一种炭粉制作方法,具体工艺步骤包括原料→烘干→粉碎→炭化→粉碎→包装,其中炭化步骤采用分段炭化的方式分三段进行炭化,第一段温度为200℃-250℃,第二段温度为250℃-300℃,第三段温度为300℃-400℃,炭化时间为10min~30min;本发明的方法根据不同原料设定每一阶段的炭化温度以及炭化时间,提高炭化均匀度,针对不同原料,能够在最适合的温度时间下达到高出炭粉率,高质量的目的。

[0002] 我国是一个农业大国,秸杆资源十分丰富,每年产生的农作物秸杆总量超过6亿 吨,其中可以作为能源利用的在3亿吨以上。近年来,随着农村经济的发展和农民生活水平 的提高,大部分农村地区把煤炭、液化气等常规能源作为炊事取暖用能的首选,大量的剩余 秸杆被遗弃在田间地头付之一炬,既浪费资源又污染环境。根据国家高科技农业循环产业 发展中心(简称"CHCF")提出的生物质综合利用及联合国粮农组织对各国发展生物物质能 源提出要求,即能源替代和环境保护,如何有效利用农作物秸杆成为能源与环境领域争论 的热点话题。因此,研究农作物秸杆资源化及合理开发利用技术,具有重要的现实意义。
[0003] 秸杆即农作物的茎杆,在农业生产过程中,收获了农作物的经济产量后,残留下来 的不能食用的根、茎、叶等废弃物统称为秸杆。广义上讲农作物秸杆不仅仅是农业生产过程 中的废弃物,还包括农产品产加工过程中的副产品,如红麻、苎麻收获韧皮纤维后的茎杆, 玉米有秸杆与玉米芯等。秸杆是一种具有多用途的可以再生生物资源,农作物光合作用的 产物有一半以上存在于秸杆中。其化学成分主要由纤维素、半纤维素和木质素三部分组成, 秸杆以往利用有:秸杆肥料化利用,秸杆饲料化利用,秸杆基料化利用(栽培食用菌),秸杆 原料化利用,秸杆燃料化利用。
[0004] 据查阅相关资料,利用秸杆可以加工生产炭粉,炭粉用途广泛,应用于工业、农业、 医药、家庭等多个领域,如用于烟花鞭炮的火药、炸药、蚊香助燃剂等,其中烟花鞭炮火药的 炭粉对炭粉的质量要求较高,因而用途不同而对炭粉的质量要求也不同,销售价格也不同, 而且销售价格也相差较大,炭粉质量主要体现在比重、含炭量、目数,炭粉的目数是原料炭 化后用粉碎机粉碎就能够达到要求的细度,目前我国利用秸杆生产炭粉极少,也很少见到 相关的研究报道,现有亚麻杆炭粉与杉木屑炭粉用于烟花鞭炮的火药、炸药上。
[0005] 现有炭粉均采用间歇闷烧式炭化工艺生产,具体为从原料到烘干、堆积、闷烧、粉 碎,最后包装;这种工艺类似于现在烧木炭方法,即将炭化原料堆积在砖砌炭化炉内,燃烧 至一定程度,与空气隔绝,形成缺氧闷烧,这种方法的优点是操作简单,投入少,其缺点是炭 化不均匀,有的原料烧过头了就成灰分,有的原料还未炭化好,因而出炭粉率低,并且烧一 炉清理一炉,不能连续作业,工效低。

[0018] 本发明的有益效果是:加工工艺采用了"连续回转式"炭化工艺,改变了以前传统 的"间歇式闷烧"炭化工艺,提高了出炭粉率,连续回转式比间歇闷烧式出炭粉率高出6〜 10个百分点,且由传统手工生产改变为机械化生产炭粉,并明显提高了工作效率,且旋转的 三段式炉体的设计以及三段独立加热使得原料炭化均匀,提高产品质量。

[0031] 烟花爆竹用炭粉的质量标准主要指标为比重(表观密度)、含炭量(固态碳)、细 度(目数)及水份、灰份,炭粉的细度是原料炭化后用粉碎机粉碎就能够达到要求的目数, 与炭化的原料无关,而炭粉的比重与含炭量则主要取决于炭化原料与炭化过程,原料炭化 加工过程中的主要因子为炭化的温度与炭化的时间(转速),炭化温度过高,则原料炭化过 头了,炭粉的含炭量降低,出炭率也低,炭化温度过低,则原料还未完全炭化,同理,炭化时 间过长,则原料也炭化过头了,炭化时间过短,则原料也还未完全炭化,同时也影响比重的 变化,因此本实验内容有三个方面:炭化原料、两种炭化方式、二个炭化因子。
[0032] 间歇闷烧式炭化实验采用闷烧炭化实验炉,连续回转式炭化实验采用不等径连续 回转式炭化炉;
[0033] 炭化时间与炭化温度,炭化时间(用"T"表示)设计四个水平,SP 10分钟、20分 钟、30分钟、40分钟,炭化温度(用"C"表示)设计三个水平,即270-320°C、300-350°C、 300-400°C。按照炭化技术时间与温度关系,组合成12个实验处理组合。

