背景技术
目前广泛应用于防火材料的耐温不超过 400℃,而实际火灾时,五分钟就可到底500 ℃,因此,在火灾发生时,防火材料不超出5 分钟就被烧破发生开裂,防火材料完全丧失阻火作用,危及人们的安全。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术之不足,提供一种耐火性能好的耐火材料。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种耐火材料,耐火材料包括以下组分,镍钴合金、酚醛树脂、氧化锆、硅酸钠、碳素、二氧化硅、氮化铝、结合剂。
其进一步是:各组分的重量份为 :镍钴合金0 .06份~1 .2份,酚醛树脂 22份~37 份,氧化锆25份~28份,硅酸钠 20份~30 份,碳素4份~8份,二氧化硅1.2份~2.5份,氮化铝0.05份~0.4份,结合剂0.4份~2.4份。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明的新型耐火材料具有、耐高温、热稳定性好,热传导率低、热容小、抗机械振动好、受热膨胀小、隔热性能好等优点。
