Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒,其组分的重量比如下:甘蔗叶梢55‑65%,甘蓝废弃物7‑15%,沥青下脚料15‑20%,草木灰2‑4%,沸石粉3‑6%,氢氧化钠1‑3%,碳酸氢铵3‑6%。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中利用氢氧化钠对甘蓝废弃物进行改性处理,然后与甘蔗叶梢、沥青下脚料一起发酵,改善甘蓝废弃物和甘蔗叶梢的物质结构,所得燃料棒燃烧热值高,含硫量低,可减少粘合物的使用,每公斤燃烧时长可达到2小时以上,燃烧后的残留物,富含多种有机元素,可作有机肥回田使用。

技术领域
本发明属于生物固体燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒。
背景技术
随着全球经济的快速发展,人类对能源的需求不断增加,而传统能源在不断枯竭,开发生物质燃料已成为现在能源项目研究的重要课题之一,现在通常对生物质原料或者废料进行简单的除尘、干燥后检测其热值,然后针对相应的热值添加一定量的助燃剂或高热值材料以达到需求,最后通过挤压成为颗粒燃料。
我国的甘蔗种植量较大,通常在采伐后会将甘蔗送往销售地,其叶梢通常就地堆放或焚烧,污染环境,但甘蔗叶梢如果采用传统方式进行处理,不仅燃烧率低,热值不足,还可能会引起环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒,其组分的重量比如下:甘蔗叶梢55-65%,甘蓝废弃物7-15%,沥青下脚料15-20%,草木灰2-4%,沸石粉3-6%,氢氧化钠1-3%,碳酸氢铵3-6%;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘蔗叶梢用粉碎机粉碎至粒径小于5mm,将沥青下脚料粉碎至粒径小于1cm,分别备用;
(2)在甘蓝废弃物中加入适量水,用打浆机打浆,然后在搅拌过程中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,加入完成后继续搅拌3-5分钟,放置4-6小时,得到混合浆液,备用;
(3)将甘蔗叶梢粉碎物、沥青下脚料粉碎物、混合浆液、草木灰、沸石粉和碳酸氢铵在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到混合物物料,备用;
(4)将混合物料放入发酵池中,密封发酵3-5天,隔8-12小时进行翻堆一次,在发酵过程中温度控制在60℃以下;
(5)将发酵物用挤压机在75-85℃的条件下挤压成为圆柱状燃料棒,将其表面除尘、光洁后装袋即可。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述甘蔗叶梢的含水量小于25%。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,其制备方法步骤(2)中,在甘蓝废弃物中加水量相当于甘蓝废弃物重量的1-1.5倍。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述燃料棒的直径为10mm,密度为1.5×103kg/m³。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中利用氢氧化钠对甘蓝废弃物进行改性处理,然后与甘蔗叶梢、沥青下脚料一起发酵,改善甘蓝废弃物和甘蔗叶梢的物质结构,所得燃料棒燃烧热值高,可减少粘合物的使用,减少燃料中飞灰聚集物,使甘蔗叶梢灰熔点升高,防治结渣,使燃料燃烧充分,每公斤燃烧时长可达到2小时以上,燃烧后的残留物,富含多种有机元素,可作有机肥回田使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒,其组分的重量比如下:甘蔗叶梢55%,甘蓝废弃物12%,沥青下脚料20%,草木灰3%,沸石粉3%,氢氧化钠2%,碳酸氢铵5%;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘蔗叶梢用粉碎机粉碎至粒径小于5mm,将沥青下脚料粉碎至粒径小于1cm,分别备用;
(2)在甘蓝废弃物中加入适量水,用打浆机打浆,然后在搅拌过程中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,加入完成后继续搅拌3-5分钟,放置4-6小时,得到混合浆液,备用;
(3)将甘蔗叶梢粉碎物、沥青下脚料粉碎物、混合浆液、草木灰、沸石粉和碳酸氢铵在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到混合物物料,备用;
(4)将混合物料放入发酵池中,密封发酵3-5天,隔8-12小时进行翻堆一次,在发酵过程中温度控制在60℃以下;
(5)将发酵物用挤压机在75-85℃的条件下挤压成为圆柱状燃料棒,将其表面除尘、光洁后装袋即可。
其中所得颗粒成型率为92.5%,氧含量约为36%,是燃料棒易于引燃,含硫量为1.2%,燃烧热值为16.8MJ/Kg,每公斤燃烧时间为134分钟。
实施例2
一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒,其组分的重量比如下:甘蔗叶梢60%,甘蓝废弃物7%,沥青下脚料18%,草木灰4%,沸石粉6%,氢氧化钠1%,碳酸氢铵4%;
其制备方法与实施例1中相同。
其中所得颗粒成型率为95.3%,氧含量约为38%,是燃料棒易于引燃,含硫量为1.3%,燃烧热值为17.2MJ/Kg,每公斤燃烧时间为142分钟。
实施例3
一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒,其组分的重量比如下:甘蔗叶梢61%,甘蓝废弃物13%,沥青下脚料15%,草木灰2%,沸石粉3%,氢氧化钠3%,碳酸氢铵3%;
其制备方法与实施例1中相同。
其中所得颗粒成型率为91.8%,氧含量约为37%,是燃料棒易于引燃,含硫量为1.1%,燃烧热值为17.5MJ/Kg,每公斤燃烧时间为136分钟。

Claims (4)

1.一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒,其特征在于,其组分的重量比如下:甘蔗叶梢55-65%,甘蓝废弃物7-15%,沥青下脚料15-20%,草木灰2-4%,沸石粉3-6%,氢氧化钠1-3%,碳酸氢铵3-6%;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘蔗叶梢用粉碎机粉碎至粒径小于5mm,将沥青下脚料粉碎至粒径小于1cm,分别备用;
(2)在甘蓝废弃物中加入适量水,用打浆机打浆,然后在搅拌过程中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,加入完成后继续搅拌3-5分钟,放置4-6小时,得到混合浆液,备用;

3.如权利要求1所述一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒,其特征在于,其制备方法步骤(2)中,在甘蓝废弃物中加水量相当于甘蓝废弃物重量的1-1.5倍。
4. 如权利要求1所述一种利用甘蔗叶梢生产的生物燃料棒,其特征在于,所述燃料棒的直径为10mm,密度为1.5×103kg/m³。