[0037] 从亚麻杆炭化实验表2得出,12个实验处理组合中,出炭粉率闷烧式实验在 26. 66-32. 55%之间,相差5. 89个百分点,回转式33. 83-40. 80%之间,相差6. 97个百分点, 回转式比闷烧式出炭粉率高出7. 17-8. 25个百分点,两种碳化方式均表现随着碳化温度升 高与碳化时间增加出炭粉率明显逐渐减少;炭粉含炭量闷烧式在76. 12-80. 50%之间,回 转式76. 12-80. 87%之间,12个实验处理组合中之间比较均表现差异不大,两种碳化方式 比较也均表现差异不大,其变化也是随着碳化温度升高与碳化时间增加炭粉含炭量逐渐减 少,变化在4个百分点以内;炭粉比重闷烧式在0. 1303- 0. 1512g/cm3之间,其变化幅度为 0· 0209g/cm3,而回转式为(λ 1119-(λ 1562g/cm3之间,其变化幅度(λ 0443g/cm3,其中碳化 时间20分钟为最低,闷烧式炭粉比重在0. 1303- 0. 1314g/cm3之间,回转式炭粉比重在 0· 1119 - 0· 1210g/cm3 之间。

[0043] 从杉木屑炭化实验表3可以看出,12个实验处理组合中,出炭粉率闷烧式实验在 36. 86-39. 90 %之间,相差3. 04个百分点,回转式43. 15-45. 26 %之间,相差1. 76个百分 点,回转式与闷烧式同比出炭粉率高出5. 12-6. 14个百分点,两种碳化方式均表现随着碳 化温度升高与碳化时间增加,出炭粉率均呈现"中间高两头低"的变化;炭粉含炭量闷烧式 在79. 81-81. 77%之间,回转式79. 49-81. 92%之间,12个实验处理组合中之间比较均表现 差异不大,两种碳化方式比较也均表现差异不大,随着碳化温度升高与碳化时间增加,其变 化规律性不是很明显,变化在2个百分点以内;炭粉比重闷烧式在0. 2047- 0. 2382g/cm3 之间,其变化幅度为〇. 〇335g/cm3,而回转式为0. 1923- 0. 2186g/cm3之间,其变化幅度 0. 0246g/cm3,其中碳化时间30分钟为最低,闷烧式炭粉比重在0. 2047- 0. 2062g/cm3之 间,回转式炭粉比重在〇. 1923- 0. 1960g/cm3之间。

[0048] 从红麻杆炭化实验表4可以看出,12个实验处理组合中,出炭粉率闷烧式实验在 24. 16-29. 10 %之间,相差4. 94个百分点,回转式33. 48-38. 60 %之间,相差5. 12个百分 点,回转式与闷烧式同比出炭粉率高出9. 32-9. 50个百分点,两种碳化方式均表现随着碳 化温度升高与碳化时间增加,出炭粉率均呈现"中间高两头低"的变化;炭粉含炭量闷烧式 在81. 36-85. 50%之间,相差4. 14个百分点,以20分钟碳化时间最高,其次为10分钟、30 分钟、40分钟,回转式81. 85-85. 49%之间,相差3. 64个百分点,以20分钟碳化时间最高, 10分钟的略低,其次为30分钟、40分钟,两种碳化方式比较也均表现差异不大;炭粉比重 闷烧式在0. 1161-0. 1490g/cm3之间,其变化幅度为0. 0329g/cm3,而回转式为0. 1123- 0. 1412g/cm3之间,其变化幅度0. 0289g/cm3,其中碳化时间20分钟为最低,闷烧式炭粉比 重在0· 1161-0· 1185g/cm3之间,回转式炭粉比重在0· 1123 - 0· 1192g/cm3之间。

