染周边环境,并且该混合燃料燃烧效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种由菜籽油油渣组成的混合燃料,所述混合燃料由菜籽油油渣、壳类物料组成,所述菜籽油油渣占总混合物25-40%,所述壳类物料占总混合物的60-75%。
进一步地,所述菜籽油油渣选自于在毛油水化处理过程中残留下来的油渣以及在菜籽通过榨油机榨油之后通过过滤网筛过滤后残留下来的油渣。
进一步地,所述壳类物料由稻壳和菜籽壳组成。
进一步地,所述壳类物料中还包括辅料,所述辅料由棉籽壳、棉渣、玉米芯、麦麸、木屑组成。
有益效果:本发明由菜籽油油渣组成的混合燃料通过将油渣进行利用,利用油渣与壳类物料进行混合利用,使得混合燃料的燃烧效果好,同时还提高了其使用效果,防止其污染环境。

一种由菜籽油油渣组成的混合燃料,所述混合燃料由菜籽油油渣、壳类物料组成,所述菜籽油油渣占总混合物25-40%,所述壳类物料占总混合物的60-75%,其中的菜籽油油渣选自于在毛油水化处理过程中残留下来的油渣以及在菜籽通过榨油机榨油之后通过过滤网筛过滤后残留下来的油渣,其中的壳类物料由稻壳和菜籽壳组成,同时壳类物料中还包括辅料,辅料由棉籽壳、棉渣、玉米芯、麦麸、木屑组成。

2.如权利要求1所述的由菜籽油油渣组成的混合燃料,其特征在于,所述菜籽油油渣选自于在毛油水化处理过程中残留下来的油渣以及在菜籽通过榨油机榨油之后通过过滤网筛过滤后残留下来的油渣。
3.如权利要求1所述的由菜籽油油渣组成的混合燃料,其特征在于,所述壳类物料由稻壳和菜籽壳组成。