[0056] 原料炭化的出炭粉率的高低是一个重要经济指标,直接影响到加工企业的经济效 益的高低,从十种原料、两种炭化方式、两个实验因子(时间、温度)比较实验中可以看出, 随着碳化温度升高与碳化时间增加,出炭粉率出现规律性变化,将十种原料炭化的出炭粉 率汇总成表5,从表5可以看出,十种原料横向比较,闷烧式出炭粉率红麻杆、苎麻杆、亚麻 杆、玉米杆、木糖渣五种原料在30%以内,棉花杆、花生壳、甘蔗渣、杉木屑、毛竹屑五种原料 在32%以上,明显分为两个区域范围,前者五种原料为"软"质原料则出炭粉率偏低,后者五 种原料相对为"硬"质原料则出炭粉率偏高;回转式出炭粉率十种原料均在34%以上,没有 呈现原料"软"质与"硬"质之间的变化,但回转式比闷烧式出炭粉率高出6-10个百分点, 其原因是由于连续回转式炭化炉在炭化过程中炉身旋转,原料炭化更均匀,而闷烧式炭化 过程中原料不能翻动,受热不均匀。因此,实验表明,连续回转式炭化炉可以提高出炭粉率, 不同原料选择合适的碳化温度与碳化时间也可以提高出炭粉率,不同原料碳化出炭粉率也 不同。另外,据去袁州区原仙台一传统土窑生产杉木屑炭粉调查,其出炭粉率仅有25.0%左 右。

[0058] 原料炭化的炭粉比重的大小是一个最重要的经济指标,直接影响到炭粉的销售 价格的高低,炭粉比重不同其用途也不一样。从十种原料、两种炭化方式、两个实验因子 (时间、温度)比较实验中可以看出,随着炭化温度升高与炭化时间增加,炭粉比重也出 现规律性变化,十种原料炭化的炭粉比重汇总成表5,从表5可以看出,不同原料炭化的 比重明显不同,十种原料横向比较,闷烧式炭粉比重红麻杆、苎麻杆、亚麻杆、玉米杆、甘蔗 渣五种原料在0. 09-0. 14g/cm3之间,棉花杆、花生壳、木糖渣、杉木屑、毛竹屑五种原料在 0. 20-0. 23g/cm3之间,也明显分为两个区域范围,前者五种原料为"软"质原料则炭粉比重 明显偏低,后者五种原料相对为"硬"质原料则炭粉比重明显偏高;回转式炭粉比重十种原 料也表现为红麻杆、苎麻杆、亚麻杆、玉米杆、甘蔗渣五种原料在0. 08-0. 13g/cm3之间,棉花 杆、花生壳、木糖渣、杉木屑、毛竹屑五种原料在0. 19-0. 21g/cm3之间,也明显分为两个区域 范围。因此,实验表明,不同炭化原料决定了炭粉比重的大小,但炭化温度与炭化时间的变 化也可以适当调节炭粉比重的大小,两种炭化方式对炭粉比重影响不是很大。

[0060] 原料炭化的炭粉含炭量是一个较重要的经济指标,从烟花鞭炮加工企业对炭粉 取样检测得知,要求含炭量在80%以上。从十种原料、两种炭化方式、两个实验因子(时 间、温度)比较实验中可以看出,炭粉含炭量也出现规律性变化,十种原料炭化的炭粉含 炭量汇总成表15,从表15可以看出,不同原料炭粉含炭量不一样,应与原料中的纤维素、 半纤维素、木质素含量有关,仅苎麻杆、亚麻杆、玉米杆、杉木屑、甘蔗渣五种原料含炭量在 78. 3-81. 8%之间,红麻杆、棉花杆、花生壳、木糖渣、毛竹屑五种原料在85. 0%以上,看不出 "软"质原料与"硬"质原料之间差异性,两种炭化方式均差异不明显。实验表明,不同炭化 原料、不同炭化方式,以及炭化温度与炭化时间的变化也对炭粉含炭量有影响。
Claims (7)
1. 一种炭粉制作方法,其特征在于:制备步骤如下: (1) 将原料投入烘干机烘干,使原料含水率为8%〜12% ; (2) 将烘干后的原料切碎至粒径为0. 5cm〜5cm之间的颗粒; (3) 将粉碎后的原料投入三段式炭化炉内加热lOmin〜30min ;三段式炭化炉的第一段 温度为200°C〜250°C,第二段温度为250°C〜300°C,第三段温度为300°C〜400°C ; (4) 将上步经三段式炭化炉产生的炭粉进行粉碎处理,使其细度达到100〜150目。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的炭粉制作方法,其特征在于:三段式炭化炉的轴线相对于水 平面的倾角为0°〜10°,三段式炭化炉的炉壁相对轴线斜率为0.028,且三段式炭化炉由 进料口至出料口依次为第一段、第二段和第三段。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的炭粉制作方法,其特征在于:三段式炭化炉的第一段、第二段 和第三段沿轴线的长度比例为5 : 7 : 6。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的炭粉制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中的原料在三段式炭 化炉的三段炉体内停留时间之比为5 : 7 : 6。
